Such a great location. Clean, friendly and quick service. Soon as you're entering you're always greeted and given that welcomed feeling. That's rarely given at small food shops. They definitely have everything clean and fresh. The veggies don't look like they've been out for the whole day or even from the previous days. I'll always be coming to this location. read more

We need to do better! These sandwiches are not cheap! To pay what I paid, leave a tip for the driver to get something I don't want and DID NOT order is not ok. Management has to learn to be "proactive." This is now the 2nd time when I order and they tell me it's a long wait bc they are completely out of something. Before they allow something to run out, good managment is constantly checking and replacing. What else is management doing if they are not monitoring the inventory? When you pay $23-$24 bucks for a sandwich you expect to get it how you ordered it.My first experince was the chicken they were out of. (Which was coldcuts not freshly cooked chicken). Today I ordered and paid for rosemary bread and they sent me white, which I don't eat. My settings are set to, "contact me" if an item runs out and they did not bother! I will be calling Doordash for a full refund! I called the manager on duty today, and while he didn't apologize, he said , "It's my fault, I'm putting bread in the oven now." Ok at almost 8 pm you decide to start baking bread? Again, being proactive, would have had the bread done! I rated this establishment 3 stars on DoorDash bc it is "inconsistent." Sometimes the sandwiches come delicious, sometimes they arrive a soggy mess. Please consider what other stores do and provide the option of checking a little, or a lot or regular when it comes to mayo and other condiments. Also on the app the oil is a choice and the vinegar is a seperate choice. This is how I like it bc both of them make the sandwich soggy so I always choose oil. However in the store, they say it is all together so why is it seperate on the AP when they are going to send me what they want! There should also be a black pepper option. The food is great...if you get what you ordered. Every single time we try to order online for pick up or delivery, at least one aspect of our order is wrong. Usually it's the wrong toppings, or missing toppings, yesterday it was 4 bags of chips missing AND incorrect toppings. The app makes it seem like they can help if you submit feedback or a complaint but they don't do anything in response. It's really frustrating to enjoy their product but waste money on either not getting items or not actually getting what was paid for (i.e. no chips, no drink, wrong size sub, no extra meat that was paid for). I want to love this location because it's more convenient but I can't remember the last time everything was correct. If you want to confirm everything is correct you have to order in person and watch every topping, and for the grill good luck since you can't see it until it's too late. read more

First time at a Jersey Mike's and I would recommend a cheesesteak over everything else that they sell. Price is ok. It is no Subway priced sandwich but I thought it was pretty good over all. The regular size (seems like 6-7" sandwich) was around $8 which is a big steep. I did however get a good amount of meat and veggies packed in there, but it took them a while to get it to me for some reason. Everyone else got their sandwiches as they moved down the line, I had to wait about 10 mins after ordering and paying. I got the Big Kahuna sandwich. And unfortunately, I did not get the Giant size which says it feeds 2-3 people, but I would say if you are hungry, get that size. read more

