Had no idea there was a Panera here! Shows how much Brookfield has changed and added businesses since I moved from here. I think this area could really use a spot like this, since most of the surrounding fast-casual/fast-food spots don't offer as many clean options. Love me a good pick-two, soup and sammie or salad combo. I'd say more often than not I really enjoy what I order from Panera. This time I got the green goddess salad with chicken, paired with their chicken wild rice soup. Both hit the spot. Really liked the dressing on the salad, and they packed in the fixings. Plenty of chicken and avo. Can't go wrong with their soup either, imo. My kiddos split the kids grilled cheese. It was ok. Certainly just seemed like kraft cheese slapped between bread. I guess I wish they would use real cheese. Also kind of a bummer no sides are included, so we had to order those separately. My husband got the broccoli cheddar and the tomato basil BLT. Back in the days I worked at Panera (16 years ago lmao) the sammies were STACKED. The slices of bread were thick and so fillings were high. This time though, I feel like it was just skimped out on, flat and a little lifeless. Folks want it to look like the picture being advertised, ya know? In any case, he ate it of course. The storefront itself was nice. Very clean and well-kept. Plenty of seating. High ceilings. Bright and airy. Easy peasy parking. Panera will always be a default when out and about & in need of a solid lunch. read more

This location is a complete disaster. Unfortunately, if I order delivery from Panera it defaults to this location, so I cannot avoid this place. I have ordered delivery 3 times and every time this location messes up the order. Forgotten items, incorrect orders (I.e. someone else's order), missing condiments, etc. I don't know if the employees can't read, don't take the time to read, or are just incompetent. Regardless, I will not order delivery again because I am over the abysmal service from this Panera location.. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do better Panera because this is just shameful. read more

I have ordered a couple times to make sure of the service and quality of this Panera. They were wonderful! The food was excellent. The sandwiches fresh. The soup was better than a different Panera I went to previously. I really enjoyed it. I will order again. Definitely try this one as this is one of the best I have been to in the area. New Panera in the area so stopped by. They just opened so it's understandable when there are a few kinks to work out. I set up a pickup order around lunch and got an email saying my order was taking longer. However, when I got to the restaurant, it was ready for me. Employees seemed nice and friendly and I even got a free (albeit, oddly shaped) chocolate chip cookie for trying them out. read more

I've ordered from here several times since they opened. Most recently was last week when work had us staying late so I went to pick up dinner for everyone. Our $70 order which my boss had ordered hours ahead of time online still wasn't ready at 4 when I arrived- the requested pick up time. I told the woman at the register, she said it should be in the pick up area, I told her it wasn't so she went into the kitchen..then walked out the door and left the restaurant without saying anything further to me. I waited an additional 20 minutes until finally going back up to the counter and asking the people in the kitchen, they just handed me my order. Both in this instance and other times I've stopped in the employees act like you're bothering them. I know they are pushing ordering at kiosk, but still have one person at the register. I felt like when I was waiting for my pick up order I had to jump up and down to get someone's attention. Nobody likes feeling unwanted when they walk into a restaurant so I'm just not going there anymore. read more

Cheap tuna sandwich for $10.00. Uses cheap tuna light, not chunk, and puts on sourdough bread. Tasted sour and like mush.

Popped in here with my toddler for a quick meal (lunch) around 11:30 on a Sunday. We were only the second table, so the dining room was not busy at all. We got the counter, I decide I want to order a salad / soup for myself, and a kids sandwich for my daugher. I ask for tomato soup, and the cashier say, "sorry, we are out of soup". OK, I think to myself, that kinda sucks, but they have other soups I like. I ask, oh, you are out of tomato soup? She clarifies: "no, we are out of all soup". Cue my very confused face. Sold out of ALL soups at the beginning on lunch? OK....I guess I will get something else. They did have mac and cheese in stock so i settled for that instead. Food arrives, all of it is satisfactory. As we are eating, more people trickle in, and I see that they order soup! And they receive it! I have no idea why the cashier said they were sold out, I would have waited an extra few minutes if they just needed to swap out the container or whatever. Not sure if this was a one off experience or what. I normally am fine with Panera (I like their soups and fuji apple chicken salad), but this was just weird. read more

