I went here the other day before a meeting. The service was great. I like how quickly they take your order and get you your food and/or beverages. I really appreciate that they have gluten-free bagels. I had a gluten-free everything bagel breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage. I didn't get cheese. It was still flavorful. I also got a dirty chai with oat milk. It was just what I needed to wake up. They have high top and regular tables to ensure there are various seating options. I will definitely visit them again!

Everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon

As an avid bagel lover, that is used to New York bagels, I was a bit disappointed with this bagel overall. The bagel was pretty thin and not the fluffy texture that I'm used to, I wish there was more evenly spread out everything bagel seasoning as it seemed pretty sparse. They put a decent amount of cream cheese, which I appreciated. However, there wasn't much bacon, and it all seemed to be put just in the middle of it. They validate parking, which is nice as it can be tricky in this area, the staff was really friendly and the establishment was clean, but I don't think I would come here for another bagel.

So b4 touring university of Maryland you go to "The Hotel" (yes that's what it's called) to check in before touring the campus. It's a Fabulous Hotel with 4 restaurants, pizza shop on the outside of the building and this Gem of a spot. After our drive we decided to grab a quick bite before the orientation started. I decided I just wanted a jalapeño and cheddar cheese bagel with cream cheese and coffee. The bagel are made on site and I was pleasantly surprised how chewy it was, just like my favorite bagel spot in NYC,it had a nice kick to it. The coffee was fantastic there are several urns to choose from, I decided on the Kona macadamia nut coffee. It had such a rich and bold taste best coffee I had on a road trip. Service was excellent. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.

Wheat bagel with plain cream cheese

This was a good quick stop. Bagels were freshly made, but bready for my taste. It depended on the type of bagel you got. The plain was chewy, the wheat had a perfect bagel texture with a crisp skin. The eggstremely healthy bagel was tasty, but a huge mess before I even took a bite. My husband's melt used crumbled bacon instead of strips and the bagel wasn't toasted for a melt.... The latte I ordered was watered down tasting and only half filled. The table next to me took a sip of their iced latte and had to go order something else because they didn't like it. The smoothies people were ordering looked really good, but I did not try one myself. Overall, I would go back if I was just trying to make a quick breakfast stop, but it wouldn't be my first choice. I would definitely never get the coffees again.

Situated in the ground level of the hotel, this place can definitely satisfy a bagel craving. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel, which tasted fresh. Unfortunately I cannot compliment their coffee, despite their various options. Maybe I ordered the wrong kind. Find out for your self!

I was visiting the hotel for a conference and needed a quick bite to eat so bagels n grinds was the go to. It does get busy during the lunch time but there is an option to order online. I got the college park bagel which was packed with turkey and toppings and the tomato soup. The soup was creamy and delicious and be sure to ask for bagel chips to go along with the soup.

Located in The Hotel... this was a nice place to have breakfast at. Disappointed they were out of tomato soup before Noon, we opted for something like a corn chowder. The bagels are packed with fillings (several options to choose from). I could only eat half, which meant leftovers for me :)

First, their location is very inconvenient unless you are on foot, which may be great for U of MD students, but if you are in a car, its a disaster when it comes to parking. This business even has a sign saying ask about a parking pass and they are not responsible if your car is towed. This alone makes this place already super unattractive. I fought my instincts and gave this place a try, but honestly, felt like I wasted $12. They have a digital kiosk where you can order your drinks and I chose a HK style milk tea (hot) with less sugar and also a jasmine milk tea with boba. The ordering for the jasmine tea was weird because it has an option to choose $1 extra for boba but if you scroll a little further down, you can get boba, no extra charge. I thought that was a bit sneaky, which I didn't appreciate. I waited about 15 min and then my order was ready. The HK style milk tea was supposed to be in a glass container but I only saw the sign after I ordered that they didnt have glass containers. That really sucked. The other issue is that when my HK style milk tea (hot) was ready, it was barely warm, which also was disappointing as it was a bit cool outside and I wanted something hot to warm me up. The HK milk tea also wasn't that great either, nothing special. I've had HK milk teas for about $2 elsewhere and they were great, but this was overpriced and lukewarm. I wont be ordering this again. The other drink seemed OK as I ordered it for someone else. I also thought this place was kind of dirty and could have been more clean. Not sure why the windows looked so dirty. I found the place kind of gross and it just didnt feel as clean as I like businesses to be. Overall, a pretty underwhelming experience. You get one chance to make a good impression especially when there are so many boba options available. I definitely wont be coming back here again.

However, I would say that the music plays from a little Bluetooth on the corner of the restaurant and it's not the greatest quality, would cut in and out, and it was just blaring way too loud, making it hard to have regular conversations. Service wasn't too bad overall. There was only one weight staff who had all the tables in the restaurant which made her spread out pretty thin. But we wouldn't get regular refills or Water and took so long to get water (waiting up to 20 min to try to get her attention) and at the end of our time together she finally gave us a pitcher of Water, but a little late as we're most done. Also, it took a while to get basic things we had ordered coffee but either she forgot to bring us coffee or she didn't ring it in and we weren't able to get it until after our food was delivered. So service, while she was friendly and kind, our service was definitely subpar. Hopefully this wasn't bc she had automatic tip bc our party was so large for her lack of service. 1/5 for service The food was amazing for the most part. I had gotten the salmon BLT and it was moist and tender with good flavor and seasoning, and the bread had a great texture and flavor to it as well. The bacon was nice and smoky and the sauce that was paired with it made it great. The hashbrowns were so crispy and seasoned with great flavor and salt! This was a winner! 4.5/5 Yeah, I got a bunch of other dishes, but I only tried small bites here and there of other people stuff. What I would say, is that the Cajun pasta shrimp was cooked perfectly and was tender and had great flavor! And that sauce was amazing! The sausage I tried wasn't the best but decent! We got biscuits and wings as appetizers, and the wings were great, good flavor, good crunch, and a decent size. However, there needs to be more wings in the order for the price. The hot honey sauce as good! 4/5 The biscuits were pretty moist and had a great texture and consistency, You get two for the order! 4/5 Overall, the food is pretty amazing. However, the service was pretty bad. Maybe this was a one off but just prepared for a long waits for everything from water to getting a drink order.
