Vanilla Cinnamon Roll
Joelle M.

Today was a Panera day, due to finding a gift card at the house. Started the morning with vanilla latte, agave lemonade and cinnamon roll. When your first sips are warm but end up finishing it cold, makes for a very busy day. Roll was good but nuked too long. The frosting was melted to the bottom of the container. Stopped after work for the puck 2: Mediterranean bowl with chicken (comes w/sour cream, hummus, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, rice, ) and the autumn squash soup w/ baguette. Both were tasty and hit the spot. I really enjoy this place, sometimes a little pricey for things. Had 20% off beverages this morning and free soup. Spent $24 of my $25 GC today. Not too bad for 2 meals.

Extremely lackluster location. I usually love Panera, but this one let me down. Extremely low quality ingredients and broken machines for ordering. Not a good experience.

Rustic Baked Potato Soup

Tried the potato soup, it was mid. The french onion soup is still #1 in my heart. Overall chill panera I like to study here and employees are very friendly.

Food: Special #1…read morewith pork chops - amazing!! I love this dish & the pork was cooked perfectly. The meatloaf had more noodles than meat which is a bummer. The fish sauce paired was the perfect amount of sweetness & tanginess I also go the special combination bahn mi which I thought was okay. The bread was not as flakey as I would have liked it. The pickled carrots & daikons were not soaked long enough imo. I tried some of the desserts as well which included a cherry Che & while this was good I wish the jelly was cut up more. They are extremely large pieces (personal preference here). I also got the fried rice with pork floss & first time having this I loved it! Service was nice & friendly. There's plenty of indoor seating & outside parking!

It was such a cute little pho but the broth was aromatic, rich, and the brisket had the right about of fattiness. With the bahn mi, it was more than enough food. The service was also amazing. The person at the register was knowledgeable when I asked for recommendations, and he was very kind. This is definitely an unassuming place, but their food is packed with flavor. I'm definitely coming back here and would recommend others to try it out!

TL;DR: The food was so confusing I'm not sure how to write this…read more Okay. Let's start with the good: our server was wonderful. Perfect. No notes. A total joy. We laughed about the item I wanted to order not being available. They were attentive to the older ladies I was with. No complaints. The server is why this is two stars instead of one. Sadly, the food. Sigh. I know all these fusion places are disappointing, but mom wanted to come here. I asked if I could get the salad I wanted without the beef it comes with, but the answer was no. After reading the way too big menu twice, I ordered what I knew would be an incredibly sad drunken noodle. I'm not sure the restaurant knows what drunken noodle is. Does Fuse Box exist in an alternate pocket dimension where drunken noodle, with no listed fusion on the menu other than a strange "contains peanuts" warning, is drenched in a sweet peanut sauce even though it's listed as spicy with two peppers next to it on the menu? Where the noodles are just weird soggy mush? Where the spiciness rating scale might actually be a sweet sugar scale instead? Yes. Yes it does. Don't eat here. Just don't. I refused to eat my food. And not even mom suggesting it again in the distant future when she thinks I've forgotten, or she's forgotten my reaction to the food, will get me to return.

There was also plenty of verbal reassurance from the proprietress to relax and take my time, to just have the appetizer and decide on the rest later .... I'd also never seen a place before that offered a full-sized serving of Pho broth! I ordered that. I had to try it. It was delicious and amazingly, still warm hours later when I was finally hungry (or maybe thirsty?) enough again to want it. The music was soothing, the atmosphere incredible, the décor interesting and beautiful. The service was astounding! A great place for every kind of health -- mental-emotional, physical, spiritual, all of it! Thank you so much, Lotus Pho and Grill! The broth was very bland, and the meat quality wasn't great (it even had an off smell). As of March 2026, it's priced at $15.50 per bowl with no size options, and the portion was quite small (more like a small at other places). Overall, it was disappointing. While eating, I even found myself questioning whether this was an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I hope they make some improvements.

I liked how at the get-go they gave me a full set of silverware and chopsticks swaddled in a napkin. The crispy 1. Chả Giò spring rolls with ground pork and crab were excellent. I especially liked that they provided two dipping sauce for the spring rolls. One sauce was sweet and the other was tart with fish sauce flavor. I liked both sauces equally. For my entrée, I ordered the 24. Cơm Sườn Chả pork chop. I was intrigued by the menu description which included egg custard and broken rice. Overall, the pork was very good and I liked that it was not over-marinated with lemongrass. The egg custard was a square of something gelatinous. It had a mild pleasant flavor. So the broken rice is interesting. It seems like a short-grain white rice, but has a very nice somewhat dense texture. Even though the menu advertised lettuce with tomato for my pork chop, the lettuce came with thinly sliced carrot and radish instead of tomato, which was fine. The only negative about my visit to Brothers Bistro was that the pork chop came out at the same time as the spring rolls appetizer.
