    Soup and salad
    Dave W.

Panera Bread has become my predictable healthy fast food choice. Two of us hiked nearby on the Eno River and came here. My choice was tomato soup and greek salad (pictured), which was yummy! My buddy had the chicken sandwich, which he enjoyed. The service here is good. Actually I made a boo-boo on my order and they fixed it promptly to my satisfaction. Some had to wait in line to order, but I used the PB app which is easiest way to order. This location has nice outdoor dining in the front. Nice interior too. Entrance off the road is right next to several other entrances, so be mindful when you pull in. Definitely worth a stop. Good food and fast service. Enjoy!

Nice & clean fresh salad and the best tasting croissants and cookies. I mean everything including the kitchen sink cookie has lots of flavor. I don't mind those calories! The service was pleasant.,

Okay, so it's a Panera so you pretty much know what you're gonna get. I was in the neighborhood after a doctor's visit and found this location nearby to redeem my offer for a free coffee on a weekday morning. They've transitioned pretty well to social distancing and pickup. I entered, ordered at the kiosk screen (just a coffee and pastry), and they had my order ready very quickly. I'm used to grabbing a cup and filling up my own coffee but now they have them in the kitchen area and hand them to you. I'm not often in this area but will remember this location if I do.

No one here, yet my order took forever to get and it was cold by the time I got it! This location is the worst !

This Panera location is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Don't get me wrong I'm a panera fan, but if I need to go out of my way so that I won't ever have to set foot here, I will . The place was pretty dead no one was ahead of me and it took a few minutes for a new customer to come in. I had to wait 25 min for an order for one! When I got home, to my greater disappointment my food was cold! I'm honestly not sure why it took so long and everyone seemed to be just standing around.

They claim this is a Madagascar vanilla cream cold brew. Panera customer service said I should just stir it. The lightest part of this drink is far darker than this drink has looked the last 20 times I have bought it. Crap drink. Crap customer service. No wonder this place is tanking.

Our order was correct the food was good, the only downside is this location does partake in Veterans Day not even a small coffee.

I liked this Panera. Chicken noodle soup and pizza was delicious. Felt like a clean environment. Friendly staff.

What's the point of having a drive thru if no one ever staffs it? Just spent several minutes sitting here waiting before giving up.

Outside of the main building and next to the butterfly house and train depot on the museum campus you'll find this little cafe. Several types of wraps and salads are available as well as fountain drinks and treats. Bathrooms (with changing stations) are next to the cafe. However if you need to use the changing stations and can wait I would suggest the main building second floor for the large private family bathrooms. Don't expect anything exotic at the cafe but what is here is good and portions that will fill you up so you can enjoy the rest of your day at the museum. I used to consider it a bit over priced a few years ago until the rest of the world became over priced so now this is just normal priced. If there's no seating at the cafe and it's nice out there are picnic tables a bit further down to the right.

Indoor seating is closed at the moment, but there is a lot of outdoor seating at the front and side of the cafe. If those areas are full, there are picnic tables close by at the start of the Dino Trail.

As you enter there is a sign that tells you to go look at the menu board, pick out your drink, and go back to the counter to order. I grabbed a diet coke, and ordered a Common Cobb. I was a bit surprise when my total came to $18, as my salad was only $14 but I guess I should have paid attention that my bottle of soda was over $3. How much are the fountain drinks, I wonder? I found us a table inside since it was a bit hot that day (there is also plenty of seating outside AND inside if you go downstairs). The table and floor were messy but someone quickly came to clean it for me. They called our names over the loudspeaker and my best friend went to go get our food. She got the MotherClucker. Our food was REALLY good. If you like Cobb salad, you will definitely like this one. The chicken was pan seared perfectly, the vinaigrette was perfectly tangy and the bleu cheese was especially excellent. My friend's chicken sandwich has SO MUCH chicken salad on it. Impressive. There was so many neat items to see in the place. The murals were great, there were some cute retail spaces, a coffee bar up front, a bar downstairs, and ice cream outside! Unfortunately my bestie and I had too much to talk about so we didn't check it out as much as I otherwise wood. I would definitely try this place again!

They answered our questions and provided recommendations upon request. We had a large group, so it was taking a while for all of the food to be ready. I decided to just get a raspberry white chocolate scone and a greena colada so that I didn't have to wait a very long time to eat. We enjoyed sitting upstairs where we could all sit together and watch the scenery while eating. The kids loved the space, and it also provided us with some privacy for our birthday celebration. The scone was very good. I was a bit disappointed with the smoothie, though. I was expecting it to be flavorful and naturally sweet due to the mangoes and pineapple as well as the honey that was supposed to be added, but it was quite bland and not flavorful at all. Everyone else seemed to have enjoyed their food.

The time was supposed to be 10-20 minutes. It turned out more like 40, and no one seemed to notice that it was taking too long. The place wasn't full by any means. The turkey sandwiches were dry--minimal mayo and a couple of halved cherry tomatoes instead of slices. The turkey was tasty, but far too thickly sliced for my taste. Overall meh. My son had a burger which he said was huge but terribly overcooked and dry. (The order form does ask how you want the burger cooked, and I'd chosen Medium). Again, just a drop of sauce. Barely edible. The smoothie drinks and house made chips were good. But not enough to compensate for the sandwiches. Sorry!

They have local goods, like honey, jams, chocolates, sauces for sale as well as wine and lots of other goods.
