Every time I came here my order is messed up and im missing something. By far one of the worst Arby's in the Omaha area

Arby's - French dip - Fast Food Near Me - Bellevue, Nebraska

I went thru the drive up window in Bellevue. It was after 7pm Tuesday, April 1st. The window guy that gave me my food was abrupt & looked unhappy to give me my order. I asked for Arby's sauce. There wasn't any. I waved at him to open the window & he was not happy to give me sauce. I tried to say thank him & he shut the window before I could talk. I got home & my fish sandwich was dry. Terrible experience. My Arby's in Papillion is the best. Fresh food & kind people. read more

I visited this Bellevue, NE location last night (11/18/23) @ 5:49 pm. Here's the good and the bad: - The two Reuben sandwiches I ordered were good, but I noticed mine had less meat on it as there was in the past, and two much thousand island dressing. The crinkle fries were pretty good, and were crispy, not soggy. - The associate at the drive-thru: - was not polite - was sullen - told me how much at the kiosk, but at the payment window just handed me my change and did not inform me how much I had coming back. - Just handed me my bag of food, and did not thank me. He did, however, think to say "Any sauces", to which I replied no thank you. As I exited from the payment window, I said, rather loudly, "You're welcome" (even though he had not thanked me), to which he gave me a less than favorable look. I would like, but maybe it's too much to ask, that an associate be: - polite - act (at least) as if he enjoys being there and likes his work - thank me for my business To be frank, I'm seeing less and less of this in the workplace these days. Stopped in for lunch at this restaurant for the first time. Very clean inside and the service staff was very polite and helpful. Saw several staff assist with a couple of elderly customers - showed good initiative and great customer service. Very commendable. Food came out hot and overall flavor was good. Tried the Smokehouse Brisket, Crispy Fish Sandwich, Rueben and Roast Beef Slider.. Also love the curly fries. Overall a good lunch meal for a reasonable price. read more

There system goes down, so they ignore anyone at the window.Then when they see you record whats going on they tell you to f÷%k off we wont serve you. Dont know about yall but to be told to f÷%k off by the manager. Very bad read more

Arby's is well known as a chain, but they really dropped the ball when they did a couple of things. A few years ago, they came out with a menu expansion group of sandwiches called "Market Fresh" on a good sized sliced bread. It started out with a half dozen varieties at that time. It has dropped down to Market Fresh Turkey with a couple of variations. I was glad to learn the Market Fresh Chicken Salad may be coming back after Easter for a short while. I'll be there Monday to check it out. = My other dropped ball item is relabeling the Roast Beef sandwich sizes when they had me well trained to order by size names that made perfect sense. They were good descriptions and easy to remember. Now a medium roast beef sandwich is a "Mid". Why they did it, I do not know, but IMO, it was a marketing mistake. Product quality varies by how long the beef being sliced has been sitting on the slicers. usually it is slightly juicy, but I have had some dryer than I prefer. Arby's - STORE FRONT - Fast Food Near Me - Bellevue, Nebraska

This was my favorite Arby's location, but it seems like things have changed quite a bit lately. Tonight I went through the drive-thru at 8pm and I ordered a Rueben sandwich, with no sauerkraut and a medium curly fry. The person on the loud speaker read my order back wrong, so I repeated it again, and advised no sauerkraut. I saw there were two other cars ahead of me, and they asked both of those cars to pull off to the side of the lot, so I figured they were behind on orders. At the drive-thru window there was an older lady. She handed me my bag of food and then took off. I looked in my bag and there was only a sandwich, no curly fries, but my receipt showed I was definitely charged, so I sat at the window. She came back in a few minutes. I told her I was missing my fries. She mumbled something and I could not hear her, so I said again that my receipt showed I was missing my fries. She pretty much yelled at me and said "I asked you what size!!" Wow....I told her Medium. So yeah...wow...you messed up my order and then get mad at me? Great customer service! She came back to the window, shoved me a bag of fries and slammed the window. They must really be desperate for help now! I recognize that anyone can make a mistake, especially when you are busy, but it's how you handle the mistake that counts! Time to find another Arby's! read more

They will give you the wrong food. I go about once a year to see if anything has changed. It has not as of today. Always check the bag before you leave the drive through. read more

If I could rate this any lower, I would! I went there today and got me a sandwich HOW CAN YOU SCREW UP A GOOD SANDWICH? I got a beef & cheddar the bun wasn't even cooked fully the meat wasn't even cooked barely and I'd consider that sandwich more of a regular than anything because there was barely any sauce or ANYTHING on it. read more

Wow! No wonder you have a 2 star rating. Never have a problem during the day. The night crew could care less about anything. They need a Paul like they do during the day. Food is always terrible at night. Surprised I keep trying to get a good meal for dinner. Guess I'll stick to lunch for now on. read more

Went to the Bellevue Nebraska Arby's Wednesday night (March 1st) at around 10pm and placed my order at the drive through since the inside was closed. As I went around the corner to pull up to the window, a car cut in front of me and went to the window. She placed an order at the window and as the crew prepared her order I sat behind her, waiting for an additional 15 minutes. The crew member at the window did not have her pull up or anything. I ended up being late for work and left my food at the window. I called and asked for the manager and the person who answered the phone said he was and his name was "Q" . He didn't seem to care about what happened after I explained everything and asked if I was trying to get a something free. He sounded either tired, high or drunk and I asked him if he was. It was explained that the woman had placed an order 20 minutes ago but had left because it took so long. It was unsatisfactory that they served the woman at the window and since she left she should have been required to go through the entire drive through process again rather than making a customer who was to be next in line wait the additional 15 minutes. Not only was I late for work but ended up not having anything to eat all night, NICE WAY TO TREAT THE MILITARY ARBY'S! This Arby's has lost a loyal customer and I will be sure to spread the word to my other military friends and family. read more

Went to Arby's in Bellevue Thursday night about 10:55 had to wait 10 minutes for my order they said they were cooking new fries well they gave me one cold fry And1 hot fry the sandwiches were poorly thrown together all over the place in the Box waste of money waste of time never go again read more

Almost every table in the dining room was dirty. Sandwich was poorly prepared, old curly fries. Won't be back to this location.
