Today was a Panera day, due to finding a gift card at the house. Started the morning with vanilla latte, agave lemonade and cinnamon roll. When your first sips are warm but end up finishing it cold, makes for a very busy day. Roll was good but nuked too long. The frosting was melted to the bottom of the container. Stopped after work for the puck 2: Mediterranean bowl with chicken (comes w/sour cream, hummus, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, rice, ) and the autumn squash soup w/ baguette. Both were tasty and hit the spot. I really enjoy this place, sometimes a little pricey for things. Had 20% off beverages this morning and free soup. Spent $24 of my $25 GC today. Either you need to get rid of the drive-through or you need to teach your staff how to drive-through works. I have done a pre-order gave my name and literally sat there while the person in front of me in the drive-through. It took 20 minutes to get them served. Then when I got to the window, he didn't know who I was. If someone's gonna have to wait for an order, they should have them pull up and let the other people get through and leave. read more

I stopped in here a couple of times within the last week first because it had a drive-thru and second because I have eaten at a Panera before and the food was good. This was no different on the food, but the service was amazing! Friendly and polite workers. For a minute I thought I was at Chic-fil-a!! So, I stopped here on 7-18-2025 and 7-20-2025. First visit I got a chicken Caesar salad. My second visit I got a Southwest chicken ranch salad. The salads came with French bread. Talk about fresh ingredients; these salads had it. Great size portions. Plenty of meat in both salads. I now have a new place to go for a healthy option! read more

I would say this location has pluses and minuses Pluses New store, generally clean and spacious, ample parking, drive thru, If you use mobile ordering or the kiosks it definitely is faster Minuses The drive thru sometimes takes awhile, the idea of the sips club seems to elude the workers. The good: the woman who took our order was lovely and the food was on par with other Paneras. The bad: Bathrooms were disgusting. Trash overflowing and you don't want me to describe the scene in the stalls. The ugly: As we ate, we watched a girl with a container of wipes go up to the trash bin area where you dump your garbage and plates. She used a wipe to clean around the trash. She used the same wipe to push the trash down into the bins since they were all full. Then she proceeded to go over to the drinks and use the SAME wipe to clean around the drinks. Why???? She had plenty more and if she didn't even that would be a problem. This is a red flag for the health department and made us all worry about our meals and entire experience. read more

This location is new and shiny. It has a drive thru which is very convenient. Its close to the highway and Amazon Fresh. Plenty of parking. Quick service. This location doesn't have a fireplace but its still clean and cozy. The quality of food is great. Just feel like the portion size is a little smaller than normal. This place is horrible, we asked if we could have a Asiago Cheese bagel. There was a full batch in the front next to the cashier. The cashier who was very nice tried to let us have it. But the manager ( Lizzie) came out said that all the bagels they had were for the next day. (I though their food was supposed to be fresh?) however she was super rude about it. What policy does not allow you to sell freshly made bagels . Why have them in the front where everyone can see them , if you can not sell them . This is not the only issue I had at this place . They keep running out of bread bowls. My kid like to get the chicken noodle bread bowl like 2 times a week. When "Bread" is in your name, you should never run out of "bread". It's been about 10 times. I'm going to keep updating this review each time they are out. read more

The managers here are some of the nicest people one could encounter in the fast food industry. I'm a constant customer and return most days to get coffee because I joined the Sip Club and everytime I come in, the managers are always welcoming. The food is typical Panera food but the service and kindness make it a step above. read more

The cashier was friendly. The person that put my salad together threw my bread in the bag as if it were trash. I was so disgusted by that I trashed the bread. We're fairly new to the area and have been going to Panera for years but this location is a let down. Once I went there ordered a cup of Joe to go, they forgot the order I said it's fine and I had to get back they assured me it would only take 2 minutes ... I waited over 38 minutes. During that time I tried to explain I had guests and had to return home and rather just cancel and they said I wasn't able since it was on its way out. Another time I went to grab coffee and I ordered a light roast and was handed a room temperature dry dark and stale coffee. They seem pretty busy and not run properly. I don't like giving bad reviews but was disappointed with my experience. Stopped in around 4:30 on July 4th and got a pastry round and a couple scones. The scones were good but the pastry was not as fresh as I expected. I called to talk to someone at the store and expressed my dissatisfaction.
