This was a boneless dish which I did not expect, I was expecting bones. This really made a different dish than what I was envisioning. I've never enjoyed duck that was so easy to eat. Since this is not on the menu I would have you contact Tee Jay to insure he has it prepared since the duck has to be roasted first and he may not have it available all the time. This is a great off menu item if you want to get into something different and well worth your consideration, I certainly would ask for this whenever Tee Jay has duck available.

We just filled out the little forms, circling what we wanted. They even offered shrimp for no extra cost. You won't get that in any Chinese restaurant! I got shrimp for my protein and the chef put a ton of it in! My friend had a combo of chicken and shrimp. We watched as the chef tossed our stuff in the air in the wok. They run induction burners, so no giant flames ... prob a good thing inside a hospital! Our food is served in to go boxes, no plates here.
