She then claimed it was because they were smaller parties. It should not take 20 minutes to seat the 3rd party to walk in at opening, regardless of size. I asked for a manager, but the manager never even came out and we needed to leave to go to another location for brunch. My husband was already upset and left, and we ultimately decided we weren't going to spend our money here. My family actually comes here every two weeks and the service is usually great. Why is Tyler a hostess if she has such a terrible attitude toward everybody? She never gave us a single update during those 20 minutes and didn't even care to look at us. If you can't handle people, don't work in customer service! I have been in customer service myself, and she could have easily just said, "Sorry for the wait, one of our servers is running late," or "It will just be a couple more minutes." Instead, she gave us attitude and said, "I already told you it would be a moment." A moment isn't 20 minutes while every single person around us is getting seated except our party.
