New Panera in the area so stopped by. They just opened so it's understandable when there are a few kinks to work out. I set up a pickup order around lunch and got an email saying my order was taking longer. However, when I got to the restaurant, it was ready for me. Employees seemed nice and friendly and I even got a free (albeit, oddly shaped) chocolate chip cookie for trying them out.

I found a literal bug in my sandwich and a hair. The bug was just crawling around and I almost vomited. One of the most disgusting experiences I've had. Second time I've had a problem with this Panera.

Granted that this location just opened within the past few days Customer service needs some more work. I think that they rushed it in opening this location So far the food tastes like any normal Panera

This was my sloppily made steak and white cheddar sandwich.

This location has repeatedly gotten something wrong with my order every time I have gone. Today when I got my sandwich it was made very sloppily and was slim on the toppings. As to the workers I've had mixed experiences. Sometimes a few staff members are very friendly and other times I feel they do not want to be there and it shows.

Cheap tuna sandwich for $10.00. Uses cheap tuna light, not chunk, and puts on sourdough bread. Tasted sour and like mush.

I chose the brunch sandwich which comes on a homemade rosemary biscuit and it was fantastic! My mom said her tuna salad sandwich was the BEST SHE'S EVER HAD!!! They even have jugs of water for you to take to your table which I appreciated a lot. Next time I'm in the area, I'd love to come back and try a coffee! My only negative is that our food took a very long time to come out. Although, it was definitely worth the wait!

Food: They have a large selection of breakfast pastries, including scones, cinnamon rolls, hand pies, and more. There are also some savory items, such as a rosemary biscuit. It was a tough choice, but when in doubt, I go for a scone, and they had a Maple Cinnamon one. I had it warmed up a bit, and it was delicious. These scones are not muffins in disguise, which means the texture is a bit drier and more crumbly--perfect alongside a hot beverage. For my drink, I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte. I was hoping to have it served in an actual ceramic mug, but those are only offered to customers who order drip coffee. That said, they made a very good London Fog, with a little extra lavender and plenty of foam. For my taste, it could have been a bit hotter. Service: Everyone who helped us was kind and helpful and gave us plenty of time to choose the perfect pastries. When ordering the London Fog, they explained how they make theirs and how they would add the extra lavender, which I appreciated. As mentioned above, they do not provide mugs for specialty drinks, using mugs instead to keep track of customers who have paid for bottomless drip coffee. I could bring my own mug from home, but I am not a fan of carrying around coffee shop essentials. Atmosphere: The building is nicely designed on the outside and sits on a corner with plenty of large windows that bring in natural light. It faces north, so you avoid the glaring morning sun. Upon entering, there is a short walk to the counter, where you can view all of the bakery and pastry items. A menu board above clearly displays the breakfast and lunch offerings, making it easy for first time visitors. There are numerous tables that accommodate small groups, and a fireplace with a couple of upholstered chairs offers a cozy seating option. Even after filling up with customers, the noise level was very good, and easy to have casual conversations. A nice visit and a place I would enjoy coming back to.

It might have benefited from a bit more foam, so I'll remember to ask for that next time. The lemon poppyseed scone and the shakshouka Danish were both good. They offered to warm them up, which I always appreciate. A consistently good experience.

Funky decor with tons of patterns, colors, and textures. Lots of seating options, perfect if you're coming alone, with a friend, or even a group. This include on their outside space. I recently popped in to get some work done. Wasn't in need of food which is a shame really because they have a great menu packed with breakfasts, salads, sammies, bowls, toasts, and beyond. Oh and ridic bakery items that you can't miss in the big glass showcase. I opted for a strawberry matcha and it was a treat! Not to sweet, just the right twang of berry, served hot in a mug. Would 10/10 order again. If you're a matcha fan, you should too. Service was friendly, environment was comfy to work in. I'll continue to make it a stop when I'm in the Brookfield area.
