The customization levels are off the charts, you can add remove or add anything you want or see. They have wings, cool weird brands of chips, a consistently working soda machine, neat sandwiches, cookies both chocolate chip and snickerdoodle, and at least 10 flavors of gelato. They also have a number system so they can easily find your table and both physical and virtual tips. The little claw machine is rigged buts that's my only real complaint. This place was so good. I was here with about 6 other people and they all had pizzas that they really loved. I had the Italian sandwich, which was the same dough as the pizza, but folded over with the ingredients inside. I also had some gelato for desert. Very friendly staff here and reasonably priced food. It's good pizza, not great but definitely something I'd get again. I enjoy doing local things in the town center, supporting local businesses too and pizza is my foody passion so this place couldn't be missed. The prices are reasonable and it's a similar setup to Chipotle where you order your size and toppings then if desired add a drink, salad or Gelato for a meal. My one gripe so far is no one was monitoring the cleanliness of the place and alot of the tables and some of the floor were dirty. It wasn't crowded enough for that to be the case. So it's not getting better, I ordered the same things with exception to the "meal deal" which included a drink and a two scoop gelato. So the drink was as it is but there a Freaking Huge difference between the two scoop and three scoop gelato. Last time I had the three scoop and this time the two scoop was more like a single scoop. What a rip off. Where is the consistency. Each time they prepared the pasta dish every thing was by how much the person grabbed, more or less on the size and amount of each ingredient. It's a challenge to enjoy one visit more or less. It's evident by the size of a two scoop versus a three scoop gelato. But the one consistency was, the pasta was cold the time before and is was cold this time as well with it being burnt on top. read more

This score is strictly based on my last visit. I recently had to start eating gluten free and heard Your Pie had a GF option. I was in the area yesterday and thought I'd try it out. First, they ask if it's an allergy or preference. If you say allergy, they prepare your pizza in the kitchen away from anything that could contaminate it. Then they cook it in the oven in its own pan. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed with the care they took. And the pizza crust was very tasty. I was again pleasantly surprised. Although I can't eat it often because of the dairy, it is nice to know there's at least one restaurant I can trust with a gluten free option. Casual atmosphere, located in covington on square where movies are filmed like vampire diaries and Sweet Magnolias. The staff is kind and everything is clean. I have been to many locations and actually two today. This is the best looking one. The lights hanging from the ceiling sets this a part from all others. The pizza and gelato is extremely good. I really enjoyed this pizza! Perfect size for one person and it was really good. I got it a little well done for that perfect crunch. The Alfredo pasta was good but nothing special. You can make your own by choosing your dough, your sauce and your toppings. Everything is listed up front and very simple. You order up front and then take a number to your table with you so they can bring you the food. The dough itself was tasty, sauce as well. They give you a free cup of ice cream with your meal combo. The staff was super friendly, fast and helpful. The place was very busy and could use some more attention to cleaning up the dirty tables but that's really my only issue. First time at this Your Pie location and was disappointed. I couldnt understand the girl behind the counter taking my order. She never spoke above a whisper even after I told her I couldnt hear and for her to please repeat herself. I ordered a 10" Margherita which has just 4 toppings - red sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil, and tomato. I shouldnt have had to say anything else. She asked me if i wanted sauce and cheese and then asked what else I wanted on it. I thought she would know what a margherita pizza was. Very frustrating. If that was her goal she did well. Washroom was filthy and needed a cleanup. Dining tables had crumbs on them so I wiped my own table down before eating. Officially done with the Covington location. In the last 4 weeks, my delivery order was incorrect 3 times - causing me to have to visit the location to get my correct order. This time, I called ahead (after ordering through a 3PD) to ask them to make sure the order was correct so that I would not have to come in person again. Although I was assured that they would ensure accuracy, one of my pizzas had no sauce! Once again, I had to drive to the location to get the correct pizza. The manager only offered to remake the pizza. No refund because I ordered through Door Dash, no offer for a free meal, extra pizza, soda, ice, napkin - NOTHING. Only "I'm sorry." Since they clearly couldn't care less if I continued or stopped my weekly order, today is the last dime I will spend there. read more
