I believe there was no excuse as to why they could not answer the phone. I confirmed they accept take out orders essentially until closing. I have always been mindful to not attempt to order within 30 minutes of them closing. The service here is appalling and truly diminishes their potential for how great the spot could be considering the food they have. Food on the other hand is a total opposite of the service, very flavorful and strong punch of spice at a level 3. My go to is the Wonton ramen with a miso base. They are pretty accurate in their estimated times as well. We enjoy a family style meal in order to get multiple dishes. Our go to are as follows: tom yum soup, pad kee mao, spicy fried rice. We rotate our meat options, but generally pick shrimp. It is affordable for the amount of food we get and we always have left overs so its perfect for lunch the next day.
