Did the rapid order online through my phone so I could come in, get my food & drink, and leave. Well, they ran out of tea. So, we had to wait. If this happened occasionally that would be okay, but is becoming a habit. In the last 4 or 5 visits 3 of them we had to bring it to their attention that they were out of tea. Mr. or Mrs. Manager. Please get with it and stay on top of your store. Running out of stuff like this shouldn't happen. read more

And I specifically asked if they had any cookies that were just made. All of the other locations I've been to (in all different states) always give out fresh products. Bummer! Just went through the drive through at this location and they: 1. Didn't fulfill any of my specifications for my sandwich (I asked for a different type of cheese and no sauce) 2. Just went in to order something. This store is slowest place on the planet, lady could not get my order right and on top of that she wipes her whole mouth as she was about to get the bagel so I walked out. Love it! The olives on the Greek salad are Kalamata olives and the cheese is feta. Most places that have Greek salad it is black olives with mozzarella cheese. If you ask for more olives they give it, no problem. Usually quiet and the people there are friendly, social, and you even see people that are the talk of the town. this is your average st. louis bread location. mediocre. the service was good, food was fresh and tasted clean, bread was great, as always. this is the first one i've been to where they bring the food to you. as the food was being delivered, we were told to "enjoy, my friends." which was adorable. atmosphere is nice- was quiet and enjoyable. lemonade was good, as always. however, the chocolate chip cookie i received was "fresh from the oven"- however within seconds of it hitting the plate, it became like concrete. was a bit saddening. overall, as i said, a mediocre place. not bad, but not great either. read more

Good place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I have been to multiple bread co. across the region, including this one, many many times. Stopped in today for a late lunch. Had a reward on my MyPanera card for $2 off a pick-two meal. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and a bacon turkey bravo sandwich. The soup is my absolute favorite and it's one I always get. This was consistent with all the other soups I have had over time here. The sandwich was made exactly has described. Consistency is pretty common at Panera so you really can never go wrong at one! read more

Frustrated doesn't begin to cover it. I had a rapid pick up order set for 4:55. 5:03 rolled by and no food. I asked Wendy to go and check on it. She said they hadn't started it. There was a catering order in front of mine. More time went by. I finally got a manager jamecia who was not helpful. I told her I wanted a refund. That took over 10 minutes and still no apology. We have been visiting here for years. I don't know if they're under new management or not but the service has just been terrible lately. We usually visit every Wednesday evening for dinner. The last three weeks it has taken over twenty minutes to get our food. Twice our order was wrong. The kitchen seems really chaotic and disorganized aa employees argue with each other or simply don't seem to be doing anything at all. Additionally, they are not staying on top of the coffee pots and keeping them full. Hope they can improve soon. read more

This is the atypical Panera Bread under the original business name of St. Louis Bread Co. Service here was generic and plain. A lot of no-frills by the employees and almost sleep walking at their jobs. There's not a lot of passion in their work and they seem to barely care about customer service. Suspect that it's "brand loyalty" to carry their customer base for repeat business, rather than care about customers at this location. read more

I love Panera, but the one in Fairview is at its worst! Ordering was normal but when it came to getting our food the Gentleman behind the counter was cursing and complaining about people coming to the counter. Our order was wrong, our sandwich was super tiny but most of all the the employee Quinton was rude and cursing under his breath. Will never return to the FVH one but will continue using the Ofallon one as we usually do. read more

My family decided to take my pregnant aunt out for a luncheon to help relieve some of the stress from her baby being due in one month. We arrived all in a great mood looking forward to a great lunch. The Panera has a new virtual ordering set up so that you do not need to talk to a cashier and only need to tap a screen. Once we sat down and got situated the bathroom was out of soap which made sanitary practices difficult, the drink station was all out of lids and we had to ask a worker to wipe down the tables because there was crusted food all over the table and the chairs. When we finally sat down to our meal my aunt was displeased to see that her bowl of soup contained lesser than the identical order the other member of our party had gotten. They had put my aunt's soup in a cup while putting the other order in a proper bowl. When my aunt proceeded to take her cup of soup back to the counter and inquire why her soup was a small order. The woman at the counter then proceeded to laugh at her telling her that there is nothing she can do about it and that they are the same size. This put my pregnant aunt in a fury. As we tried to calm her down multiple customers around us seemed very amused and gossiped about how we are wrong. We then brought the soup back up and demanded we talk to the manager. The manager told us that the soup bowls were the same and that she poured the bowls herself. She sais that the explanation as to why the other bowl was bigger is because she ran out of clean bowls and just put the soup in a different bowl. She then proceeded to tell us that one bowl was 12 oz while the other was 8 oz yet they contain the same amount of soup.She did not even offer to help fix the problem whenever we pointed out that the bowls were clearly different sizes and she just kept telling us we were wrong. My mother finally suggested that the manager does something to help make the bowls more even to help calmer the situation. The manager then proceeded to give us an extra bowl of soup to compensate. In the back, we could hear the workers laughing at us and gossiping the same as the other customers did. For the amount, one pays for Panera the service should be phenomenal and the restaurant should be well kept. This was an awful experience and we will no longer be going to this specific Panera location. read more

Hands down, this is the worst Panera location I have ever dealt with. I have had multiple bad experiences here with incorrect orders, late delivery, etc. Tonight, after waiting over an hour for my order (which was supposed to arrive within 30-40 minutes), called the store and talked to Brandy. Was informed that it would be another 10-15 minutes before my food would arrive. At this point, the food had already been riding around in the driver's car for over half an hour. Had to argue with Brandy to cancel the order and get a refund, as she expected us to continue waiting and pay for the cold food OR wait an additional 40 minutes for them to remake the food and send it back out for delivery (on top of the the hour we'd already waited) AND still pay full price for our order. Brandy initially LIED and said she had no way to cancel the order in the system since it had been placed online. After arguing with her, she was magically able to do the exact thing she swore was impossible. This Panera needs to get a clue about customer service. You should never tell a customer that you will not refund their money when your store royally screwed up an order. Don't bother with this location, it's not even worth it. Take the extra few minutes and drive to Shiloh. read more

I like the Bread Co. But the managers need to educate themselves about WIFI. I have talked to some managers who are clueless if you ask them about it. They act like they are not responsible for checking if it is working. I think it should be normal practice for the managers to test the speed with speedtest.net, every couple of days, so that they know it is working. read more

Decent food, although the mozzarella flatbread I had was not very good. Whoever is the manager of this location needs to step it up though. PILES of dirty dishes were stacked up outside. Took about 10 minutes to get a coffee. Employees just standing around looking at each other. I hate going places like this where it's beyond obvious the employees don't care at all. read more
