The fish tasted really fresh, which is one of the biggest things I look for in poke, and they had a good variety of sauces to choose from depending on what flavor you're in the mood for. The toppings bar was also really solid with a lot of options, and everything looked fresh and well stocked. I liked that you could customize your bowl however you wanted and still have everything pair well together. One thing I really liked is that they actually pack the containers full, so it genuinely feels worth the money. The 2 gentlemen that helped me and my daughters were very patient whenever I had a question. My oldest ordered the medium poke plate which includes 3 proteins. I ordered a medium poke roll (which is basically a huge sushi burrito) and my 3 proteins were salmon, tuna and spicy tuna. My youngest had 2 California rolls. The food was great! Nice flavor and spice level . The bento box was mostly great with exception of the side salad . It came with corn and a very sweet dressing. Couldn't eat it, so next time I'll order without corn or dressing. Otherwise the chicken was tender, rice was soft and the roll was fresh ! The only thing that really needs attention here is the decor or lack thereof. The decor makes no sense , there are laser cutouts of butterflies on the wall but directly next to them are anime drawings just taped to the walls. It looks cheap. Everytime I come home to visit there's something new in the valley (I moved away from MoVal about 20yrs). Super awesome ramen, great flavor, fresh ingredients, chashu pork super tender, really, really good. My go to item is Tonkotsu spice level 2, it is sooooooo good. In addition to my ramen order, I also get the Pink Lady sushi roll, OMG! This roll is so darn good, it is a fried salmon roll; salmon on top and friend salmon inside. I say that I am going to take a a pic and post it, but it never happens. 369 Ramen is less than a 5min drive away from the house. I can't get home fast enough to start eating, I would be a fatazz and eat it in the parking lot, but I have class and no tinted windows, Lol. Fast service, friendly staff. Heads up, they get really busy Friday and Saturday night. I come here everytime I come home for a visit, I even got my mom hooked in it. I had to texted her the order so she can just go into the restaurant and show them her phone. I don't go to any other ramen spot in the valley, this is my spot. read more