You might think that Jersey Mikes is just like Subway or Jimmy Johns or Potbelly or another sub shop. Think again!! It is SO much better. The chicken here is actual chicken not faux chicken like Subway. They take this real chicken and grill it up right behind their workstation. The bread here is also way better than any other sub shop. It is hearty but allows for a good bread to meat ratio. Super important! Their subs are also much bigger then other sub shops, albeit it is a bit more expensive than Subway. Well worth it. Just go to Subway- the staff here was soooo slow, there was nobody in front of or behind me and it still took at least 10 minutes for them to make it. A regular sized sub. Sure, I used a free email birthday coupon for a regular sized sub (which was part of the delay that led to TWO people having to construct my sammy), but this was ridiculous. They do use better meats than Subway, but I am about service (none here) and value- the only toppings were shredded lettuce, onion, banana peppers, jalapenos, and I think pickles. an 8-inch sub, and cost more than a foot long with way more topping varieties and bread choices. Pretty darn good! The customer service was on point. Called my order in. The regular is a really nice size, and the giant is really 2 regulars put together. The Big Kahuna was flavorful except I didn't taste any jalapenos. Maybe it's just me, but I guess its an all white cheese thing when it comes to northern cheese steaks, Mike's only uses swiss, provolone, or white american. Just went to this Jersey Mikes hoping for something good to eat. I'm a vegetarian and have been for a few years so finding places with good veggie options are always on my most wanted list. I've been to Jersey Mikes before (a different location) and wasn't exactly impressed but when I noticed that they had a grilled veggie wrap I was ecstatic because I had no energy to cook food this evening and I was completely famished. So I ordered and waited. While waiting the cooking staff was holding inappropriate conversations and cursing every other word. Which for me and the other 5 guest, created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. As I'm standing and trying not to listen to their vulgar conversations I noticed that they cook everything on the same stove (meat and veggies) without cleaning the stove in between. Now this might be fine for someone who is ordering a sub with meat or someone who is a regular meat eater but not I. But I figure these people know proper food handling procedures and would clean off the area before cooking the veggie meal. After what seemed like a 15min wait my grilled veggie was ready. I head home and started eating my wrap in the car. As I eat I taste meat. I open up the wrap and there I find little pieces of meat (who knows what kind!) sprinkled all through the wrap, mixed into the melted cheese and caramelized onions. Unfortunately by this time I was already home and too far to go all the way back to return this meat polluted wrap. Sadly I had to throw it away along with my hard earned dollars I used to make this purchase. Needless to say I've given Jersey Mikes 2 tries (different locations) and they won't be getting a 3rd. There used to be this little tiny sub shop in Herkimer, NY called "Big Jim's" that had the BEST subs. My grandfather used to get them for us every time we would drive up to visit, and they hold a very special place in my heart. Jersey Mike's subs are the closest thing I have had to a Big Jim's sub, which is really saying something for a chain restaurant! I ordered the #13 "Original Italian" which has provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni on it. I loved it! They slice the meat right in front of you, and the onions and lettuce are shaved (as they should be on subs!) Prices start at $4.45 for a mini, $5.65 for a regular (about 6-8 in sub) and $10.45 for a giant (about 14"). The staff are very friendly and the place is super clean. I'm very excited to have it here in College Park! I hope it stays this nice for the long run. read more

I'm really liking Jersey Mike's! Who knew I'd ever fall in love with something from New Jersey? Alas, these guys get it right. So far I've had the tuna sub and the Jersey Shore's Favorite. The tuna sub comes with a pretty generous serving of their tuna spread, while the Shore Favorite comes with provolone, ham, and cappacuolo. The ingredients taste pretty fresh. You can get every cold sandwich "Mike's Way," which gives you layers of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and a mix of vinegar, oil and spices. I usually ask them to go easy on the oil, since the sandwiches can get a little soggy with the full blast. What really wins me over is the quality of the service. All of the employees I've interacted with are very friendly; never gotten any attitude from anybody here. That's always a big plus in my book. read more

Both sandwiches left much to be desired due to the bland taste. Due to the unfriendly demeanor of the staff, I didn't take it back to the counter. It's definitely better than Subway, but it doesn't compare to my favorite sub shop, which is a mom & pop spot. However, for a chain, this place is good. The store was cleaner than I expected for its location at Beltway Plaza. Customer service was OK. I tend not to expect a lot when I see teenagers as cashiers, but the group here was a mix of friendly/politely apathetic. However, they got my food right and did so fairly quickly. As far as sandwiches, we got a turkey sub and an italian. Both were pretty good. The food seemed fresh, and the seasonings were a flavorful touch. First time visiting Jersey Mike's ever and was harassed by the manager. I was in line with my free sub coupon when the manager asked me to step out of line so he could "randomly" check it. He looked it over and grilled me on where I lived and when I received it in the mail. I then placed my order with one of the co-workers. The manager then gets up, goes behind the counter, and takes over my order. He tells me i have to get the sub Jersey Mike's way, which includes a couple toppings I don't like. I eventually had to tell him that I was allergic to one of the toppings for him to back off. This was the first time I have ever been in this restaurant and was not impressed by the service at all, I don't see myself returning to this restaurant anytime soon. read more
