Hubby found his toasted plain bagel with cream cheese average. As breads have been delicious at Panera bread, he was surprised their bagels haven't been better. The toffee nut cookie was good. The triple berry scone was moist, but overly sweet due to the glaze. We disliked you have to queue at various work stations to get your entire order. Oh, kinda sad about the entire visit. Asked for steak and white cheddar -sorry sir we are out of whatever bread it comes on would you like X replacement " -I don't care just give me the You Pick two, with cheddar and broccoli soup. Waited a little longer than expected, number called but they forgot the soup, apology offered , off I go to seat but no spoon so back to counter. Bite into sandwich get nothing but bread, open sandwich and take disappointing photo. Tear away empty parts of sandwich and take a spoonful of soup, ahhhhhh almost luke warm. So long story short, in Maryland you have to pay for a slice of sourdough bread that any and every Panera Bread that I've ever been to in North Carolina is willing to give you the bread for FREE in addition to one of the sides that you would normally be able to choose from (baguette, apple, or chips). And the associate, I'll leave her name out of the review, couldn't locate the bread on her POS screen to charge me for it. She asked her manager, who couldn't assist either. Absolutely terrible. Just because you can't find it, doesn't mean you should attempt to charge me for it. If it's not on the menu in your POS, then you should charge for it. At least the Broccoli Cheddar soup and Steak & White Cheddar panini were good. And another note, the parking lot is very difficult to navigate. The entrance is difficult to see. read more

Panera is always a nice place to stop for breakfast. This location is larger than most I've seen and has a drive thru. The people are nice here and seem to like what they do. Bathrooms are clean and dining area is spotless. read more

Nice place to stop and have some fresh food on the way through Easton. Panera is always a great option over the typical fast food. Service was very fast and friendly; we had our meals in about 5 minutes. Great assortment of teas and fruit drinks by the soda machines. There is some great outdoor seating, and even a drive through if you don't want to get out of your car. The restaurant was clean, and the staff didn't let dirty dishes pile up near the trash cans. I'll be back next time I'm passing through Easton. read more

Today for lunch I ordered the turkey and kale panini and the Mediterranean quinoa salad. The salad was tasteless and the only thing that was Mediterranean about it was a few black olives. The panini was soggy and the bread tasted like a sponge. The bottom slice was so thin and flaccid that you could see the kale through it. The turkey breast was dry and I bit down on a couple hard pieces in the meat. Altogether awful. Will take Corner Bakery any day over this slop. read more

I come here a lot mostly through the drive thru. 9/10 my order comes out perfectly, but the other 1/10 is really bad. I ordered a large Mac and cheese and it tasted like melted plastic plus the bread that came with it was so burnt that it crumbled to dust in my hand when I picked it up. This place is just too convenient on my trips to the Eastern Shore of MD. It is also a place where I can safely get some somewhat healthy foods for the kids. What is interesting is that my wife has a Panera card and she seems to get lots of freebies. So that makes it more palatable when I slap down to pay the hefty bill. You wont get any sandwich reviews from me but I can tell you about the soups. I got the tomato pesto, which was decent but it was really salty. I can safely say that most Panera soups are very salty to me. I think it is a way to cheaply flavor them while still satisfying meat eating customers that all of a sudden want to be healthy. Sometimes I get the broccoli cheddar, which I know isn't the healthiest option but it is the best soup they have in my opinion. Another time I ordered the potato soup which I thought was really good also. Still, they are all very salty and if you aren't used to the salt, you will taste it immediately. With the salad, we typically get the apple, vice the bread. Again, we always try to go the healthiest route when eating out. Clean bathrooms, clean seating area. Good, hot coffee. I would be interested in hearing how they are doing on their sandwiches, but they don't look as good as what they used to be... Easy access to and from the highway in Easton. Recommend it if you are passing through and need to get a sit down meal. read more

Ordered catering service day before. Arrived at designated time to find them just starting my order. Staff appeared clueless. Wouldn't have been so bad but the expected apology from the manager in staff never came. Will not use Panara for lunches ever again. read more

I've always love this Panara except for that one time there was mold on my bread but anyways they always have good food,service,Etc. today I went and was excited about my favorite thing on the menu, the grilled cheese but to my surprise it was DISGUSTING they changed the cheese and can I say I won't be going there again anytime soon. read more

I always liked stopping here going back and forth to Oc md but I'm not sure what's happening here. My husband and I ordered a turkey sandwich on asiago . I should have taken a picture of the little bit of turkey that was on our sandwich. It was only enough for one half sandwich. Other than that, everything is clean, the people are friendly but I would rather pay extra for a whole sandwich then have to take everything off of one side tobput it on the other. read more

Ordered 16 assorted sandwiches on a platter for a business luncheon today. Called yesterday to preorder. Staff were courteous and very helpful. The lunch was great, the sandwiches which also came with chips were fantastic. And the best part is, we only ate 1/2 the platter. So all ready for lunch tomorrow. My daughter and I went to have a bagel this morning. there was a long line of unorganized people. manager didn't decide to open other line for like 10 minutes. I have been coming to Panera way before it ever hit Easton, Md. I was never disappointed with the food, service, management, etc. Until we went in on April 24, 2015. We were there around 5:00 and as usual were waited on quickly. The cashier, however, seemed to be interested in the fact that it was after 5:00 and she should have been relieved to go home. She spent the time complaining how long she had been there and "where is Nicole?" She looked in every direction except ours. Her name tag was turned around but I can tell you she was working with Hailey and Nicole did indeed relieve her at 5:15. She occupied the cash register closest to the bakery. She was a petite cute young girl. I told my husband that the normal manager was not there and I could not tell who was managing the shift. I don't usually complain about such things but this was blatant and not the way Panera's normally trains their people. Thank you for listening. read more
