Overall good, just not a wow breakfast. Very cute inside and great outside seating for when it's nice out. Services was ok, she forgot something each time and wasn't the friendliest. Overall fine but not something I would crave to go back to.

Loved Snooze! The breakfast was delicious and exactly what I was craving. Service was top-notch--our server was attentive, friendly, and on it the whole time. Great vibe too. Would absolutely come back.

So impressed with my gluten free pancake (the strawberry shortcake) ... also I really enjoyed the spuds deluxe dish too! The potatoes were crisp and also soft and just the way I like it! Excellent flavors and so filling and yummy. Ryan and I went with a couple friends and we had so much fun good food excellent service (thank you Jason!) This was right at Union Station so it's once again super convenient location for us , we got in quickly seated right away and very clean space and comfy places to sit and hang out to chat and eat and enjoy breakfast!

Snooze is located in downtown Denver inside the union station. They have two entrances one on the outside and then one located inside the union station. The dining room area was cute. It had an adorable retro vibe. There was a clean restaurant also a very busy restaurant. I sat in the back of the restaurant . It was a whole quiet area to myself. My server was attentive she checked on me and she answered all my questions in regards to food items, menu, and request. The food was a white selection of different types of breakfast coffees juices. They even had a vegetable juice that was amazing. I got two glasses of it. I had a coffee, nothing special just with creamer however, the coffee tasted burnt. For breakfast I got a breakfast burrito. It was huge. It was really good however it didn't have any flavor. I had to keep adding salt to it. It was very plain. The burrito had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and black beans on the inside with a little bit of cheese and I added onions. The outside of the burrito had a little bit of cheese sprinkled on it and it had a dipping sauce salsa, which was a good dipping sauce. If I'm in the area again, and I come to try this restaurant, I will definitely be trying a different food item. I love the vibe. I loved where it was located.

We've been to Snooze plenty of times, so we know what to expect, the food is always great, and the drinks are perfectly boozy. Super consistent. But this visit was rough. It was a busy football Sunday morning, which I totally understand, but we sat at the bar for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. It took another 10 minutes just to get waters. We made eye contact with a few of the servers, and not one smiled or said anything. The energy was just off, rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this location missed the mark completely. We won't be coming back to this Snooze again.

First of all, I am loving this location change! Still in Union Station, but even trendier! The neon lights alone created a great ambiance + the service was wonderful! As far as breakfast goes, Snooze holds the top spot for Eggs Benedict in my book! Excellent Hollandaise sauce with a perfectly oozy egg to soak up the English muffin. I asked for my hash browns extra crispy and they absolutely delivered. I'm so ready to go back!

We had an hour plus to kill at Union Station in Denver and this place caught my eye. The decor is hip and upbeat, music peppy but not to loud. All of this underscores the healthy offerings and super staff. There is pretty much everything you could want for breakfast but happily it doesn't all focus on meat... though they have pork belly my absolute favorite. I had the simple two taco breakfast which was hearty and quick along with a dirty chai... another joy I'll be quitting until I get back into fighting shape.

we had a nice Father's Day brunch at snooze. We joined the waitlist before we arrived, which was fantastic because we only waited about five minutes before our name was called. Make sure you do this because it will get very busy otherwise and your wait time might be longer. We sat outside and it was a very hot day, so it was a nice ambience on the patio. We really appreciated that our server spoke Spanish since some of our party members understood that better- so that was great. We got the wrong food brought out to us at first, but it was pretty quickly corrected. I had the espresso martini which was delicious and also the biscuits and gravy with eggs. The food was good, but I feel like it wasn't anything crazy. This is definitely a nice spot to go to for a more special brunch.

Located in the Union Station, this is my favorite brunch spot. I've been to another Snooze location in San Diego and the food here is just as good. If you stay at the Crawford hotel, you get priority reservations that can be easily made with the front desk. There is also a yelp waitlist. They have an extensive menu with so many good things to choose from it's hard to pick. I went with the Benny Duo in which you get to pick two different egg Benedicts if you are indecisive like me. I had the habanero pork belly bene and smashed avocado bene. Both were so delicious! We also ordered a side of the special bacon with had brown sugar, cayenne, chili flakes and maple syrup... amazing! Service was friendly and attentive. And the food came out so fast! Will definitely be back next time we're in Denver.

