This place sucks but if you have a MyPanera account you can use it to your advantage to get meals half off. Every time you order online, the order will be late. I have ordered online here 20+ times and it has never been on time. Each time I have ordered online I get an email saying "Your order is running behind. We've just added a reward to your MyPanera account to make things right." So, every time this happens a reward is added to my account. Because it has never not been late, I have so many rewards stacked up and get most meals about half off and some completely free. To get around the inconvenience of the food being late just schedule the pickup order about an hour before you actually want to pick it up. Today we order two identical pick twos. Bacon turkey bravo sandwiches and autumn squash soups. Got the soups, got one sandwich. When we call, we have to drive all the way back to the store to be credited for their mistake. Seriously, go to any other location. This is the worst service I have ever had at this location. I understand the labor shortage but, this was absurd. They seemed to be out of just about everything, the poor front register person seemed overworked, the fountain was dirty and broken, the bathroom was unpleasant with one poor worker trying to clean it by herself, no clean trays, and it took an hour to get our food even though the place was almost empty. When we got our food, the hot sandwich was cold and just dropped in pieces unwrapped onto everything in the bag, and the lettuce on my salad was limp and stringy and some of the strawberries were moldy or squashed. Everyone is giving this a low rating, but I had a great experience. I arrived around 7 o'clock, and when I walked in, there was a person wiping down tables. The people behind the counter gave us plenty of time to think, but were prepared when we stepped up, and took our order. The only inconvenience we experienced was that our order had to be taken in the to-go form, so we had to go pick it up when they called out our name. They explained that the washing machine had just broken and they didn't have any clean dishes, so it is very easy to understand. I don't hold that against them. When we did receive our food, everything was there, and it all tasted very good. We were visited several times by the employee who took our order, Sky. She was very kind, cleared our table of trash even though that is not a part of her job description, and was all around a very friendly, inviting person. read more

TDLR: This Panera sent me to the ER and told me it was my fault. I'm allergic to apples. Asked the cashier if there was any apple in their Strawberry Banana Smoothie and told her "I can't have apples". She told me there were no apples in the smoothie. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. 10 minutes later I'm having an anaphylactic reaction, pulled up the ingredients online, and there's apple puree in the smoothie. Panera denied liability because I "didn't use the word allergy" and "technically there were no apples blended into the smoothie, just apple puree". I've stood by while the kiosks malfunction, workers are unprofessional, and basic bakery items are missing. But this evening I endured something no customer should ever have to. My "friend's" Greek salad? Sorry, no can do! Why? Because Panera was out of Greek salad dressing. Not only this, but they forgot to add cucumber and only managed to add a SINGLE additional olive (I've calculated that 5 is average and 8 is approximately the quantity you receive when requesting extra). I'm disgusted. I don't think there's much this chain could do to console me, though I would accept their attempts to do so. read more

My husband grabbed it on his way home from work and when I opened the bag, I noticed that the cookie that I ordered to make my Friday better was missing. Normally I would do nothing, but this time I called immediately and told them about my rough week and how much I really wanted that cookie. So what did they do? They told me to come back in and get TWO cookies!! Here, there is a big sign on the front door about not allowing people into the restaurant without wearing a mask. I get in and there are two people in line in front of me not wearing masks and two girls behind the counter wearing a mask pulled down with their noses exposed. As far as fast food goes it's hard to beat the quality that you get at Panera's. I went to this place during the lunch rush and the lines were long but they were ready for it had multiple registers open and plenty of people putting together the meals. My total wait time from the minute I walked in the door until I walked out with my meal was maybe 10 minutes which is perfectly acceptable considering how many people were here. My food was good...
