Came for brunch again with some co workers. Had the loaded waffle fries which I think are probably better for sharing than as the main dish. It is dense and heavy. Loaded with bacon, gravy, and sauce. Service was a little slow at first. I think they are understaffed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But it is a nice spot and something for everyone. Very dinero vibes, but more high end with cocktails.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Had a brunch here the other day for the first time! Sat at the bar area. Our server was awesome! Very kind and friendly and checked in on us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself is cute and comfortable![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not too too big but not so small it feels crowded[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We were in Denver for spring break. I heard great things about Denver Biscuit Co. I was hoping to try their popular Franklin Biscuit Sandwich. We decided to eat there for our first meal after landing from the airport. We arrived to Denver Biscuit Co on a Thursday late afternoon recently. The restaurant is located inside the nice food hall, Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, CO. Parking is accessible all around the marketplace. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant has fun vibrant modern decor. Plenty of booths and tables are available for dining in. A lively full bar with bar stools looks welcoming. There is a family friendly diner vibe going on which was great[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Since it was about 4:00pm when we were seated unfortunately they were not serving anymore breakfast food which includes the Franklin Biscuit Sandwich. It ended up being a blessing in disguise though because it happened to be happy hour. We ended up ordering 2 Lights Out Burgers, Sully Fries, Kids chicken tenders, Old fashioned cocktail, and a glass of Chardonnay from the happy hour menu. We also ordered a big cinnamon roll to go. Everything was delicious. Our Lights Out Burgers were mouthwatering. The soft bun, huge juicy patty, melted cheese, pickles, onions were such a great concoction of bold flavors. Sully fries smothered with gravy was scrumptious with every messy bite. Our drinks were refreshing and perfect after a flight. The cinnamon roll was soft, moist, and delectable. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Denver Biscuit Co. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price point was more than fair. I love the location and Stanley Marketplace is such a fantastic food hall with many food/drink options. We will come back next time we are in town to try the Franklin Biscuit Sandwich and other menu items.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place was awesome! Walked in to a clean, welcoming restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone genuinely seemed happy to be here. Staff all very friendly and informative. We flew in on a Monday morning and this was our 1st stop. The portions are generous and delicious . I had the DBC club and hubby had the Franklin. Both our sandwiches had perfectly breaded fried chicken breast and we shared loaded waffle fries which were great (smothered with sausage gravy and pimento cheese). Not the cheapest place but we highly recommend it!

It's been several years since I have eaten at a biscuit company. My first time eating at this one. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was laid back and the music they played was eclectic which was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The sandwich I had was very tasty though I'm reminded why I don't do biscuits as they are filling. I'm not complaining but it prevented me from eating the whole sandwich. As odd as this sounds I'm going to order with no biscuits. Ha. The server/bartender was very helpful and courteous. Best of all they give a military discount

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great vibes in here! Cute decorations, felt very diner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was delicious and buttery and I'm gonna think about it always. The biscuits and gravy were super tasty but the Lola was crazy good. The honey butter and maple syrup was AWESOME. Our server was really nice and the host was so nice and welcoming.

What's not to like about scratch made biscuits? [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place was bussin![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service along with a cool dinning room, with plenty of seating options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was delicious, I can understand why they would be packed on the weekends! They have a large menu, full bar service and even a build your own coffee bar, which was pretty cool. If we lived in Denver, this place would be a regular monthly meal, super good!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The location is absolutely amazing mixed in a mixed use food hall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The biscuits itself were ok but felt a bit underwhelming to the hype. The fried chicken patty was juicy but a bit small. Bacon wasn't crispy. I thought the chicken pot pie was good. Very strong flavors and hearty. Cheese grits were nice and comforting. Their pricing seems a bit high for what you get as everything is a la cart. A biscuit sandwich and hasbrowns sets you back $20.

Denver Biscuit Co is a such a comfort spot so it's nice to see it at Stanley Marketplace. They have their normal spread of biscuits as well a burgers and cocktails. Biscuit is buttery light and delicious. The Franklin has good tender chicken and bacon. Adding Nashville Hot doesn't really do much - instead if you're looking for spice, ask for their habanero sauces! Mimosas are decent and service is fair. Chill vibe with a number of TVs at the bar for sport games

    Christian R.

I had read rave reviews about this place, and who doesn't love biscuits? The atmosphere is cool, though the seating felt a little too tight for a weekday. The biscuit itself was delicious, and the mimosas were definitely on point. That said, I wasn't super impressed with the service--it came across a little too "cool" for me. I understand the staff may know their regulars and their orders, but for new customers, writing things down would help avoid mistakes. The hash browns were plain and on the cooler side, which was disappointing. Considering the overall price, I'm not sure it would be worth a second visit. On the positive side, there's ample parking and several other options in the same location.

Trivia night and chicken?! Count us in! My friends and I were looking up fun, trivia places and this location was available. Stanley marketplace is a huge food hall. It does have two parking lots, but you might have to park on side streets. We arrived a little late to trivia because we were looking for parking but this trivia lets you join late and you can still fill in answers for questions that you missed. So we got really lucky and didn't miss out on any potential points. We joined in around the middle around one. While we were playing the waitress came over and asked us if we wanted to order anything. I got the chicken tenders and fries and my friends got two different types of chicken sandwiches. The service was pretty quick and the food came out within the second round of trivia. The chicken tenders were hot fresh and juicy! The fries were seasoned well. I definitely think I would go back for their trivia nights and their chicken. It was a really good mix and the ambience was fun and engaging. My team actually won second place! It was a great surprise and we all split the $15 gift card! Can't wait to go back!

Recommend getting the cinnamon roll to share. It's really big. So yummy and not too sweet. There will be a wait. Bc it's so busy you might not get the best service. They do add a Stanley Improvement Fee. It's small but it's gonna be automatically added to the bill. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is cute for a brunch moment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My partner had the Franklin with sausage gravy instead. We both liked the mushroom gravy. More savory. Cinnamon roll was great. Shareable. Really big roll. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place. Great service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Go shopping after.

I asked about this and their response was "there is literally flour everywhere in the kitchen." I am gluten free and have eaten just eggs and bacon here a couple times and both times was sick later in the day. My recommendation is to avoid DBC if…

What is the name of the pizza places inside?

Or is this place brand new where it started to exist after I had been here most recently? It was a little before 8:40am. As most shops don't open until 10am or so, nobody was around on the 46th Street; the coffee shop was thus empty. I got the guy's undue attention upon entering. Cute wall decors, some tables with chairs for people to sit down, nice open bar with a display of sweets and savory are what I noticed. The drink menu (which I didn't take a picture of) is not massive but has got a good selection, all ordinary stuff. I went with my usual: doppio. I also got me one of the baklavas which I saw where all the baked goods are. The tray full of baklavas was on top of the showcase with a lid on it. Looked nicely brown and flaky. Would be a nice mid-morning snack to eat along with my doppio. The guy was efficient. After I placed my order, it was a matter of a minute or two before he handed me the two items. I was the only customer (like I said) but he was super fast. The charge was about $10 for both items. Upon glancing at the electronic receipt, I realized that the baklavas are $7. A bit pricey I thought but they are a good size. Not bad... At home, I enjoyed both of them after my breakfast. I added some almond milk and half and half in my doppio which tasted nice and bitter (for this reason, people think that I drink like the Italians; they do like strong espresso.) The baklava was so filling. The flaky layers stack on top of each other were perfected. The sweetness was just right. For this size/portion, I guess $7 makes sense; the money worth spent for.
