Oh that was a tasty dish. Now served layout and the dressing on the side? Hello! Who da brain child behind this next you could order a sandwich and get da sliced bread, on the side wit meat, on plater. Veggies on platter sauce in a cup. Assemble your own. Soon the soup will come with a glass of broth a cup of veggies a noodle empty bowl mix your own? Uffda I should not be giving the lame brain any more mixed up ideas. We love our Panera Sip Club membership and we've visited over two dozen locations in eight states in the last few months on our road trip. We placed our order in the app, went inside grabbed our cups and filled them with caffeinated deliciousness. They must have just gotten a good lunch rush because there were dirty dishes piled up on all the garbage can areas; but they were cleaned up as we sat there. They have the best bagels & coffee. I used to go to Panera weekly when I lived in California. The broccoli cheddar soup was yummy also.

Terrible service, ordered a sandwich only came with cheese. 20$ for bread and cheese. I'll never ever purchase anything from them again!

They won't take orders at the drive thru. App didn't work. Website online ordering wouldn't work. Had to park and go in to place an order. I have no idea how ordering food from a fast food place got so difficult. read more

Paid almost $40 for this, a cookie, and a bowl of Mac & Cheese. The sandwich was trash, had one slice of pepper on it and hardly any meat, & they gave me a cup of Mac & cheese not a bowl. Overpriced, poor quality, & order was wrong. I'm disappointed. read more

Very clean environment, and a quiet place to study or meet up with a friend. Coffee is hot and the pastries are fresh. Staff, however, leaves something to be desired. They were incredibly unfriendly. When I ordered, the clerk seemed inconvenienced to have to ring me up. Then when I had to get my cup, the server seemed annoyed that all I purchased was a beverage. Later on, when I bought a pastry and a refill of coffee, another employee rolled her eyes. C'mon, it's a coffee refill. It doesn't come out of your pocket. I'm not sure if it's the pandemic making people scared or just the youth of the employees but the unfriendliness of the staff here took me aback. With 8 patrons at 9am on a Saturday in the store there were ZERO employees helping customers. Some walked by but never engaged customers. We ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel that was doughy and uncut (had an employee helped, we'd have asked for it to be cut) and a breakfast sandwich that was mediocre. They had no bacon either which impacted what we ordered. Disappointing for such simple food. Tables were dirty as well. Will not be returning. read more

Panera FARGO, ND Clean, friendly service, good portions. Went to all plastic dishes and servewear, that was different but not surprising. Immediately greeted with a smile and allowed us time at the menu board ( which I love the location of , by the door ) Didn't wait long for food with 3 other customer tables filled. Enough food for a second helping later, depends on a person's appetite Clean did NOT have to choose the best of the worst, did NOT have to clean off our own table. Two thumbs up in my book. Quite literally the worst Panera I've ever been to took 50 min for tomato soup and a sandwich that I ordered 45 minutes ahead in the app

Bring back self service drinks!! I will not pay for sip club when it is no longer convenient for me to get a cup/lid and fill up! Ridiculous to have to wait in line for my already paid for drink! Panera in Fargo has gone downhill, more rapidly as of late. The drive- thru is always closed now. Hello- open that for your customers! I work full- time and would prefer to eat something little more healthier than the typical fried food drive thru options around the area. Panera is very inconvenient now with their non drive thru option. I went inside the store the other day to place a to - go order- NO ONE was up at the registers- they rely solely on the kiosks for placing orders. The upside of all of this was that the Cooks are efficient and get the orders out promptly. The staff was not as friendly as they once were back in the early days of opening here. The store could be cleaned and have more pride. Just my opinion. Panera has lost my interest, when they were THE place I'd head to if I were to get "fast food" Do better. read more

Crazy bad service. I waited with several other customers for nearly 10 minutes with no employees in site. We could hear people chatting just around the corner, but nobody once even peeked their head out to see if they were customers. After a while a fellow customer finally fake coughed several times to get someone's attention. Unfortunately I'll have to avoid this place until they get some better staff. read more

Horrible servicer using the online ordering. 1. Did not offer a time to choose 2. Gave a 30-45 minute window for an ASAP order. 3. Placed as ASAP Order at 5:30 PM. 4. When I realized that the food wasn't coming called at 6:30 PM and was told "they don't take orders after 7:00 PM" I said ' it is not 7:00 PM ye". 5. I was then asked If I wanted to" cancel the order". Told the person on the line "No, I want it delivered now". 6. We went around again "We don't take orders after 7:00 PM". 7. AT 6:40 PM I hung up checked the web site to find that it had decided I wanted the food at 6:45 PM the following evening. Terrible web site, very poor customer service. I was having it delivered so didn't have to leave home. I did and bought my family dinner from another place. I would have given them a 0 star, but that option does not exist. The following morning I cancelled the order on-line. You can guess how many more times I will call Panera. read more