This is a new location, and the sandwich and salad I had were great. Right now service is a little slow, so I'd recommend ordering ahead. (Hey, we lost a lot of people due to COVID, which makes hiring quality people that much harder ... I'm certain they'll work things out) We spoke to the manager, and she's on top of things there. This location has repeatedly gotten something wrong with my order every time I have gone. Today when I got my sandwich it was made very sloppily and was slim on the toppings. As to the workers I've had mixed experiences. Sometimes a few staff members are very friendly and other times I feel they do not want to be there and it shows. read more

Wish I could share a photo of my Mediterranean Bowl "w chicken." It'd be a game of Where's the Chicken? Not sure why the Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken keeps shrinking, but this time it didn't even fill up the bowl. Maybe need to get an even smaller bowl so it doesn't look as skimpy as it is. I nicely asked if I ordered the wrong size but the woman told me no. SO much smaller than first time I ordered that salad months ago. She then nicely explained all their measuring equipment to keep it to uniform skimpyness. I said it surely was not very much. And she nicely wanted to keep telling me about the different scoops and measuring to show me it was indeed made correctly. I then went home and showed my wife and we both laughed. Almost 13 dollars! Horrible service never get anything right . Ordered through Uber eats did not get half our food same old cookie cutter response from workers when called about mistakes made on order . This seems like a poorly managed location. Whenever I am eating here, I always see a tall man running around doing everything, while everyone else seems to be talking or on their phones. There never seems to be enough staff, and they are constantly out of product, is there an issue with inventory placement? I normally love my experience at this particular Panera location, however tonight was a different experience. My husband and I arrived at 8pm and the store closes at 9pm. We ordered a bread bowl, but they were out of the bread bowls. So I ordered soup with a baguette but they were all out, so they said. There was a loaf wrapped with the other bakery items but was it offered? No, instead we were told we could purchase a different type of bread to go with our meal for an extra cost. There were a rack full of baguette loaves, however we were told it was for tomorrow and we couldn't have it with our meal. Really? So today's customer have to go without? Seems pretty silly to me but hey, who am I? A paying customer today. At least another option could've been offered. At the end of the day my soup was good. read more

My second time stopping at this Panera & it was AWFUL. All bread (but NOT enough for a half SANDWICH worth!!!!!!), a tiny bit of avacado, maybe SMALL tablespoon of chicken smeared, and that was it?!?!? Ate in 3 bites, so disappointed! I would rate them negative stars if I could. I went into the restaurant to have lunch with my wife and two young kids. We ordered our food, and started to get situated at our table. I went to go get by drink, and was standing by the to-go station. There were two smoothies on the shelf at the time. As I was standing there, there was an employee behind the shelf putting food on the shelf and did not see what was on there, and the smoothies spilled onto the floor in front of me, and on me. Some of the smoothies splattered on other customers. I bent down to help pick up the mess, and put the smoothing on a counter and to let the staff know there was a spill. I cleaned the smoothies off of me, and then went to get my drink so I can go back to the table. I then went back up to the counter to pick up my food, and the customer and the "assistant manager" both made a comment to me stating that I spilled the smoothies on them, and did nothing to help clean them up. The I turned to both of them and said it was NOT me that did it, and to get their facts straight. I grabbed my food, sat down at the table to eat. I then saw the "assistant manager" run outside with free food cards to give to the other customers. We finished our food, I went to ask for a to go box, and asked the employee for the district managers name and way to contact them. I was told a name and to contact the store. I got my box, wrapped up my left overs and walked out of the building. The "assistant manager" comes RUNNING out of the store to track me down in the parking lot to tell me that I am band from the store. I turned to her and said for what? She told me it was because I spilled the smoothies all over the floor, and on other people. I told her to look at the video footage and to get her facts straight before accusing people of doing things. When reaching out to corporate on the matter, it took multiple days to get a hold of someone, and when finally talking to someone, they did not research the matter, they just said it is up to management of each store to do manage the way they would like.