I visited here ten years ago while meeting with a friend in Denver. It also happened to be my very first time eating at a Snooze, an A.M. Eatery restaurant. This Snooze is located at Denver's famous Union Station. I remember trying the Pineapple Upside Down Pancake and one of their Bennys. I had never seen such creative breakfast entrées before. It was a fun experience for both of us and the food was great. Back in Arizona, we have a number of these Snooze restaurants. I love the modern twist on breakfast classics that they offer here. I flew into Denver not long ago and had some time to kill at Union Station. I came here to this Snooze location almost ten years after my first visit and decided to relive my fun experience. I ate on the patio and ordered a Chile Verde Benedict. Service was mediocre for a weekday. Probably because I was on the patio and there were hardly anyone eating outside that day. The server rarely came out to check on me and the food came out lukewarm. This will not stop me from eating at a Snooze location again. But I was a little bummed that my weeklong trip in Colorado began with so-so service. I was starving when I got here, so I appreciated that my meal filled me up for my upcoming long drive.

After 2+ years we felt the need to revisit this spot. Our last visit a few things were done very well but our expectations were set a little too high based off online/review hype we saw. This time having that past experience set our expectations a little more realistic I think. I will say one huge improvement is the move to the other side of Union Station. The new spot appears bigger (not as crammed) and better overall setup. One of the best parts of last time were the cocktails but this time we stuck to juice. A lot of the food menu sounded good and was hard to make a choice honestly. My wife went with a Benedict again, this time the smashed avocado benny. She did enjoy it but one thing made the dish fall short....her eggs were more hard boiled than poached so no runny yolk. Kinda misses a huge aspect of what an eggs Benedict should be. I went with their Monte Cristo Brioche Toast which was quite good. Service was friendly and attentive and food didn't take long at all. So, after time has passed and revisiting on return to Denver I think 4 stars is still appropriate. It's solid food and worth checking out if you haven't been or enjoyed it in the past. I just think you will likely find some better options nearby!

Walked in without a reservation and waited about 20 minutes, not bad at all. The restaurant had plenty of tables and outdoor seating, with a cozy diner charm. I loved the cushioned, clean booths and the fun artwork decorating the walls. The menu was extensive with lots of tempting options to choose from. Presentation was pretty simple, but the flavors made up for it, both dishes we ordered were tasty. I'd especially recommend the shrimp and grits, they were done really well. Overall, nothing particularly stood out to make me rush back, but it was a solid, satisfying meal.

We decided to visit their new location. I love how airy and bright it is. Within the Union Station, it's got the historic downtown charm we love. Glad I used their waitlist to get in line well ahead of time so the wait wasn't long. Our waitress was great. The food menu has definitely expanded since our last visit to a Snooze. I got their Bee & Burrata toast and the greens & almond butter coconut smoothie. It was delicious! My hubby got their pancake flight and a mango smoothie. We both left full and happy. The food came out quick for the amount of people in there. Great experience and I definitely recommend trying this new location and the expanded menu!

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Is there enough seating in this location for a group of 5 adults and one baby?

    Yes, more than enough seating.

    Do you have outdoor seating?

Good Morning Julie. Yes, we have a large, very popular patio for you to enjoy your breakfast on.

Do you take reservations for large parties (10-12)?

Hey there Emily! Unfortunately we are unable to take reservations. For a party of this size, your best bet will be to give the restaurant a call and they will walk you through the best way to get a spot. Happy brunching!

Can the gluten free pancakes be made vegan? I see you have both options separately on the menu. Thank you

Hi Kyle. Unfortunately, we cannot make our gluten free pancakes vegan. We've tried but haven't perfected that one yet.

    Is this location dog friendly?

Yes! The outdoor patio is dog-friendly.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Cozy spot for some classy bites and cocktails. I think I probably got off on the wrong foot when I asked for sparkling water instead of flat and found out it was $7 per personal mini bottle (and they don't have club soda). My first time encountering that in Denver in the last 14 years... The cocktail concept is cool: pick a classic, slightly updated, or super creative version from 5 categories (martini, old fashioned, sour, spritz, highball). The spicy mango sour (with mezcal) was awesome -- although I expected egg white on a sour. The martinis were ok... a bit of a let-down in today's collection of Denver martinis at other local spots (think anchovy, sour cream and onion, holy trinity, and old bay). The food was also hit or miss. We loved the cauliflower/potato Bravas with the slightly spicy sauce, as well as the croquettes and their sauce. The tuna crudo was super bland, which is disappointing for $19.

For the pop-up, the theme was Apres-Ski, which is trending heavily right now. The holiday design and decor was perfect for Milly. While they had a holiday drinks menu donned with mulled wine, buttered rums, and egg nog, which is what I ordered, the regular menu Milly offers was also available. This menu consists of several "throwback" cocktails from previous decades. You can't go wrong with a gimlet. Milly's is always busy but the servers are fantastic and are very knowledgeable about all their drinks and are happy to help with drink recommendations based on your preferences. If you're in the area, definitely get a reservation and head here for a drink or two. Milly will take great care of you!
