I've been to this Panera a few times over the years and I would say that they are pretty good. I like this location because it's easy to get in and out of and because it's pretty large and has plenty of seating. The look inside has changed a bit over the years but not too much. It's always fairly clean and welcoming when I come in. The people working here are always pleasant and they are quick to clean the tables. I like that they ask you if you need anything else when they drop off your order. The food is good. Pretty standard Panera fair. It takes a little bit for the food to come out most of the time but it gets to you fresh and warm (if you ordered a warm item.) read more

The food is good, but the new kiosk system is frustrating. When you order, there's no option to enter a table number or take a number. If you sign into your account, it automatically uses your name, which means you have to stand near the counter in a high-traffic area waiting for your name to be called. They're still bringing orders to tables, so why not let customers enter a table number instead of employees having to figure out who you are? Also, every time I've picked up my order, my drink or drink cup has been missing even though the ticket clearly shows I ordered one. As someone who pays monthly for Sip Club, I shouldn't have to ask for my drink every time. One other small but frustrating issue: the first stall in the women's restroom doesn't have a purse hook. I come here alone often and would really appreciate somewhere to put my purse. Good food, but these little operational issues make the experience unnecessarily inconvenient. read more

Unfortunately, for such a great location, this Panera feels severely understaffed for the volume of online, delivery, and in-store orders they handle. I stopped in to get some work done and ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and a drink. Both tasted great, but the wait time was over 30 minutes. The staff was helpful and apologetic, but you could tell they were overwhelmed and stressed. This was around 4 PM on a Sunday, so not even peak rush. This morning I ordered Double Dash, and Panera was an add-on to my order. The pick two is what I prefer and it comes with 2 half items, plus a side. The half Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich was so yummy and warm with delicious sauce and lots of chicken. My half Fugi Apple Chicken Salad was packed perfectly and had crisp lettuce and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, my chips were not included in the bag, so I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who wrote down my name and will honor a replacement when I stop in again. First of all, Diane took out order and she is an absolute sweetheart! Service: Excellent! We were greeted as we walked in and Diane was so helpful and nice. It's been a minute since I've been to this Panera or Panera in general. Since the one at The District closed down, I really haven't gone to one in a while. This is a great location though and since my husband and I were in the area, we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. They took my favorite chicken sandwich off the menu (BOO) so I had to find something else to order. Even though its 1000 degrees outside, their broccoli cheddar soup is unparalleled. Sooo delicious and creamy. So I got the pick two with that and then it was to decide on the sandwich. I ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. It's been a while since I've really liked any of the sandwiches on the menu. But their chicken is rather good and actually pretty tender, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely would come back to this location again. Plenty of seating inside and out. I had Panera Bread on my brain and I decided to stop by here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly, another Panera Bread closest to me, which was located at The District at GVR, closed just recently, so now I have to drive a little further if I want a tasty sandwich from them. This Panera Bread sits on the corner of Eastern and Ione, before you reach Silverado Ranch. Unlike the one that used to be at The District, this one has a much bigger interior and has way more seating inside. The parking lot was full but I easily found a space in the front. Because it's been so long since I had something from Panera Bread, I was looking forward to having their delicious tuna salad again, which is my usual from here. I walked in and was greeted by the two friendly ladies at the counter. Among with the full tuna salad that I ordered, I also ordered an agave lemonade and a bag of chips as my side. The lady told me that I could also pick any pastry for 50% off, so I got myself a chocolate chip muffie, which is a cookie but has the texture of a muffin. Sweet! I think I got there at the right time because there was a line starting to form once I got my food. As always, the tuna salad was excellent, which had tomatoes and leafy greens inside of it. The agave lemonade was tasty and so refreshing on a day that warmed up really quickly. And the muffie was super delicious. It tasted exactly like a muffin, only you don't take the wrapper off it first. Think of the muffie as a muffin, but it's only a muffin top and the bottom is missing. Going forward, this will now be my go-to Panera Bread. They are very well managed and they have very friendly staff. read more

Pretty good spot for a quick lunch! I've heard of panera but never been before. This is my first experience here and it was good! I tried the new chili with a bread bowl and my friend ordered the garden caprese with the cream of chicken with wild rice soup. The chili had a good flavor to it and I tried my friend's cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Both soups are good! The bread bowl was fresh and we finished up the whole thing. Went to this location about 3pm on Monday, March 30th...no employees anywhere, not on the floor, not preparing food, not even at the register!! Stood there for quite a bit, then a female appears BUT totally ignored us, then finally a manager appears and comes to help us and has the audacity to ask if we waited long, i answered yes and all he said was that all employees were in the back. Went for the Pick 2 deal and picked the seasonal squash soup and mozzarella tomato sandwich which was toasted and fresh, both tasty! My daughter loved the included bread dipped in the soup, she ate most of it! I loved the crunchy outside but soft inside fresh bread with juicy slices of tomato, mozzarella, and aioli. I forgot to photograph anything scarfing it down while it was hot. I went here to redeem my coupon that I got from work! It was a pick 2 meal for free! I chose to get chicken avocado BLT sandwich with chips and a tomato cream soup. I also got a side of spinach, bacon egg soufflé. The avocado BLT sandwich was okay. The chicken had a aftertaste that tasted like chicken. It wasn't seasoned just mixed in with Mayo which caught me off guard. There was one piece of bacon in the sandwich, which was a bummer since I love bacon. There was a lot of avocado which was nice. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good as usual but the reason I am leaving this review is the staff. I am sitting here on a Sunday afternoon with my family; it's around 3:35pm. I've worked in restaurants so I understood, maybe they were understaffed or maybe it was the volume, either way, the way they handled themselves should be recognized. My friend has been ordering this sandwich as a surprise breakfast for me for a while. So I decided to treat her today. I was 1st in line as they opened their doors. I said good Morning to the lady that opened the door, I don't believe I got a response from her or I just couldn't hear. I went ahead and placed my order for two of these sandwiches and got an extra pastry for 99cents. I felt the general atmosphere was unfriendly and had messaged my friend about it. 10/29/22 Came to this decision that Panera Bread will be my dinner. First time ordering at S. Eastern location. Place is clean, cashier was friendly, and food was ready in a decent time. Ordered a Margherita flatbread. Told they have no cherry tomatoes so regular tomato slices was expected. As I opened my box...they missed to put on basil. The employee tells him no you just have the one. My son starts to text me to let me know what's going on as this is happening. The employee had said something ..my son says I'm sorry I didn't hear you the employee accuses my son of rushing him, told him to stop being disrespectful and chill out so after my son comes out I go inside to see what the problem was . I can hear your employee from the door complaining so loudly to another customer about my son. I walk up to this man I give him my name and I ask him what's the problem he's angry he's hostile. He's being loud. He tells me ..the guy was saying he couldn't hear me.
