This is the best Snooze location in the Denver Metro area! We usually go around 8:30am on the weekend, and haven't had to wait once. I love the sweet potato veggie smash, and hubby loves the corned beef. You must try their poached eggs - they are little pillows of deliciousness. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and it's busy, but not overly loud...fun decor, great music, and people enjoying themselves. We get out of there for around $55, not too shabby! read more

TLDR; OKAY price to quality, get the Bella Bella Benedict Right next to the RTD station from Denver international airport. This place gets a lot of foot traffic. Very busy, but the staff is on point. Quick and very kind service even while the place is packed! I ordered some coffee, and the Benny duo. They let you choose any two style of Benedict's that you want. I'd never seen that before and it's a great idea! I got the Bella Bella Benedict and the Smashed avocado Benedict 1 out 2 on the poached eggs. The smashed avocado had a massive and thick slice of tomato and it was a little too much for my taste. The Bella Bella was outstanding though! Sweet and savory. The "hash browns" were not the best. Snooze is located in downtown Denver inside the union station. They have two entrances one on the outside and then one located inside the union station. The dining room area was cute. It had an adorable retro vibe. There was a clean restaurant also a very busy restaurant. I sat in the back of the restaurant . It was a whole quiet area to myself. My server was attentive she checked on me and she answered all my questions in regards to food items, menu, and request. The food was a white selection of different types of breakfast coffees juices. They even had a vegetable juice that was amazing. I got two glasses of it. I had a coffee, nothing special just with creamer however, the coffee tasted burnt. For breakfast I got a breakfast burrito. It was huge. It was really good however it didn't have any flavor. I had to keep adding salt to it. It was very plain. The burrito had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and black beans on the inside with a little bit of cheese and I added onions. The outside of the burrito had a little bit of cheese sprinkled on it and it had a dipping sauce salsa, which was a good dipping sauce. We've been to Snooze plenty of times, so we know what to expect, the food is always great, and the drinks are perfectly boozy. Super consistent. But this visit was rough. It was a busy football Sunday morning, which I totally understand, but we sat at the bar for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. It took another 10 minutes just to get waters. We made eye contact with a few of the servers, and not one smiled or said anything. The energy was just off, rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this location missed the mark completely. We had an hour plus to kill at Union Station in Denver and this place caught my eye. The decor is hip and upbeat, music peppy but not to loud. All of this underscores the healthy offerings and super staff. we had a nice Father's Day brunch at snooze. We joined the waitlist before we arrived, which was fantastic because we only waited about five minutes before our name was called. Make sure you do this because it will get very busy otherwise and your wait time might be longer. We sat outside and it was a very hot day, so it was a nice ambience on the patio. We really appreciated that our server spoke Spanish since some of our party members understood that better- so that was great. We got the wrong food brought out to us at first, but it was pretty quickly corrected. I had the espresso martini which was delicious and also the biscuits and gravy with eggs. Located in the Union Station, this is my favorite brunch spot. I've been to another Snooze location in San Diego and the food here is just as good. If you stay at the Crawford hotel, you get priority reservations that can be easily made with the front desk. There is also a yelp waitlist. They have an extensive menu with so many good things to choose from it's hard to pick. I went with the Benny Duo in which you get to pick two different egg Benedicts if you are indecisive like me. I had the habanero pork belly bene and smashed avocado bene. Both were so delicious! We also ordered a side of the special bacon with had brown sugar, cayenne, chili flakes and maple syrup... amazing! Service was friendly and attentive. And the food came out so fast! I visited here ten years ago while meeting with a friend in Denver. It also happened to be my very first time eating at a Snooze, an A.M. Eatery restaurant. This Snooze is located at Denver's famous Union Station. I remember trying the Pineapple Upside Down Pancake and one of their Bennys. I had never seen such creative breakfast entrées before. It was a fun experience for both of us and the food was great. Back in Arizona, we have a number of these Snooze restaurants. I love the modern twist on breakfast classics that they offer here. I flew into Denver not long ago and had some time to kill at Union Station. I came here to this Snooze location almost ten years after my first visit and decided to relive my fun experience. I ate on the patio and ordered a Chile Verde Benedict. Service was mediocre for a weekday. Probably because I was on the patio and there were hardly anyone eating outside that day. The server rarely came out to check on me and the food came out lukewarm. This will not stop me from eating at a Snooze location again. But I was a little bummed that my weeklong trip in Colorado began with so-so service. I was starving when I got here, so I appreciated that my meal filled me up for my upcoming long drive. read more

