Our order was correct the food was good, the only downside is this location does partake in Veterans Day not even a small coffee.

I ordered the pick two, got a turkey sandwich and tomato soup. When I opened the sandwich it completely fell apart - the area inside the crust was practically cut away from the crust it self so it was difficult to hold. But that aside the bigger issue here is that there were .. what appears to be maggots floating in my tomato soup. - I couldn't eat it; and that was disgusting to witness so I was frustrated and disappointed because I wasted my money and now I have no lunch. If I could give zero stars I would. Never returning to Panera; especially this location. 20$ down the drain as well as feeling extremely nauseated. read more

I ordered at 6:40 order showed it would be ready at 6:55, I received my order at 7:40. I called the manager and he could care less said the computer doesn't know how backed up they are when the order is placed. An hour to get a salad and 2 bowls of soup and they were out of the soup I ordered so they gave me a different kind. I will never ever eat at this Panera Bread if I even eat at another at all. Panera Bread has become my predictable healthy fast food choice. Two of us hiked nearby on the Eno River and came here. My choice was tomato soup and greek salad (pictured), which was yummy! My buddy had the chicken sandwich, which he enjoyed. The service here is good. Actually I made a boo-boo on my order and they fixed it promptly to my satisfaction. Some had to wait in line to order, but I used the PB app which is easiest way to order. This location has nice outdoor dining in the front. Nice interior too. Entrance off the road is right next to several other entrances, so be mindful when you pull in. Definitely worth a stop. Good food and fast service. Enjoy! read more

This place is AWESOME! I love some Panera Bread! Customer service here is the BOMB! The parking is another issue, lol! Ridiculous set up here with parking, hard to find places to park. Always greeted when I walk in. I love the broccoli cheddar soup, that's a must, I always get that, it's so tasty and yummy!!! I decided to try the pepperoni melt! It was da BOMB!!!! Perfect amount of cheese, pepperoni, sauce toasted on a awesome baguette! I'm telling this sandwich is a must try!!! Not a lot of seating inside but enough. The tables were dirty in places but they were working hard trying to clean up the place. There is outside seating also. The customer service and level of efficiency are lacking big time. As I waited at the drive thru window I witnessed two people hustling while two others appeared to be doing nothing. It's a Panera like any other, but since it seems to be quite new it doesn't have those placards on the wall touting 802.11B (!!!) wifi, as if it's 1999. When I was there the pagers apparently weren't working so they were just yelling out names and numbers. Okay, so it's a Panera so you pretty much know what you're gonna get. I was in the neighborhood after a doctor's visit and found this location nearby to redeem my offer for a free coffee on a weekday morning. They've transitioned pretty well to social distancing and pickup. I entered, ordered at the kiosk screen (just a coffee and pastry), and they had my order ready very quickly. I'm used to grabbing a cup and filling up my own coffee but now they have them in the kitchen area and hand them to you. I'm not often in this area but will remember this location if I do. read more

Im not a huge Panera fan to be honest. For the most part I like the food but I often leave questioning my value for money there. I just feel like I could can get better value for money at other places but thats just me. Overall this Panera is like many others although I just say it feels cleaner and newer. Maybe because it is, not sure. I have yet to have bad service here, but I am always her when its slow so I can't speak to that too much I guess. Bathrooms are pretty clean which is good because it speaks to the likely cleanliness of the back of the house. I don't have anything bad to say about this Panera that I couldn't essentially say about Paneras a a whole. I actually think the service (customer service at least) so far for me has been pretty good every time so far. So there's that for whatever that is worth. If people have complained about service in the past were potentially just normal growing pains of a newly opened chain. read more

