Didn't want to leave this review but holy smoke what a fumble. The only part of my order they got right was the baguette. Took 15 minutes to get through th drive through with one car in front of meZ Ordered a bacon turkey bravo, with a baguette, a water and a side of extra bravo sauce because Panera seems hell bent on not putting enough on the sandwhich. Get my order no drink, no side of sauce and no time to correct it because my lunch break is already almost over and this location moves at a snails pace. I get back to my desk open my sandwhich There's NO BACON AND NO BRAVO SAUCE on THE BACON TURKEY BRAVO. I could have spent 5 bucks at my company's commissary and had a better depression sandwhich but instead I spent 13 to get ripped off by a staff who clearly doesn't care. 1 star won't return, and making sure to tell my coworkers as well. read more

They leave you sitting at the drive through speaker for 10-15 before taking your order . They only take one person's order at a time. Their ovens are dirty and stink up the restaurant with bad smells. On top of that I see two employees hanging out in the parking lot while there is a drive through line wrapped around the building. Friendly location and one that seems to be focused on improving and . 1-While the chain wide Memorial Day gesture is brilliant (pictured) -- those utensils would not pass a true inspection. A sign was hung on the door stating that they did not have enough staff to open dine in. They were only doing drive through orders/pickup orders through the drive through. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while the 3 teenaged workers walked by the window laughing. I called while sitting at the window, could hear the phone ringing in the building and no one picked up. Finally someone came to the window and was able to hand me my online order I had already paid for without my drink. I ordered an ice cinnamon crunch latte. I said I was missing a drink and she stated that they were out of the ingredients to make the drink. I stated that I wanted a refund and she magically was able to make the drink. Ordered a delivery yesterday (a Friday) and it came 92 minutes later. NINETY TWO minutes for a delivery. Living only 1.2 miles from the venue an hour & a half is an insanely long time to wait for breakfast. They were out of soufflés by 8:30am (which is a frequent problem when ordering-MAKE MORE), they were out of bacon, out of cheese, out of everything bagels, & cinnamon crunch bagels too all by 8:30am!! Absurd. The door dash delivery driver explained the excruciatingly long delay and it was apparently due to them not being open inside. So this delivery driver had to wait in the drive thru line for my order that I placed on the app, as it was sitting around getting cold for over an HOUR! My mango smoothie was completely warm & gross. When is something going to be done about this lacking location?? It's BS. Sick of it. read more

Stood in line for 15 minutes only for them to change the signs from breakfast to lunch at 10:51 just as we got up to the register. Said they were out of eggs. Ridiculous! How do you be a breakfast place and run out of eggs? Rude and smart ass response when I questioned why. Poorly run location in my opinion. Left and took our breakfast business elsewhere. This location also lied to me last week when I went through the drive thru I asked for the Strawberry Mint lemonade and was told it was a seasonal item and yet it's still being offered I noticed when I was inside today and had plenty of time to look around me as I stood in the long line. I didn't write a negative review when we had bad experiences with this Panera in the past, but today is the last straw. This restaurant opens at 1100. Arrived at 1130 for lunch. Informed that they had no pickles, no tomatoes, and no ciabatta bread. So you can't provide 30% of the menu? And it's not a supply chain issue. This Panera is frequently out of items that other restaurants close by seem to have. Not to mention, this is a bakery, so no ciabatta bread 30 minutes after opening is a joke. Now, to add to this, there was a World War II vet in line in front of us. His daughter asked if there was a discount since it's Veterans Day. The response was that "as a company we do not, but since you asked, I can give you 10% off". WOW, seriously??? Couldn't you have just said "absolutely and thank you for your service?? Oh, and they didn't have the ingredients to make the sandwich that the veteran wanted. This is when we walked out. We will never patronize Panera again. I waited in line for 45 mins. They only gave me half my order for four people and used a free sandwich off my rewards that they are refusing to credit back even though they didn't give me a sandwich. I tried talking to them over the phone and not only were they extremely rude but they refused to give any kind of credit or give me my free sandwich credit back to my rewards. They then told me if I wanted to continue this complaint any further I would have to come back to the store in person or that they were done with my complaint. I use this Panera as a study space all the time. It's very busy, but as long as I have headphones it's fine. Nobody bothers me, I can just sit and do my thing for as long as I need to which is great. But oh my god the cafe is closed ALL THE TIME anymore!! It's so frustrating!!! I walk in and ask if I can sit and study even if I don't order anything and it's an immediate no which doesn't make any sense to me! Even with other people inside working. We visited the location in Lake St Louis about 1:45 on sunday. We drove by other Panera's because this one is usually good. To start off the St louis Bread company was out of Baguettes and bread bowls. So we amended our order because the Bread co was out of bread. When we were finished I went to use my loyalty card and the Cheyenne and register couldn't enter the number and told me I had to use my phone number. When I entered that it wouldn't work either. She literally said "oh well that'll be $30.93" No apology, no attempt to fix it no offer to get the manager. I paid and when she asked me for my name I said "pissed off" thinking that would trigger some action. Nope she did nothing. I apologized to Cheyenne for being upset because she really had no idea how to deal with any problems, she was like a deer in the headlights. Panera 1. I go to this Panera about twice per week. Never have I EVER been in a situation as worse as this. My order was completely messed up. There were onions on my salad (a minor thing) and my soup was wrong. I ordered the Summer Corn Chowder, since I'm vegetarian. But, I instead was given the Ten Vegetable soup. I love the Ten Vegetable, so I wasn't extremely bothered.... until I gulped down half of it, which CONTAINED CHICKEN. It's been forever since the last time I've eaten meat, so subsequently I am having terrible abdominal pain right now because of it. Three stars because I know you guys can do-- and have done better than this. I think the staff in general seemed unfocused today, and I totally understand since it was the end of the night, etc. However, as a loyal customer of this Panera, I am deeply dissatisfied with the work ethic displayed tonight. I actually had quite a disappointing experience at this establishment. I am not one to write a review, but I figured maybe this could help improve this store. I made an online order for a lemonade at this establishment. Nothing too hard to prepare, or so I thought. I had placed it to be picked up in the drive-thru. Once I had gotten to the drive thru, I was informed by the lady that all rapid pick up orders are to be picked up inside. There was no line whatsoever in the drive thru line. But I figured it must be busy on the inside. So I parked my car and went inside. To my surprise there was hardly anyone inside. Just a couple messy tables and awful smell that was lingering. The few who were there had already received their meals and there was no wait list other than one person. Keep in mind, I am just picking up a single drink that needs no preparation other than to pour it in the cup. But please tell me if I am wrong. Anyway I find the rapid pickup shelf and still my drink was no where to be found. I wasn't early or late. I figured after talking to someone on the drive thru not even a minute before, they'd have it ready. But other than a drink marked for someone else, mine wasn't there. I attempted to find an employee, but all 5 of them seemed to be hidden in the back gossiping and having a great time. I ordered a simple drink that I had already been payed for and was marked for the drive thru. I would understand if the place was busy, but there was no rush or line of any sorts. At this point, it wasn't worth it. So I left and if I can help someone. I would advise y'all to avoid coming to this store, and just take the extra drive to Wentzville's store. read more

For some reason, these sandwiches are very sub par when ordered after the dinner rush. 8, 8:30, or even 9. We eat dinner this late and apparently cannot rely on standard quality with this restaurant. Very disappointed with this $9 sandwich. My wife orders extra meat for another $5 to make this a $14 sandwich and they still have no quality control to make sure the customer gets the sandwich they advertise.
