This Panera Bread location is on the Strip, making it convenient for shoppers wanting to a quick bite to eat. The location is full of color, clean, and unique decor. Today, I used the kiosk to order which overall was a great experience. The kiosk allows you to log in by your phone number, email address, or linking the app by scanning the QR code on the kiosk. I tried the scanning the QR method which connected my rewards account including access to my Panera giftcard. I was able to customize my order and pay through the kiosk with my digital giftcard without having to type it in. Your order can then be tracked through your mobile app. The downside is your name will be called and you may not realize your order is at two different counters. This part of the customer service process may be stressful especially if not accustomed to it. I tried the Mexican Street Corn Chowder with a French baguette. The Corn Chowder was ok, but glad it is only seasonal. It was hyped up and honestly didn't taste or have the texture expected. The Cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut spread; never misses! I've always been a loyal Panera Bread customer, but this location was by far the worst experience I've had. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt for the first time because it looked amazing. While I understand that menu photos are usually more appealing than reality, this sandwich was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what was advertised in terms of portion and presentation. The bread was cut very poorly, and the sandwich honestly looked like it had a bite taken out of it. During the lunch rush, several employees were standing around chatting with no sense of urgency. I also ordered a drink and had to ask for a cup, and the employee seemed visibly annoyed to provide one. Overall, the service and food quality were very underwhelming. read more

DIRTY. We were the first customers on a Saturay morning -- shortly after opening. Most of the tables had spots on them andthe "drink station" had spilled/sticky drinks all around. The restrooms (both) were dirty with trash strewn about. Does no one ever clean this place? No cleaning at night and before the next day's business? The food was "OK" -- typical Panera, i guess. Wow haven't been to this Panera in a while but tonight around 6 went there for dinner. The autumn soup was good I got the pick 2 the chicken and bacon sandwich on the other had was just adequate. The chicken was spread as thin as mayo spread and the 1 piece of bacon was the size of a dime. Funny too could tell that the cooks were all boys. I love that this location lets you order and pay online, then you just say what time you'll be picking it up, and it's waiting for you when you arrive! We came to this Panera before seeing a movie, and everyone used the order ahead option, we walked in, immediately grabbed our food, and had the perfect amount of time to eat before heading to our movie! The food is always good, the employees are always helpful and friendly, overall it's a great Panera! read more

So I have been eating as healthy as I can and Panera Bread is my spot for a quick bite. I love there app and grab and go sections. Today I stopped in for a lunch order to go. It was somewhat last min so I didn't pre order this time. When you walk in my, initial reaction was, " you have two counters to place orders and two places to pick up your order, which one do I go to?" I was able to eventually figure it out based on the menu. The problem is that the areas for ordering were cramped and the two sections were merging into one group of people. No one knew who was in line for which area. Non less the lines did move quickly and if you are a Regular to this location, it might not be that big of a deal. The food is always good. I had a Caesar salad with chicken. my wife had ordered a broccoli and cheese soup bowl and unfortunately they had messed up the order. Instead of getting a bread bowl they had just given her soup and some baguettes. Better luck next time, luckily the food is always good that keeps us returning. read more

My wife and I came into panera for my free birthday treat and a cashier named Bea, ignored not only us but three other behind us. We were in line for around 10min while she walked past us every time making eye contact. So someone moved to another register and she immediately took their order, not only did she not say a single word to suggest we move to another register, but she didnt say anything at all. When she finally decided to take our order. She was straight up rude and dismissive, she offended my wife but at the time i thought I would be the professional and not start anything. All I wanted was my muffin, and she made a good experience much more difficult and frustrating than it had to be. Stopped here with my husband for a quick lunch. There was a line, told my husband all I want is a large Greek salad. He fell in line while I find a table. I understand that things are different now with all the Covid-19 stuff, but simple courtesy shouldn't be one of them. Last night at 5:30pm my friend and I went to Panera for dinner.We ordered a Bacon turkey bravo,broccoli and cheese soup, a cinnamon roll,and a bread bowel. This is my FAVORITE Panera... they load their sandwiches full, they have intelligent, courteous people working there who aren't obnoxious indifferent to your satisfaction, and there's a ton of room. She fixed it but when I asked for extra chipotle mayonnaise she rolled her eyes and slammed the bag on the counter and then started yelling at her employees. I told her that she was acting inappropriate as a manager and then she walked off and was talking about me with another manager and laughing about the situation. Before the whole situation occurred it appeared the same manager was trying to spark an argument or create drama with an employee (eating there) out of uniform, to the point of making her cry. My family and friends in Ohio were SHOCKED that I didn't know about Panera Bread. Now that I've tried this place, I understand! I LOVED everything...from the friendly cashier who was very patient with my mother when she was unsure how to order, to the self-serve, hot, freshly brewed coffee choices, to the huge portions. I ordered a "small" ceasar salad and 1/2 tuna sandwich. The salad itself would have been enough for a normal lunch, and the sandwich was as tasty as it was large ~ filled with tuna salad, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo and mustard. I also like the wi-fi and the fact that you can stay a bit if you'd like. What I don't like most are the prices. It seems awfully expensive for a soup and sandwich lunch. If you get the pick two for affordability, the portion sizes are a bit small. the other thing that bugs me is the bakery. Everything looks delectable, but the sweets, especially, taste sub par. When Panera first came to Canton, it was an excellent value and the portions were generous. Every time I return, it seems like they give less food and charge more. I visited this location during the lunch rush on a weekday. The line to order went quickly because all three registers were manned, I hate lines so I was very pleased about the service. As always it was difficult to find a place to sit, but I expected that. I really like that they now bring your meal to your table, but it does cause some confusion for the staff. My mother and I were waiting for about ten minutes and noticed an employee taking meals to a table that had ordered after us, but as it turns out the employee had the wrong table and brought our soup to us after offering it to the table that ordered after us. I'm not sure how the tracking system that they use in the store works, but it obviously caused some confusion during the busy lunch rush. However, my soup was still hot, so overall I was pleased. My only complaint is how close the tables are placed to eachother as it makes getting to and from a table very difficult during busy hours. read more
