I love the salads here. I rate them the best in Conyers, there are so few places in the area that have a decent salad so Panera is a great addition to the local food scene. For years I would go to their Lithonia store about 3-4 times a year, I now go to the Conyers about twice a month. I say welcome Panera! read more

This place has terrible service. The people that work there are not friendly at all. If I'm going to pay $30 for Mac and cheese I would at least expect some decent service. Also they aren't very sanitary, never wearing gloves when getting ready to eat food, pretty gross. Also, this Panera is always out of stuff, including bread. How are you out of bread when it's literally in the name of the restaurant or tomatoes for a salad. Won't be returning. I placed an order over the phone yesterday for lunch, totaling $27.00, The order cam in the time frame, But when I opened my bag I found there was no drinks that I had ordered, I asked the drive about It, he said he did not check the order and he had one more delivery and he was getting off. He said that he would let the next driver know, To bring me the drinks and some Pastries for the inconvenience : I said fine, Three hours later I call the store and told the Manager what happened she said, the driver told me incorrect information, The following day I call the store and the manager remember me; I said can I get my order replaced and delivered, She checked and came back and said no, The only thing we will do is deliver the drinks that it, not even the pastries what the driver offered. These people never read your order. They consistently get it wrong 100% of the time. You wait 15 minutes on the phone to talk to a manager and he never answers. These people are a joke and clearly don't care about satisfying their customers. It's truly a shame. I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt and a peach ginger tea. The sandwich didn't have any Peppadew peppers and it was so sloppy. Then the guy in the drive thru hands me the honey I asked for without a stirrer (which I didn't realize until moments later) I guess he thought I'd stir it with my bare hands. While that might seem small, there's always an issue every time my husband and I come here. It's really ridiculous. The manager really needs to examine these kids he/she continues to hire that don't seem to care about customer service. Every time I visit this particular panera bread the service is either subpar or they mess up my order. Today, I ordered from the pick 2 menu with a drink and a cupcake. I received my food and drove off only to realize that my cupcake was missing. I drive back to get it and they told me that they no longer sell that product. Well, the cashier should have said that before he charged me for it. I gave this panera bread multiple opportunities to get it right and kept failing. By far the worst Panera I've ever been in. I love Panera but avoid this one. I waited in line for ten minutes to place an order with only one person in front of me. The girl taking my order could not get it right, had to keep correcting her. Stepped into the restroom only to find an employee locked in the single toilet fighting with his girlfriend on the phone, loudly. Why they hand you the pager I have no idea because they yell out your name and the pager never activates. Food was regular Panera, although the soup was runny. Then, my wife wanted hot tea for the road. Fortunately they had changed the girl at the register. Unfortunately their service hadn't improved. The hot water for tea was cold. As was the coffee. When the girl at the register was informed and notified the manager, I watched the manager roll her eyes and shrug her shoulders, then ask where everyone was (meaning the employees who were no where no be seen, she was making the food). Ordered my meal at 3.02 per the reciept, im waiting and waiting, its 3:15 guy asks whats your name, i tell him, he says ok. Wait and wait its 3:27 he asks again im watching people who came after me get their meal, i tell him my name again, he says im looking for it i go to the register and tell the cashier to give me my money back. She gets manager who says ur meal is coming i told her the guy just said he cant find it.