This place is just getting worse as time goes by. New ownership or management is needed. The fruit cups are barely half full, the other food items other than bakery have seriously dipped in quality. The employees really don't seem to like their jobs. I just can't go here anymore. Hope corporate steps in because I miss what used to be a great restaurant. read more

Horrible. Never had a "wonderful" visit to a Panera, but this visit was pretty bad. Place was busy, for an early Saturday afternoon, but add to that there was chaos. Also from California and used to seeing a Panera in every city I drive through. Used to be able to get it at least twice a week, now it's only when we go to Fargo for a Costco run. I've only been here three times and I have to say even with the wait the workers are pleasant and helpful at every turn. The food has never failed me, just as good as it was back home. No issues. Find it sad that the other post had to keep going back to complain and get his money back.... just taking up more time in line. Maybe try drive thru next time? We've done both drive thru and dining in and while waiting for a seat can be difficult on a Saturday afternoon we never felt like it was AWFUL. Throughly enjoyed going there, crossing my fingers they'll come to Bismarck so I can have it all the time and complain too ;-) read more

Never been to a Panera before, so I didn't quite know what to expect. I was surprised...its not nearly as much of a bakery as it is an upscale eatery. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Plentiful soup, salad, and sandwich options, as well as an array of traditional baked goods. I had a turkey avocado BLT and some mac and cheese. Both were very good...in fact, the mac and cheese is about the best you'll find in any restaurant. Rich taste and texture. Paired with a piece of crusty French bread, it was more then enough to satisfy me. My only complaint is the price...a bit high for what you get. I wonder if that is because of their dedication to 'clean food'...probably. I would come here again, but I probably wouldn't make a habit of it. I grabbed a cinnamon roll to go, and it was ok, but it took a back seat to the entrees. read more

I normally really enjoy going here but went through the drive through and later realized that chicken was not included in my strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken. I ordered wild rice chicken soup but got chicken noodle instead. I get the drive through was busy but would have appreciated them paying more attention to detail. Giving a 3 ONLY because their food is tasty. I'm not sure what happened to this place. It used to be great. They ALWAYS mess up something. I'm not exaggerating at all. You'd think for the money you pay for meals that you could at least get the order right. This place WAS great, but apparently there's new management. I was told that manager is new from the Sioux Falls stores... it was apparent after I went through that store recently. Service is poor, store is gross, and always forgotten ingredients. Anyway, back to Fargo location: they constantly miss things in your order (mostly when you pay for chicken to be added to your salad and they don't add it). It seems like they are ALWAYS out of items (it's always avocado and the French baguettes) - they always run out of the bread for the Roasted Turkey, Apple and Cheddar sandwich. For as often as we come here you'd also think we would get more rewards on our account, too. The store is always filthy, the restroom always needs attention and there is only one person running food, bussing tables and cleaning up. It sucks that we really don't have anything similar in Fargo that is locally owned :( read more

Skimpy on salads ingredients. Skimpy on meat and dressing. Many ingredients were missing. Not worth it.

The food is always on point, lunch time is crazy busy AT ALL TIMES and unless you have time, I wouldn't recommend going, even through the drive thru. Their chicken wild rice soup is my favorite! They have a yummy turkey avocado sandwich too. The staff are great and generally a tad overworked. Everyone seems to be running all directions. Panera is also know for donating their left over bread (made daily) to shelters and such. Wayta go Panera! read more

It is over-priced for what it's worth. It seems to get better every time I go, though, and it's growing on me. I like that it isn't as unhealthy as other fast-casual chains. It is also conveniently located, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out pretty quickly. I love how I can order ahead of time, and have never had issues with this system. The tablets available to place your own order in-store are also a super nice and innovative addition to the overall experience. read more

Stopped here for some healthy food we can grab quick. This was anything but quick. Our Food took a good 15 minutes to get to us after we ordered. Also note... we were there at 3:30 on a Sunday. They were out of avocado. The Asiago focaccia was deemed too salty so I got black pepper focaccia for my frontega chicken sandwich. I'm not sure why this Panera has such a low rating when ratings for other less than mediocre restaurants in the FM area are typically extremely generous (Village Inn, anyone?). Yes it's a chain, and yes it is overpriced, but this is standard for all Paneras and the food is decent quality. Bagels and their bread selection probably provide the best value in terms of price. I came here yesterday and the service was fast and the restaurant was spacious and clean. read more

I usually love Panera but this one is not top quality. Wait time is high...not enough workers, and some are actually a bit snotty. I set my pager on a table and went to get a drink...came back and worker was removing my pager and took my receipt. Real odd...said she assumed I abandoned it. I ended up having to go ask for my order because 15 mins later I still had no food. They misplaced the order...just off. Lettuce in Greek salad was brown and slimy..old. Tomatoes mushy.
