Went to Panera for lunch and couldn't believe all the 1 star reviews. Granted a lot of them were a few years old, but I would say this Panera is like most of them and are pretty solid. Ordered at the Kiosk to save time with the customers in the line and only waited a few minutes for our food. The mediterranean veggie sandwich had a nice amount of feta, onions, tomatoes, and hummus. The bread was fresh and it was a good sandwich. My dad got the Pick 2 with creamy tomato soup and half grilled cheese. Overall a decent lunch. read more

I stop by a couple times for a pick up. The wife and I got the Tomato Basil BLT sandwiches both times. It's so good! The tomato basil bread is amazing! Sweet and savory is the best to describe this bread. The crust has the most sweetness. I didn't check on the app if it was possible but when I brought it home I threw it in the convection oven for a quick toast. So good! Chains aren't my favorite to review because they can be so hit or miss, based on so many factors. I've always been a fan of Panera though! Even though I've had some less-than-stellar meals over the years, the good one's definitely outweigh the bad! Recently, I popped in to grab a coffee and get some work done. It was over lunch hour so I decided to also get a bite to eat. I like to try newer menu items, or just things I've never had before. That said, I went for the Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains salad (*new item alert*) - it was really delightful. Refreshing and a big portion. First of all, any time something has green goddess dressing you can bet I'll try it. Loved the mix of pumpkin seeds, feta, avo, and pepperoncini peppers. All things I might not think to put together, but it worked! Generous chicken portion too. Oh and let's not forget the famous French baguette on the side... always a win. I've seen some Paneras get an awesome, upgraded makeover, but this location is still the original look. That said, it's still clean and well kept for sure. read more

This Panera location has become a real crap shoot. I used to love their food, but after today I can't bring myself to go back...to this location at least. So my dad(who has cancer and hardly eats) really loves the Mediterranean bowl there so I stopped by to pick up an order for him. The bowl was like half filled and they gave him the wrong bread(he can't have sugar so only the sourdough is all clear for him to eat). How disappointing! For $9 I feel like the bowl shouldn't be half full! This was awful, especially for him since he rarely gets an appetite. I went around 2:30PM and I would like to mention they were not busy at all. I think all the Panera's have gone done hill since the pandemic. This location used to be one of the best, but not so with my last two visits here. Service is extremely slow after ordering food. The restaurant also needs someone to clean and wipe down the tables. So many are dirty abs filled with crumbs. Tonight the decaf coffee was barely lukewarm and there were no coffee lids to be seen. I'm still waiting for our food and it's been a good 25-30 minutes. This is totally unacceptable! read more

Waited outside for 30min for my order to be delivered via curbside.... had to call to get them to walk outside after helping 16 customers (yep I counted) for them to only not follow directions and make my food wrong for the 3rd time in a row... this is absolutely asinine that even when a receipt is printed and specific directions are given they can't be followed.... so glad I paid $20 for my food to be made wrong and items I'm allergic to are in my food.... Been coming to this Panera for many years and they've definitely made some upgrades, which is nice. The menu has changed slightly but all my favorites are still there. My only complaint is how slow it can be, even during non lunch and non dinner hours, and the service. The employees taking orders always seem pretty agitated (I usually just use the self order kiosk nowadays) and annoyed. Sometimes they do get the order wrong, but it's usually minor issues like giving a baguette instead of chips, etc. They also always seem to run out of my favorite pastries. The food and restaurant itself are good. Gets pretty packed during lunch hour so it can be difficult to find a seat. read more

I called the restaurant but they do not pick up their phone so I had to call the enterprise customer service number. After 10 minutes of trying to call and 20 minutes on the phone with the customer service person they finally agreed to pay my bill in full. So they said. Failed coordination with delivery drivers (not delivery drivers' fault) resulted in 4/4 failures to fix the issue. The sandwiches here are never made properly. If I wanted two pieces of bread with basically nothing in between, I would just order bread. And it's not like these sandwiches are cheap either. But the WORST part is the service from the manager. Yes, the MANAGER. They are painfully slow with their service. Half the time I'm there, they get orders wrong. (And then complain to each other that they made what was ordered) The staff are often seen bickering about each other and customers. The lobby is never clean. It comes with 2 containers of salad dressing, both of which were less than half full. For almost &12, I had a lot of dry lettuce. I've had sandwiches with 2 small pieces of meat or no cheese. I love this place. However, I recently tried the new teriyaki chicken & broccoli bowl - do not order this!! The broccoli & chicken are cut in such small pieces that you barely taste them. Today I went to pickup my birthday reward from Panera Mequon...as well as some other things. And it was a delightful experience. As I have done in the past...including the start of the Pandemic, I chose the Rapid Pickup. In the past, this meant going to a specific place in the store to pickup the completed order. During the start of the Pandemic, they moved the location to the east doorway. Now, Rapid Pickup is contactless. You indicate some way of the store associate identifying you. And they bring the order out (with mask and gloves). Amazingly efficient and quick. Completely safe. Oh...and something extra in the bag. Great job Panera! read more

I never thought I'd be doing this cause I love panera so much but I don't recommend going to this one. First they forgot my baguette and let me tell you those things are bomb and I was not about to continue on with out it. Then I went back in and was asked if I was forgetting something so I told him that he didn't give me my baguette. THIS GUY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY "so you really just came back for a baguette" IN THE RUDEST WAY. I'm so disappointed and will never come back to this Panera in my life. I really hope ownership reads these reviews. It doesn't look like it though. My wife and I really enjoy Panera, especially the soup in bread bowls. We have been going to this store for years but I think we've been there for the last time. Last Wednesday was the 3rd or 4th time we've tried this Panera in the evening looking for a hot bread-bowl of soup on a cool evening. Once again-NO SOUP. During the last 3,or 4 visits, either they have been out of soup, out of bread bowls, or both. How can this consistently happen at a soup and bread restaurant??? Some of the seating is in disrepair, torn cushions on seats, etc. Overall there's a sense that the people running this particular restaurant simply do not care. Panera, if you're reading this, please, please, please, yank this owner's franchise and give us our Panera back! Our time is valuable. We drive here from Grafton. Menu Change! Panera did it again, they took a great menu and messed it up---I assume to improve the bottom line. Panera had always been one our favorite restaurants---not anymore! No more great bakery items, no more of the favorite menu items that we had come to crave. Since they have been bought out a year or so ago they have been morphing Panera into something new---why? Don't mess with a good thing. From talking to the employees it seems no one likes the latest menu changes and they now spend most of their time "explaining" why some of the best items are now gone. I love the Panera chain, I have frequented these places for years. Having said that, this location is my least favorite, for the fact that they almost never seem to have bread bowls. This is a staple item at this chain, and in the past 2 weeks, I have been there twice only to find out they had none. This occurred and 6 and 7pm on a Wednesday both times.