After 2+ years we felt the need to revisit this spot. Our last visit a few things were done very well but our expectations were set a little too high based off online/review hype we saw. This time having that past experience set our expectations a little more realistic I think. I will say one huge improvement is the move to the other side of Union Station. The new spot appears bigger (not as crammed) and better overall setup. One of the best parts of last time were the cocktails but this time we stuck to juice. A lot of the food menu sounded good and was hard to make a choice honestly. My wife went with a Benedict again, this time the smashed avocado benny. She did enjoy it but one thing made the dish fall short....her eggs were more hard boiled than poached so no runny yolk. Kinda misses a huge aspect of what an eggs Benedict should be. I went with their Monte Cristo Brioche Toast which was quite good. Service was friendly and attentive and food didn't take long at all. So, after time has passed and revisiting on return to Denver I think 4 stars is still appropriate. It's solid food and worth checking out if you haven't been or enjoyed it in the past. Walked in without a reservation and waited about 20 minutes, not bad at all. The restaurant had plenty of tables and outdoor seating, with a cozy diner charm. I loved the cushioned, clean booths and the fun artwork decorating the walls. The menu was extensive with lots of tempting options to choose from. Presentation was pretty simple, but the flavors made up for it, both dishes we ordered were tasty. I'd especially recommend the shrimp and grits, they were done really well. We decided to visit their new location. I love how airy and bright it is. Within the Union Station, it's got the historic downtown charm we love. Glad I used their waitlist to get in line well ahead of time so the wait wasn't long. Our waitress was great. The food menu has definitely expanded since our last visit to a Snooze. I got their Bee & Burrata toast and the greens & almond butter coconut smoothie. It was delicious! My hubby got their pancake flight and a mango smoothie. We both left full and happy. There are some other brunch facilities in Denver such as U**** E** (a daytime eatery) and s********* (American eatery) and sometimes I see some Denver TikTok hating on snooze an am eatery because it is a chain. Well guess what I think....wherever I am, if there's a snooze around I think thank god. That's somewhere we can go and it will be what we need it to be. I won't stand for snooze slander. Anyway the food is good, I like the online waitlist, and it's just great vibes and happy patrons in my experience. I never order a French toast at brunch but at snooze I sometimes do. They have a lot of pancakes to choose from too and sometimes I don't know how to make a decision so I just order a mimosa and it calms me down enough to decide. I was a bit uncertain about this particular location, mainly whether it would be too busy because of the Union station situation. But rest assured it's not. Petition to have Snooze to open a branch here in the Bay Area, California! I was in Denver for a judo conference event and my local friends recommended this amazing brunch place to me. And it did not disappoint! This Snooze store is located next to Denver's Union Station and has ample outdoor seating. You can easily find parking at any parking garage nearby. Even at 8am, the place was fully packed. I highly recommend you reserved a table before you came. I was seated promptly after checking in. I told my server that I needed to catch my tour bus at 8:50am and asked if they could do anything to help speed up my order. And they did exactly just that. My order came out quickly and my check was promptly given to me. I ordered the customized pancake flight which included blue berry, sweet potato and banana pancakes. The portion was generous. The pancakes were so fluffy and full of flavors! I've never eaten such delicious pancakes in my life and I've tried so many brunch places in the Bay Area (California). Our waiter was a bit distracted because several things we asked for he didn't get right. The food is overall ok. Poor service made for a pretty miserable experience. Place was crowded even on a weekday mid-morning. Seems to be a lot of tourist, likely based on the train station location. Sat back in the corner and it was pretty warm on a hot day; not the end of the world but a bit uncomfortable. An ice tea ordered came out after the food; how does a beverage take longer than food? Asked for hot sauce when food was dropped; it never came. Bacon was overly mapled even though it was not listed as maple bacon; kind of gross. They have a Bacon But Different, which is described as brown sugar; maybe the bacon was switched by accident. No lines at 9am and we were seated right away by a very attentive server, Juli. The ambiance was electric for this early in the morning with nicely platted dishes flying out of the kitchen. The extensive menu had me a bit overwhelmed because there were so many things to choose from. After a few minutes and my decisions being influenced by Juli I ordered the habanero pork belly benny, I'm a sucker for habanero & pork belly We also had a "breakfast go to", the egg sandwich I am served on a pretzel roll with a potato cake and sausage patty. Not being able to decide on what pancake we had to try Juli once again helped starting the most popular and her favorite was the pineapple upside down, she was right it was delicious as was everything we ordered. They have summer drinks and I ordered the green juice/drink that was refreshing and delicious. I had Buddha bowl that was pretty good and healthy, had many different veggies and lots of protein without meat. My husband ordered different side dishes and wasn't impressed with hash browns. Let's be real: Parking at this location is a pain, it is slammed busy, and no one answers the phones. I don't think they take reservations on the weekends, but it's hard to know because the service on their website and on yelp does allow you to make reservations. It would be nice if this was aligned with what the website says. The online waitlist is easy to use however, and gave us no hiccups. However, Christine, our server, was stellar. She was so patient and friendly when we took up her table to chat with our out of town guests. She checked on us regularly and had no issues getting what we needed. Love Christine! The food was excellent as well. Loved the habanero pork belly Benny and the Bella Benny- both were excellent in their own way, with a good balance of sweet and savory. Don't skip the arugula and balsamic reduction on the Bella Benny- it makes the meal and is not just a garnish.