This is a super spacious Panera Bread. I stopped in for brunch on Sunday. There were plenty of spaces to sit and clean. I decided to order through the tablet. It was easy and straight to the point. The food was brought out to me, which I thought was very kind. Most Panera's that I've been to, it's usually more of a pick up kinda service. Great customer service and food! You may think that if you've been to one Panera that you've been to them all. Not so fast my friend. I've eaten at some pretty crappy Panera's - I'm looking at you South Pointe in Durham. Other than the parking situation at this location (and it's not near as bad as the 9th St location) it's one of the best locations I've eaten. The place is very clean for a Panera. I ordered at the kiosk stand so I'm not sure how the service was. I did customize my salad and it was done to perfection. The salad was fresh, the tomatoes sucked but I expect that at places, the toppings were abundant. It was really good and I must admit I was surprised. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how good this location is. Perhaps Panera has been restored in my eyes? Oh! To the people complaining about the wait at the drive thru - it's Panera, not McDonalds. The food has to be prepared and packaged on the spot. It's fine to go through the drive thru, but a long wait should be expected at a place like this. I was surprised to even see one! read more

Good customer service but they CONSISTENTLY fuck up food, my girlfriend on several occasions has gotten the chicken fontega sandwich with no chicken or sauce so it's just tomato and cheese on bread. And they are very often out of food items (bagels, apples, toppings, etc.) that aren't taken off their online menu. Well they are consistent. Consistently rude at this location. You have to make them see you and they act like you are bothering them when want to order. My app said go to rapid pick up for food. I walked in and shelves were empty. I go to counter (no customers waiting but staff tries to ignore me. I say excuse me but says pickup food at rapid pick up. I use this location a lot since I work nearby. I've got the app so I order almost entirely via the pickup option. The restaurant is always clean, food is almost always prepared to spec (I've had 1-2 mistakes over more than a year so I consider that INCREDIBLE as I've got allergies and all my orders are customized) and mistakes are corrected quickly. They also handled the pandemic well. Curbside delivery never takes more than a few minutes and everyone I saw was pleasant in the face of so much stress. This Panera location is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Don't get me wrong I'm a panera fan, but if I need to go out of my way so that I won't ever have to set foot here, I will . The place was pretty dead no one was ahead of me and it took a few minutes for a new customer to come in. I had to wait 25 min for an order for one! Just came from getting lunch from this location after placing an online mobile order. I've only been to this location one time before as customer service was not pleasant and I had missing items not included in my order. Today's order just proved I will never go to this location again as I came home to find missing items from my order after paying extra for things on my salad such as chicken and a avocado, and these salads aren't cheap! Also ordered a bread bowl and a sandwich. I was also missing 2 bags of chips. FYI... should of just went to Chick fil A down the street. HORRIBLE service. Drive thru screws up the orders on a regular basis. GM Jas does not care about messing up your order. Refuses to fix the problem. GM should be replaced. Today, my drive through order was incorrect. I ran to Panera on a break from work. When I called the store to let them know my order was wrong, the General Manager (Jas) started i needed to return to the store and they would remake the order. This is not an option as I cannot leave work again. I asked if she could send it out via Doordash. she would not. I have been consistently disappointed with this location. Unfortunately it is the closest location to my house, and I usually avoid it. However, this morning I thought I'd chance it and get breakfast for myself and boyfriend. I drove up to the menu board, and placed my order. They told me they'd tell me my total at the window. When I got to the window they said my goal was $26 for a latte, breakfast sandwich, a muffin, and pastry. She rechecked and repeated my order - she had it very wrong. She had my coffee as a cold brew, had the bagel type wrong, and had forgotten my muffin. So I repeated it back again. I waited for my food, got it, and drove home. I should have checked it before I drove away. Somehow to my strong disappointment, I got home to see they had put steak instead of sausage, and the wrong cheese on my sandwich. This will be the second time reviewing this location. After a fairly scathing review about orders being wrong 3 of the 4 times I have been there I thought i would give them one more shot. The 5th time they didn't disappoint. Ordered a full Fuji chicken salad and they left off the chicken. I broke the only rule I have at this location that is to check my order before I leave the drive through. This location is not up to the standards of other Panera's. You would think a chain like this would have the same training and processes through out all locations. It's clear by other reviews that this one doesn't. Probably one of the most inconsistent Panera's I've been too. Service eh, food is usually missing something. When I pay 1-3$ extra for something at least make sure that is on the item. Custom orders are generally not attended to and the staff begins closing tasks about 1.5 hours before the store closes, limiting options if you go outside of peak times. They are quiet, and it is difficult to tell the manager of the shift. They even closed for a "staff meeting" recently. I hope their quality and overall service were top on the agenda. read more
