Toasted Frontega Chicken (with no Chipotle aioli!)
    Scott E.

"Bill, help me!" Jo (played by Helen Hunt) yelled as she attempted to retrieve each individual, meteorological sensor that had spilled onto the road from an electric pole being brought down onto his truck's tailgate by the violent tornado. Several minutes later, after Jo had once again climbed out of the truck, sprinted to collect the sensors, and begged for Bill's help, Bill (played by Bill Paxton) responded, "When's it going to be enough, huh? How close do you have to get? Talk to me!" Bill placed his hands on Jo's shoulders. "Jo, things go wrong. You can't explain it, you can't predict it. Killing yourself won't bring your Dad back." Bill paused before his next words reverberated over the live CB that had been left on for the others to monitor their safety. "Sorry that he died, but it was a long time ago...you gotta move on! Stop living in the past, and look what you got right in front of you." "What are you saying?" Jo asked. "Me, Jo." In the pouring rain, the most eccentric member of Jo's crew, Dusty, attempted in vain to hold the umbrella over Bill's fiancé, Melissa, who understood, for the first time, that she had lost Bill, to the chase, to the tornadoes, and to his ex. With climatological research showing Tornado Alley inching slowly eastward and southward, what quick breakfast and lunch destination in Beltsville, Maryland could provide sustenance for Jo's crew, culinary consolation for the disappointed but not quite heartbroken Melissa, and a celebratory salve for Jo and Bill, a couple once again? The answer is the 10914 Baltimore Avenue location of Panera, whose chef and staff ensure each day that the Sausage and Egg Cinnascrambles, the Ciabatta Cheesesteaks, the Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwiches, and the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwiches are both scrumptious and reassuring, or whichever you happen to need more.

Placed an order on mobile app. This Panera Bread locates in the shopping center between ALDI and Mathnasium. The small parking lots on its two sides were full, so had to park in front of ALDI. There were outdoor seatings available. Arrived after the promised time, the order was ready on the Rapid Pick-Up shelves.

My first visit to this location and I really enjoyed the quietness of the restaurant on a weekday morning. They service was good and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. There is a lot of seating and when your done you can walk to Aldi for your next errand!

Excellent and speedy service here! Stopped by earlier to grab my free coffee (I signed up for the monthly subscription...totally worth it by the way)! I was greeted right away. Shoutout to Rulx! Thank you! There's ample outdoor seating, as well as dining in. Curbside is also available. Plenty of parking here! I like this Panera. I'll be back!

(Note the other reviews that mention parking) I was getting my car inspected down the road and walked over to wait at Panera. The parking lot is pretty full but there is a lot of seating and a good atmosphere inside. Friendly staff too! Just got a coffee and parfait so pretty standard but still good vibes and nice place to wait.

Mens restroom is so disgusting! Not pleasing to see before eating!

I would advise to not use the men restroom before eating it is sooo dirty and disgusting! I had to leave right after. Imagine how dirty it must be when getting your food ready .

This Panera was clean and service was prompt. We stopped in close to the dinner hour on a Saturday night. We had been to three festivals in the area and we were beat. At first we stopped by a coffee house in Greenbelt, but it was noisy and crowded so we left and came here. Smart decision. I was a bit apprehensive when, from my window seat, I saw a motor coach pull up and a team of Goucher volleyball players bounded off. Thankfully they didn't sit near us, and we enjoyed our comfy leather chairs. I got my favorite tea, and a free bear claw, thanks to the Panera Rewards card program. Happy birthday to me! The bear claw wasn't my first choice, but they were out of my favorite scone. In fact, their pastry counter was pretty bare. The bear claw was OK, but I will stick with my scone.

The shopping strip is still under construction, so be cautious. I have no clue why this yuppie shop would want to be next to Aldi. Coffee is light bodied but OK Clam chowder is good, tender clams and decent thickening, but it ain't Luke's. The turkey sandwich is tasty but the filling is a bare 1/4" thick. It's totally unfair for me to review the baguette. It would be OK if you didn't know better, but I have had bread in France still warm from the oven, proof that flour, yeast, water, and heat can produce a miracle rather than a Wonder. Theirs fails in crispness of crust, texture of crumb, and flavor, matching only in the shape of the loaf. It's almost like real French bread had mated with American spitball white. Call the Committee of Public Safety and set up the guillotine! Service was almost smothering as this newbie tried to comprehend the menu. Can't see becoming a regular.

Very poorly packaged. Bread was just ripped and thrown into the bag without been wrapped or bagged separately.

I went there on a Friday and loved the whole aesthetic of, not only the butcher shop, but also the quality of meats and value to quality ratio of the food. On Friday, I had the philly cheese steak alone with some of the beef tallow fries. Note: the cheese steak could easily feed 2-3 (or 4) individuals. The fries reminded me of what mcdonalds used to taste like, In the most respectful way possible. They're tasty. The cheese steak ruined my day because nothing else I had to eat that day could match the intensity , girth and flavor of that cheese steak. On the Sunday before I left from DC, I stopped again and although wasn't feeling as hungry as I had been on Friday, I opted for the BLT. IMO, the BLT was the better option. Don't get me wrong the Cheese steak is amazing and well worth trying at least once, but the BLT, something about the simplicity in a sandwich being executed to perfection. I opted to have the sandwich on rye. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. Their house made bacon is outstanding. Simplicity executed flawlessly. The staff is very kind and respectful.
