Very expen$ive for a grilled cheese and tomato soup!
    Elizabeth D.

Surly, borderline rude, teenagers at register. They seem more interested in discussing "my asshole teacher and midterms" than interacting with paying customers. Menu items are grossly over priced for portion size and quality. Food is mediocre at best. Grilled cheese is pretty hard to mess up, yet they somehow manage. It's raining INSIDE the building and employees are vacuuming up the puddles (wait what?!) while customers are seated in the dining room. Ignored pagers vibrating endlessly at food pick up. Dirty tables. Dirty dishes. Trash strewn about. Managers no where to be found. This location has a lot of improvements to make. UPDATE 3/2/18: I tried the drive through at this location, on a particularly slow Sunday evening, (about a week or two after my initial review was posted), at 7:30 PM. There were no other cars in line at the drive-through besides me. My small side of mac & cheese, which cost almost $6, took 12 minutes. Several teenagers laughing and goofing off inside, not concerned about discretion with their loud inappropriate conversation. There are consistent problems at this location. Panera, please train your airhead teenage employees PROPERLY and get your customer service act together! The mac and cheese was yummy. UPDATE UPDATE 10/4/18: Not sure why I continue to patronize this location. But I stopped in to pick up take out lunch today. Got all the way home and realized they left out an entire sandwich and gave me the wrong size soup. I called and asked to speak with a manager, Emma. After she rudely put me on hold without telling me she was putting me on hold, her solution was "Sorry. Come back and we'll make it right this time." Why should I have to drive all the way back because YOU made a mistake?! And this isn't a simple substitution mistake. YOU FORGOT AN ENTIRE SANDWICH!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PANERA! At this point, I've had 3+ totally negative experiences with this specific location, all directly related to extremely poor customer service and rude lazy employees. I will be calling corporate, and no amount of free cookies or half hearted apologies are going to stop me. Please, just stop sucking!!!! Does management or corporate even read these yelp reviews? They all echo the same thing: SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIX YOUR SHIT PANERA.

Pathetic Cobb salad. Compared to the photos the owner posted this is ridiculous

I just ordered a salad. I cannot believe how small it is compared to the picture. Honestly it's a pathetic.

Pot Luck version of a Chicken Frontega (chicken, tomato, cheese, onion, basil) sandwich. Literally the 4th time..
    Katie T.

I was warned that the soup would be in a larger container because they had run out. Cool. I don't even mind heating it at home since it's cold. But why didn't I get the warning that - for LITERALLY the 4th time - I'd get the Pot Luck version of the Chicken Frontega sandwich? I don't even know which one this is, but it's a constant substitute for the chicken, tomato, onion, basil, and cheese that is supposed to be on the sandwich I actually ordered. This place is hit or miss at best; the chances of missing are FAR greater after 4 pm. As in, just tell them you're hungry and to send out whatever is left... You'll actually get the same thing as if you were to order exactly what you wanted, anyway.

Autumn squash soup. A cautious pour, definitely could have given me more

The ambiance was really nice, with jazz playing softly in the background, although the indoor dining area is somewhat limited. I ordered the Pink Margarita, which was excellent--and surprisingly strong. For dinner, I tried their special: fettuccine in a Bolognese sauce with meatballs and ricotta. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and you could really tell the pasta was freshly made. Overall, I had a great dinner and would definitely come back.

Holy moly pizza deliciousness. This is the kind of pizza I would have weekly - it's that good. It…read moremight not be everyone's cup of tea - so if it's not, don't come and leave it all for me. Small lot parking and even smaller restaurant, there are a handful of tables both regular and bar height and a few bar seats. Very cozy and bright and service very friendly. It did take a bit longer than we were expecting for our food to come out. But that 24 hour fermented dough is out of this world - we had the pepperoni, hot honey ricotta pizza and it's hands down one of the best pies I've had - perfect chew on that crispy crust and all of the flavors worked well together. We also ordered the chicken parm and the smoked mozzarella and prosciutto. It would've been helpful if the smoked mozzarella and prosciutto stated on the menu it was a ravioli - the mister enjoyed it but ravioli isn't his first choice for pasta. As for me, my chicken parm was very good BUT I had to get the pizza marinara sauce as the sauce that comes with this dish is bolognese since I can't do red meat. They were very accommodating to give me that option but I don't think it's as flavorful as the mister said his bolognese had a much richer flavor. Drinks were good but strong! Truly, we did enjoy our meals and if for nothing else - I'd order pizzas over and over again from here. Don't sleep on this spot for pizza - it's pretty darn good!

"My grandma she can make a soup With a little a this 'n that…read moreBut with grandma cookin no need to worry! Just a little a this 'n that" (Pete Seeger) My final review of 2022 will describe the worst customer service we encountered all year. We had an errand to run in Sturbridge and figured we'd include a lunch stop in town. The Yelp app brought us to Soup to Nuts. #1) I love soup and #2) it's located inside the Sturbridge Marketplace, so we figured we'd do some shopping and browsing too. When we approached Soup to Nuts we saw a sign that said they opened at 11:00. The front door had another sign that said they opened at 12:00. Since the door was locked, and it was about 11:30, we figured we'd check out the Sturbridge Flea Market and come back. At 12:02 their front door was unlocked, and the sign announcing the 12:00 opening was gone. As we entered the restaurant, we were "greeted" by four words spoken (or more accurately snarled) in a very gruff and rude manner - "we're not open yet". Tone of voice matters, and I will look you straight in the eye and put my hand on a stack of bibles and tell you his tone was beligerant and angry (to the point of aggressive). It was beyond rude. It was shocking. So we turned around, left and never came back. Happy New Year ya filthy animal.

I will say that on our first visit we thought the owner was initially a bit gruff as others had mentioned but we quickly realized that's not the case and he is an incredibly gracious host. We've had both the corn chowder and sandwiches here and they are delicious! Keep in mind with some reviews that people are the problem and not the establishment.
