I visited this establishment on 01/12/2026 in the afternoon. I've been here many of times but via the drive-thru. This time I chose to walk-in to place my order. I ordered (2) # 6 Cheeseburger Combo's and (2) # 5 Cheeseburger combo's, my total came out to $59.00 and some cents (NO PROBLEM). After I paid, I asked the young man to please make sure I received the "Small" complimentary side of ranch for each of the orders. His reply was that I could only have one because it's (ONE) per order. I was like, excuse me young man, I just placed 4 orders for 4 people, how can FOUR individual shared the one small side of ranch? He insisted and I insisted that many of times when I've gone via the Drive-thru I have received the 2 or 3 sides for each order. Seeing that I wasn't getting thru to this individual, I asked to speak to the Manager. Lord help me, this "Manager" was literally young enough to be my son! I'm pretty sure the other young man said he was the Owners son, hence the reason for having the Title of Manager. Again, I explained the dilemma and he recited the same as the other EE. I could tell that the other EE was NOT happy I asked to speak w/the Manager "Jose". This other EE was making comments about me to another female EE and I asked him a question, he replied back w/a smart*SS remark, I told him he lacks Customer Service Skill & how to speak Respectfully to a customer and someone older than him, his name was Francisco. These young individuals have NO respect for folks & lack the skills to work in a setting that deals with people on a daily basis. You don't argue with customers, especially over $2.40 PERIOD! Talk about penny pinching with your loyal customers. It's obvious that these young people here have some growing up & need more training. At the end of the day, their Math was NOT adding up. The burger was tasty but a little bland when it comes to seasoning the patty. The avocado on the burger was fresh and the bacon was good. No complaints about the freshness. The only issue to me was the lettuce. Very little on it and it was not whole lettuce, but shredded which I really don't like on a good burger. We attempted to get a refund from the Management, but Management refused to refund it. We have spend a lot of money at this location. The ham used seems like one I can get in a grocery store; the sausage is barely there, and so is the cheese. The only remnants of flavor I got were from the salsa. One side note about the burrito is the price; $ 10 is a bit much. Especially considering the use of seemingly cheap products. My usual order consists of a cheeseburger with fries and a soft drink. The cheeseburgers are my favorite from here. It will likely be the only thing I order if I continue to go. The best thing I've tried from here is their churro sundae. The sundae is, without a doubt, the best thing they have. Restaurant classics like cheeseburgers, fries, and sundaes are safe options when trying R burgers.
