2nd time here. 1st time we sat in the drive through for 35 minutes and by the time we got to order we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. It took some arguing to convince them that we were there in time for breakfast. Went inside this time. There was only one person taking orders so it took awhile to get our food. Restaurant was 25% capacity. Nice and new. The coffee was out so I had to wait for awhile. Food was good. Lady that waited on us was nice but they seem a little disorganized. I get it that the are down in employees but I was told they can only work on 4 orders at a time and then your order is wrong. Today was the last time. I had a terrible experience at this location. I wanted to go through the drive thru because I had been moving for six hours and I was filthy. However, when we pulled up the drive thru was closed so we had to go inside. We asked why it was closed and they said it was because they only had 4 employees working. They were out of chips and tomato soup so we weren't able to order what we really wanted and settled for something else. Next, we went to the waiting area to get our food and we waited 30 minutes. We looked in the bag and saw 2 sandwiches and a salad however when we got home they had given me a mac and cheese sandwich instead of a grilled cheese. So gross, I would never order this. My mom's Napa Valley chicken sandwich had no mayo and had a tiny slice of tomato and a tiny lettuce leaf. The chicken looked like it was taken directly from a can of chicken and placed on bread. After spending $32 (which is ridiculous) we both threw our sandwiches in the trash. I realize a lot of businesses are short staffed but you need to do better. My coworker complained that she sat in the drive thru for an hour on Friday-at this location you are not able to get out if you choose not to stay. We will not be back! read more

I am updating my review for the horrible service I had today. I tried to order online but the website wasn't working. So I went in and ordered from the little kiosk. Two breakfast sandwiches and 6 bagels. I waited over 20 minutes, and it was not that busy! When I finally complained they hastily threw my sandwiches together and gave them to me. Dropping it down to three stars because while I can be flexible if you are bringing it to me (And their delivery service has always been great) to go in and wait so long for an order is ridiculous. I have ordered delivery from them twice and I have been very happy. Today I ordered lunch, two pick two soup and hahalf dozen bagels and four oatmeal cookies. They only had two oatmeal cookies left. They called but since it was an out of state number I didn't pick up. So they delivered my order and said the substituted the two oatmeal cookies foe a chocolate chip and an m&m cookie. I guess I made a face because I am not a fan of either of those cookies. But I commented that my boyfriend would probably eat them. The delivery girl said she would talk to her manager about getting a refund. I said it really wasn't necessary. About an hour later my doorbell rang and it was the delivery girl with a cash refund of the two cookies. They couldn't do it electronically back on my credit card so they brought me the cash refund. Great lunch spot to grab a sandwich or salad. Customer service here is excellent - any time I ask to have something fixed, the staff goes above and beyond what I would expect in return. The food is prepared fresh and is worth the extra $ than your usual fast food stop. The only complaint I have is parking on a busy weekday lunch scene. read more

I double checked when this location would close before I drove there. It said it closed at 10pm. I arrived at the store at 9pm. The doors were locked and employees made clear eye contact with us and didn't have the decency to let us know why they were closed early. There was a whole hour left before the said closing time. We ordered multiple items for delivery and the food, that was accurate, was delicious as always. However, they didn't include a breadbowl, and one of the soups was incorrect. After 15 minutes of attempting to call them to fix the issue, and having the automated system hang up on us multiple times, they tried to claim that we didn't order a breadbowl. When the manager was asked "What does BB stand for?" (from the receipt) we were met with only silence and simply informed they will fix the issue. TL:DR Food was good Service was poor read more

