Pink haired waitress dropped this salad just moments after almost dropping our soup.

Food was great. However, the dining area was filthy..looked as if someone crumbled up a packet of crackers on the floor. My pink haired waitress complained about the weight of the trays before almost spilling hot soup on my son. Difficult to screw up a chain restaurant, but these champions pulled it off.

In town for thanksgiving and the kids were screaming for food. So MAC and Chez to the rescue. I'm confident that Panera bread has the best in town. I feel like I'm back at home in Omaha. Their food is very consistent throughout their different locations

This isn't my first visit to Panera, but yesterday I joined a friend here for lunch. When I got there, the restaurant was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and polite. I ordered from the "pick two" menu and went with Broccoli Cheddar Soup and The Italian Sandwich. They gave me a buzzer and I fixed my drink and had a seat to wait for my friend. I expected the buzzer to go off, but a staff member brought my food to the table about three minutes, which was nice. The soup was good, but it was luke warm, which is always disappointing, especially on a cold and rainy day. The Italian sandwich was well made and satisfying. I also got chips, and they were fine. All in all, this was an A-OK lunch. If my soup had been warm, I would have given a 4 star review. I am sure I will be back to Panera.

Don't come 20 minutes before closing. Coffee is not fresh. Then again Panera coffee is very sub-par compared to other places.

I do love the food but The Panera downtown is way better if you have the choice go there and stay away from this one

Compared to the other Panera's in Columbia, this one has great customer service. I haven't had one issue with them.

My drink had a rose petal in it, but that little touch didn't feel contrived or cheeky - it was just a nice pop of color in a great-tasting drink. The baked Boursin cheese was absolutely amazing - I walked out of there realizing I probably ate half a wheel of cheese, and I totally didn't regret it. Dinner was the highlight - I ordered the boom boom shrimp - served on a bed of sushi rice, there were mangos, thinly sliced jalapeños, purple cabbage, shrimp fried to perfection, and a nicely flavored boom boom sauce on top. My only criticism of this place is that plates come out of the kitchen as they make them, so be prepared to share a dish or wait. We were halfway through my dinner before my friend's fish and chips arrived. I'm happy to share, but I'm not a fan of this dining trend. Overall fantastic dinner experience!!

I thought it sounded fun so why not, we headed there to get a table and have some food. However, when we arrived, their friend's parents already had a table and invited us to sit with them. The menu is extensive and has a lot of options, yet the hot pot definitely caught my eye! Nobody else was getting it though, so I decided to save that for the next time. Instead, I ordered Poached Beef in Chili O il because it was as close to hot pot as I could get. I also ordered Garlic Bok Choy, and Roasted Pork Chow Mein. They must've heard me wrong because they brought me out Chow Mei Fun. It did end up being a happy accident because it was really good, and I've never tried it before. My son ordered orange chicken and his friend ordered General Tso chicken. The Poached Beef was amazing! And I really enjoyed the Mei Fun. The Bok Choy was just ok. It was missing some umami. I also really enjoyed open mic and truly hope they continue that in the future...though they do need to work on the sound system and figure it out a bit more because the highest pitch screaming from the speakers almost made my ears bleed LOL. No, but in all seriousness, it was a lot of fun and we will definitely be visiting Taste Place again!!!
