A nice enough Panera but a little annoying to deal with if you're going south on 59 and also want to continue going south after you're done but I won't hold that totally against them. Staff were really friendly and I received 2 nice greetings even though I was just picking up a mobile order. The inside was clean and quiet too around 1pm when I stopped by. I ordered one of those bagel stacks sandwiches because I had a $5 off coupon in the app that was expiring today. Haven't had it before and it was really good. I got the steak one with the new Asiago Everything bagel and added some cucumbers, mixed greens, and sliced tomatoes and pepperoncini and found the sandwich to be more than filling. The steak is actually decent and doesn't taste fake like other chain places and the salsa verde spread is refreshing with a nice zip to it. I paid just over $4 with tax and tip and actually feel the sandwich could even be a decent value at regular price. read more

An alright Panera location to visit if you're shopping in the area. This Panera has the same quality food and drinks that you expect from the chain, but has some areas of work that prevent me from fully recommending this spot. First is that the service feels a bit below the standards that I expect from a Panera. That is, I didn't get the usual greeting from an employee, followed by someone asking if I need any help. It felt that most everyone went straight to the ordering kiosks, avoiding the usual interactions. It was also a bit difficult to hear orders being called though fortunately there was an order tracker and I received a text when food was ready. Also, the cleanliness of the tables could've been improved as the restaurant wasn't super busy when I visited but none of the tables I looked at seemed to be wiped down particularly well. In terms of the actual food available. There were all the usual options available to purchase, with bakery goods arrange fairly neatly as well. No complaints about the quality of the food, but I wish the overall ambiance and restaurant upkeep was a little better. read more

Tuesday @ 11:30 am. Stopped in to try their new ciabatta dippers. Got one French dip and one spicy chicken. Both were AMAZING! Huge portions loaded with meat and cheese, and served with piping hot soups for dipping. I sure hope they decide to make these permanent additions to the menu rather than sticking with a limited edition basis. Quick friendly service. Restaurant was exceptionally clean...especially for a fast food place. Not generally a Panera fan, but I would definitely return for these dippers. read more

*Drive through experience.* We enjoyed the family feast for lunch today which turns into a minimum of two meals for our family of four. It is such a good deal!! The staff was beyond friendly and patient with us while we ordered. We ordered two kids grilled cheese sandwiches, a half bacon turkey bravo sandwich, a half Mediterranean sandwich, a Greek salad, a quart mac & cheese, and a huge French baguette for $34 dollars!!! It really satisfies everyone's cravings and has such fresh ingredients. Being able to order this through the drive through was a life saver. I highly recommend ordering this gem!!! I usually have had good luck at Panera's and the food has been reliable and the the places are clean. This one is a little bit rough around the edges, it certainly can use a refresh. I've tried their flatbread at a couple other locations and found them to be good. My only wish is that they would have red pepper. As luck would have it, I had one in my purse from another take out order, so I thought this will be perfect. That thought disappeared quickly after biting into the flatbread it was lukewarm at best, and doughy. The crust on the bottom had very little color to it. When I got to the second piece it was almost cold. My immediate need for a bite and hunger was addressed, so I just threw it away. I decided it wasn't worth dealing with. The thing about chains is the expectation of consistency, this one wasn't representative of the brand. If you're super hungry there are other choices nearby, I know I wished that I had picked one of them. read more

This place is SUPER slow. We went here for a quick lunch....it was nothing of the sort. We literally had 2 bowls of Mac n cheese and 2 bowls of soup (and not even bread bowls). I ordered Almond Chicken Salad on Whole Grain Bread. I woke up this morning violently ill diagnosed by MD as food poisoning. I had all the symptoms vomiting, diarrhea head and body ache. This location needs some help/more training. They never have things in stock, they won't toast your bagel if you are in the drive thru, and the staff is very slow. The girl in the drive thru never told me my total, asked for my rewards, gave me a receipt, or even said "thank you". This location is so convenient on my way to work, but will drive to the location on ogden for better service and variety. read more

This Panera did not represent the Panera brand well. All the empty tables had crumbs and we had to wipe one off to sit down. They were sold out of multiple dishes. They left our flatbread in the window so by the time we received all of our order it was cold. Our Mac and cheese was not plated, rather just handed to us with a spoon stuck in it. The bowl was covered in cheese on the outside. Our dishes were not completed when we went to grab them, no sides. The Apple we were eventually given was dirty and had holes in it. The chips my fiancé was given were covered in a mysterious liquid and the bag was stained by a brown substance. Plus workers had AirPods in. Poorly managed facility. Not a happy trip. read more

I understand COVID has made it where most businesses are under staffed. I have only left one other review prior to this one and it was a positive one. My 87 year old father, at 7:30, called multiple times until someone answered the phone. He politely asked to order muffins for the morning. The person on the phone responded that they don't take orders over the phone to which he politely said he had been ordering them every week for many months and asked the name of the person he was speaking to. She hung up on him. There is absolutely no excuse for that. I called back and no one answered the call. Since when is it okay to dismiss a customer?! He is old-school and will never go back to that location again. I'm furious he was treated this way. You are getting paid to help people, so be friendly and polite and do your job. read more

They have no regular Manager and Staff is either very young or very old--Corporate should take a hard look at what's going on here. You are losing business and I've lost my patience. I don't think they have ever gotten my order right, the drive through is ridiculously slow, they never have certain bagels in stock even though the app says they do, and their customer service sucks. Slow service. Had 20 min for a coffee and a bagel. After paid for it found out there was no coffee. They just started to brew so had to wait over 10 min.