Lunch was good and didn't have any complaints about food... all are the same food wise. We were told by the lady at register that we could get a refill of green tea as long as it was the same visit. Went to get a refill and the manager Max Garett Baroli told us it's not free. We explained that we were told was free from lady who checked us out. He took cup and told us that we shouldn't have been told that and he filled the cup. He had a pissy attitude and daughter tried to explain that we didn't have to get it if he was going to give us attitude. She also said that she didn't want the employee to get in trouble for telling us that. Daughter tried to tell him how she felt she was being treated by Max Garett Baroli the manager and she asked if there was someone she could talk to above him and he said no. She asked for district manager name and he said he didn't have it and she could go online to look it up. He asked if there was anything else that he could do and she asked for an apology for how he made her feel and talking loud to her and he said he wasn't doing that at all and walked away. We asked the lady if we heard her correctly and she said yes and we told her that we didn't want her to get in trouble. I asked manager for his name and he told it to me and I repeated what I thought he said was his last name and I was wrong, then he finally said that he would write it down. I asked for district manager name and he said he didn't know it again. On the outside door it states proprietor as Brian Laupp. It's a shame when you go to a place that you are use to going to, even if in a different city, and run into crazy management. Customer service 101: don't raise your voice to customers, be polite, apologize for any confusion or misunderstandings, listen to customers when being talked to (don't hold conversation with employee next to you or walk away before they are done). And yes Max Garett Baroli did not do any of these. Don't plan on going back. read more

I went to get the pumpkin muffins they are outstanding but I ordered a sausage and egg on ciabatta bread which had no flavor whatever so ever. Very bland. The service was in chaos never seen such a mess. Customer standing in line and the people behind the counter seemed to be in panic mood. I order the muffins at one register and was told to I had to go pick up my food in another part of the building at another counter. Customers going every which way everyone seemed to be lost. The more customers came in and lined up the more panic behind the counter. I am not to sure its not the building very long and narrow doesn't seem to have a good flow for customers. Parking is horrible just horrible way to narrow when vehicles are parked on both sides of the lot. read more

This location has crappy customer service and never has almost bakery items past 2pm. They call it a day pretty early and then they are out of everything. This is a pretty outdated location compared to other Panera's, and they have a very filthy inside. The bathroom is always a mess and their windowsills have mood in them. I love Panera. I hate this location and the management. I have had countless issues where the manager has been completely unhelpful. Today, I decided to try Panera's newest delivery option. Not a good idea. My food never showed up. I called the store, and the manager knew exactly why I was calling. He said the delivery boy had called me, knocked on my door a couple times, and decided to come back to the store. This did not happen, and I also do not get why I wasn't called from the store either. The manager was unapologetic but luckily I got my money back. The manager was nice enough to ask if I wanted my food to be delivered on the next delivery run in 20 minutes.. after it had been sitting out for well over an hour. Gross read more

I will never return to this restaurant. This was my second trip here, and was again disgusted by how filthy it was. We couldn't find one table that was clean enough to sit down to wait for our food. My friend asked for someone to clean the tables and it never happened. The floor was sticky, tables were filled with food and dirt, chairs were in disarray, pushed out in the way of walking through the restaurant, and it appeared people who were coming in the store to get orders weren't getting what they ordered. The person taking our order was curt to say the least. There was a terrible flow between the space where you order, where you get your drink, and where you pick up your food. You had to walk in front of others waiting for their food to get your drink, and it was very awkward. When I went to the counter to pick up my salad, there was a disgruntled customer arguing with staff about his order, while he was hovering over my food. Get it together Panera! I am thoroughly disappointed with the service at this location. Twice now, the payment reader has not accepted my Apple Pay ... which is totally embarrassing. Then, when I became upset, "Beth Ann" defended the device and offered to let me look at her register. I tried to do it again thinking the system was down, and "Beth Ann" said, "it's continuing to decline that"... I said, "well this is the second time this has happened to me at this Panera... I will be writing to Panera and your name will be mentioned." "Beth Ann" then said -- "I'm going to get my manager." Then the manager came and said, "I hear there is an issue, you're payment was declined." I said yeah on ApplePay. He said "yeah, sometimes the system is down." To which I said, "for the second time. I will tell Panera that this location is fucked up." The manager made no effort to comp my purchase or calm me down. I WILL NOT be coming back to this location. The past three times ive been to this location, they have payed little attention to what I actually order, though it is not a complicated order at all. pretty simple, actually. Each time I get carry out and they mess it up every time. I make sure to tell the cashier what I want, again, not complicated, and each time, they are in such a hurry to do their jobs poorly, they mess something up.
