Incredibly friendly customer service, the staff was very willing to offer help, the food was brought out in a very timely manner, I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup with a sandwich and ate both of them within minutes because of how delicious it was. Very unfortunate! This is the go to Panera bread location we go to and door dash from but lately it's been frustrating. They constantly forget to put in items through DoorDash deliveries. Last time we just ended up going in person to get it ourselves after the last DoorDash mistake but we ended up paying full price for a whole sandwich and they ended up giving us half of a sandwich! Probably will be taking a very long Panera bread break at least from this location. read more

None of the tables in the restaurant were clean. Cashier did not speak good English and did not understand our order. Received the wrong sandwiches. They did replace them however. The food was good as it should be for the price you pay at Panera. I'm surprised at the lack of cleanliness and good customer service for a newly opened establishment. read more

Clean location! This Panera is quite spacious and modern. All the food came out quickly and of good quality. The bacon turkey bravo was great. The bathrooms require a numerical code, but that seems to help keep them clean. Overall, a solid Panera spot in Denver. read more

Dear Panera: we're so happy to have you in the neighborhood! We desperately need more options out here for coffee and healthier food. This place is brand-spanking new! It's a lovely open plan layout with lots of comfortable seating. The coffee is fresh and hot and the bagels are warm. My son loved his chocolate chip bagel. Corporate: please bring back some gluten friendly bakery options! I want to add that the staff are super friendly here. We were greeted warmly by the manager and everyone working here was cheery and helpful. We'll be back again soon. read more

The tables are always dirty. like filthy to eat inside. not one person comes and checks or cleans. i saw a women grabbing my bagel and holding it with her chin and dirty apron and if i didn't speak up they would have served it to me. They forget napkins like ALWAYSSSS. the hot water for tea is always empty, the coffees are not being changed the right time, bitter coffee sitting for HOURS. I like to study here so i see how none of the workers do anything for how dirty their tables are. im confused how they can ask for tip when they dont even provide a service fr, they should be a drive through with how little they care. read more

Panera used to be a good reliable chain with good food... No longer. I am a breakfast sandwich fan, a couple of years ago Panera used to have delicious egg sandwiches, lots of eggs, pretty good bacon, melty cheese on top of a solid tasty almost sourdough ciabatta. I had not been to a Panera in a few years because there was not one near me and better non-chain options exist. Today I stumbled into this new location, ordered a breakfast bacon and egg sandwich on a ciabatta. I received a minuscule amount of scrambled eggs and two ultra thin pieces of bacon on a small piece of baguette. No ciabatta. The baguette looked like it was the size of bread you get as a side with your soup. Nothing else in the sandwich and the bacon and egg was so paper thin, I tasted nothing. Literally nothing. Come on Panera, do better before you go out of business. read more

Freshly made food and good coffee, my husband had sausage and egg sandwich in Asiago bagel, very good. Caramel late and americano hit the spot. Friendly staff and they make sure they got your order right. Some tables are not clean after being used otherwise floors are clean and areas are well lit and spacious. read more

Absolutely ridiculous, I applied for a job here months ago and I can't believe that the manager Kaycie has still not answered me after I accepted the position to this job. I did an interview with a different woman and not even the manager for this location, the lady was much more kinder and explained everything to me. After the interview she let me know to text the manager and tell her whether or not I accept the position. I did accept it only for the manager to reply rudely and completely ghost me.
