Just bad food. Bad quality overall. Wrong order, bad ingredients. Nothing like what the menu pictures make you think you're paying for.

Can't go wrong with the cheddar broccoli soup! The chicken sandwich was pretty decent wish it would have been an actual melt like it said tho This location stays pretty busy so protip order online and pickup in drivethru.

Peaceful ambiance on a weekday, with fast and friendly service. I tried their new toasted Italiano. Wow! So delicious!! The bread was toasted just right and the saw was perfect. One of the best Italian sandwiches ever!

I pulled up to the drive thru and waited five minutes before anyone came. I got home to find that my order was missing the chicken and my bag of chips was already open. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

    Caesar Salad

I ordered two salads through the app, one Chicken Caesar, one greek. They were delivery via door dash. BOTH salads were FILLED with dead lettuce and were inedible. This is not the first time I've received low quality salads, but this time it was UNACCEPTABLE. Both were thrown in the trash.

Against my better judgement I gave this glorified hospital food a chance. My dad got the Bacon Chipotle Flatbread pizza from the Turner Hill location and shared a few slices with the family. It was (surprisingly) good, so I decided to go get my own. Since I wouldn't have made it to the Turner Hill location by closing time, I opted for the Conyers one (first mistake). Pulled up and the menu for the drivethru isn't illuminated. Matter of fact, in the car in front of me, they had to use the flashlight on their phone to see the menu. I placed my order for the exact same pizza and a cup of soup, and pulled around to pay. I noticed that several cars were idling in the parking lot, and the cashier said that I would need to do the same. Apparently they couldn't keep up with demand and were just taking payments and asking everyone to wait in a space. After about 5 minutes, they brought the food out and I headed home. Once home, I opened the box and saw the fiasco of a pizza. Take a look at the side-by-side pics I posted of the exact same type of pizza, and the one advertised. My mom commented that it looked as though someone just clobbered a ton of uncooked cheese on top to hide the fact that they were missing so many ingredients. It tasted just as bad as it looked, and I barely got a slice down. HUGE waste of money. I would've taken this mess back if they hadn't closed by the time I was home. I don't know if it was laziness from the teens working inside, or if they didn't know how to make it, or what. But I definitely won't come back.

"What's in the photo"...well, the ppl at Panera that sold and served this thing would like for me to call it a sandwich.

First of all, we order curbside. Place our order. Fill in the description of our vehicle as asked on their site. Arrive 10 minutes later...and we can't find the designated places for curbside. With that we pull-up in front of the store and wait...for curbside. After 10 minutes of waiting...it's not been 20 since we ordered...we finally go in to check on things on to find out that "curbside" isn't in fact "curbside". That where they tell you to not to worry about getting out of your car is a complete lie! They actually just place your food into a to go bin...inside the store! We get home and this is what our $32 paid for! This is completely unacceptable! How could anyone find that serving this sandwich is acceptable? That's not even two complete slices of steak on that sandwich! There was so few toppings that I ended up eat a quarter of the sandwich and that still wasn't any good!

    We're all out of brownies????

This review is a long time coming. My family and I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt several times. From incorrect orders to not so good service and now spoiled Turkey and incompetent staff members. My husband ordered the Turkey Avocado BLT. Once we arrived home and took the wrapper off we smelled a horrible smell. Turns out the Turkey was spoiled! I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Melvin, the assistant manager; who I had previously spoke with prior to leaving the restaurant about an unrelated incident. He asked me to come in and get another sandwich any time. Just give them his name and mine and anyone accommodate me. (Unrelated to the Turkey ) While in the drive thru at the window, my husband asked the cashier to add a brownie. Without missing a beat she immediately said we're out. I ironically was on the app and told my husband that she wasn't being honest, she just didn't want to walk down there and get it. While we were waiting, I placed the order via the app and by the time our food was brought to the car, it was ready. Look at the pic below, they did have the brownies! Melvin did apologize and of course couldn't say why she would lie but I can say he was concerned and made it right. I returned to Panera on this past Thursday morning to get a complimentary breakfast sandwich in lieu of replacing the tainted Turkey. The drive thru attendant who stated she was a manager named Patricia explained to me that I had to get another Turkey sandwich and she also had to verify with Melvin that he actual told me that and she wasn't sure when he'd be in but she herself could not accommodate me. I explained to her that I would not be reordering the spoiled Turkey and she was immovable. To say that I am very disappointed this location, would be an understatement. There are not many great breakfast places in thethe county and since moving down here two years ago, My husband and I were excited that Panera was an option but not any more, as we'll not be returning here at all. I'll keep my app to use at adjacent counties but Conyers doesn't deserve our hard earned money or loyalty. Other incidents include staff playing around in restaurant and in the parking lot, dirty restaurant, disgusting mop water smell and extremely long wait times.

The establishment exuded potential, but upon arrival, I found myself browsing the menu unaided, as no staff member was initially present. Eventually, someone emerged from the back, albeit lacking in enthusiasm or helpfulness. While I understand that everyone has off days or personal matters, their responses to my inquiries were consistently negative, stating that certain ingredients were unavailable. In my opinion, Beefresh could easily achieve a five-star rating with improved customer service and ingredient availability. Furthermore, the actual bowl I ordered contained toppings that were not on offer, adding to the disappointment. Additionally, the application of Nutella and peanut butter was overly generous to the point of excess, necessitating removal, which proved more challenging than expected. In conclusion, I would recommend Beefresh if executed correctly and if all ingredients are readily available. However, if not, I would suggest exploring alternative options for a more satisfying experience.

The service is always good. Everyone always seems so happy to be at work. Lol and that says a lot because most of the employees have been younger, either high schoolers or college aged kiddos. The inside is always clean and smells fresh like they use bleach and hot water to sanitize lol. But the bee theme is just too cute. I took my younger cousin one day before heading to the strawberry patch and he raved about how much he loved the place. And, he loved the boba ball samples too.

I've literally waited 20 years to try this place (known if it never went) until my buddy spoke highly of their Basil Duck. On the day I tried it, I didn't have a whole lot of time, so I ordered a to -go Pad Si Ew with beef. It came a few minutes after the stated "10 minutes", (15 minutes, but that is 50 % longer than promised) however it came out piping hot, bagged and ready to go with a nice side of a coconut mushroom soup that I did not expect. Inside was nicely decorated and in keeping with what I consider to be traditional. The outside is nice and neat, very clean, and in a convenient outdoor shopping area with convenient parking. 5 stars. Value here is more of a 2 stars situation. Lunch was listed as $15.95 (including the beef option). I always tip at least 10% on a carry out, but shame on me, the had already added that but didn't say anything, nor did I read it anywhere, but I tipped on top of that and should not have. So basically with entree, tax, tip,.....and tip, I was at $20 for a lunch. To go. 3 stars on my food. The food quality was good, though I did not care for the soup. It was so seaweed heavy, funky, different, that I poured it out. The Pad Si Ew was good, but needed Soy sauce. There was none to be found in the bag. None on the counter to pack. Oh well. I'll go try the Basil Duck next time. And probably sit down for a more in depth look.
