Handmade pizzas + fresh ingredients + 900 degree oven = Absolutely delicious in about 5 minutes! That's faster than most drive-throughs these days. Not that I'm comparing them to drive-through food (I wouldn't dare insult Trailer Pie like that). One of my 5 favorite pizzas in Milwaukee just closed for business. I was so sad. But it's true what they say... one door closes and another one opens. Seriously, this is a 100% awesome variation on food trucks... and one of a very few that are worth following.
