I was out running my dad around in the area and he had a craving for Panera. He enjoys their French onion soup and tuna sandwiches. Stopped in to place an order to go. It is located in the foundry Road shopping center. They do not have any dedicated parking just for Panera so you will have to park in the lot behind it or get lucky enough for one of the few spaces in front. It wasn't very crowded so I did not have to wait to place my order. I got the half portion size tuna salad sandwich, and cup of French onion soup for my father. I saw that they have the French dip back on the menu so that's what I ordered. I tried to be a little bit healthier and got a apple instead of chips with it. Inside it was clean and after placing my order, I went to the takeout window to wait for it. It was prepared pretty quickly in about 10 minutes. When I got home with my food, I noticed that the Apple was the smallest Apple I have ever seen. It made me regret my decision on not getting the chips. The food otherwise was decent. This is my local Panera spot. Been coming here for a few years now. I have always had a good experience whenever I go. Now these dipper sandwiches that are currently in the menu are definitely a hit in my book. Today I popped in & dined in for lunch, I have always been obsessed with their creamy tomato soup so it was a no brainer for me to go for the Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Dipper combo. I requested extra basil pesto spread in my sandwich and they hooked me up just right! The sandwich had all of my favs, grilled chicken, two types of cheeses and a yummy spread. You about a half cup of soup to dip with and that combo tasted amazing. I didn't realize it came with chips, so I ordered a cookie as my dessert. Not sure how long these combos will last but I will be back to try a different one. This location always lives up to the Panera standard & name, pop in and try something on the menu that you haven't tried yet, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Worst pb location. If you're picking up an online order, they make you stand at a door, you have no idea if they are working on it, because there is no one there to greet you. Just a line of customers greeted by a closed door. Orders are never ready so everyone is just standing at that closed door. The food is fine, just always check your food if you're picking up. Panera you can do better!!!!! Improve: Food, Service, & Ambiance Ordered online which was a seamless process. Where this experience pivots is going to a back door to the kitchen and knocking for pickup. They've got to make a better plan as this TACKY and not representative of the image it wants to create. I declined the sandwich in presentation of my entire experience. Staff 1/5 was an excellent experience the other 4 couldn't be bothered with the day or customers patiently waiting for online orders. The coffee bar was out of half and half and after making the staff aware after a few minutes i reminded them I was waiting. They indicated it would be out in just a couple minutes. At no less than 8 minutes and as I walked up to remind them yet again they indicated there was additional half and half at the soda bar. Had I known that I would have used it So the people I asked didn't indicate it was there when I asked but they knew it was at the cold bar because they told me. Poor customer service. This is the second time they messed up and sent me brocc and ched soup instead of chicken and wild rice. I will never order for delivery from them again. I'm not feeling well and was really looking forward to the soup and now my husband has to go in person to the store to get it instead of staying home and caring for me. Plus, they just threw my baguettes into the bag like pieces of trash. So my husband goes to the Panera location we ordered from and asks for a manager, after waiting almost 10 minutes, no one ever comes out so one of the cashiers ended up taking care of the issue but she even said "my manager isn't coming out". I will never order from this location ever again. Ordered the Asiago spicy steak sandwich first they didn't have the bagel in stock at the time of the order and that was ok a quick change of the bagel. When I picked it up though... it looked nothing like what's advertised and that's the only reason I wanted to try it and it was missing the ingredients that go in the sandwich. I called they were nice about the situation but going in the store to get a remake of the sandwich I purchased, the cashier act like they was doing me a favor or something with the smart disposition and brought the sandwich out to me saying "here u go" like I wanted too much out of them. Smh! Then they put a lot of arugula on the sandwich even outside of the sandwich because I pinpointed the fact that they did not put it on the last sandwich. I was at this location today. It was pretty cool. I love how you can just place your order at a kiosk. It makes things go a lot faster. I was here during lunch time and it wasn't too crowded. The staff was nice, the place was clean. The only thing that I struggled with was figuring out what I wanted to eat. I am gluten free and it's 2023. There are so many people that live a gluten free lifestyle, that I am surprised that they don't have more gluten free options and I mean they could at least have some bread that's gluten free. Also the menu should have the acronyms of GF- Gluten Free V- Vegan. I really look for that at every and any restaurant or Fast Food place that I go to. I've been coming here since they've been open. I must admit they started a little slow and that's why I waited quite some time to do my Yelp review but I am proud to say they are moving fast and keeping up w the demands now! The food has always been good here and you still get all the same options as you do the other panera locations. I do like this Panera Bread because it's spacious a has many seating options and different seating arrangements so that way you can sit wherever your heart desires whether you're hosting a study group, spending family time or a dinner for one, they can accommodate it. I liked it there because their beverage station is always clean and the condiments always full. Walked in on a weekday, stood at the counter no one was there to take my order or even to acknowledge that I was there. As I was standing there, the only thing I heard was foul language coming from the kitchen area. There was a woman that brought her sandwich back because it was the wrong order and asked for a refund. I received a coupon for a "you pick two", so I stopped by to grab some lunch. The coupon was also about to expire soon, so I knew I had to use it or lose it. The staff member verbally provided a list of my current rewards. I told her that I would like to use the "you pick two" offer. I ordered half of a grilled cheese sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. She confirmed the order and stated the amount due. I did not think much about it until I looked at my receipt after paying and realized that the discount was not applied. It had a fireplace, pretty clean, pretty new. Also the food isn't half bad. It's pretty nice for a panera.

In search of a quick/casual place to grab an after-walk bite to eat we decided on Panera. Upon arrival there weren't any visible customers and I noticed two employees but no one at the register. No problem as there were two kiosk available to place our order. After placing an order we were directed to go to the register to pick up our drinks. The cashier directed us to the pick up window and the pick up window directed us back to the cashier. This could have been avoided if the cashier asked us what we ordered. Once drinks were in hand and sandwiches plated we took a seat and ate. Both of our sandwiches had cold pockets. I literally had to spit out a bite to confirm I didn't eat raw sausage meat. When we determined it was cold egg we decided to finish our meal. While waiting in line to refill our tik tok famous caffeinated beverages (located behind register) we were able to provide the sandwich feedback with the manager on duty who apologized and said next time will be better. read more

I've been patronizing this Panera since they came to the area and for the most part the service has been good and the food fresh and tasty. I like that PB is constantly updating the food and drink menu while keeping the oldies but goodies. The beverages happen to be one of my favorites because you can get drinks other then your typical sodas. I noticed they appear to have seasonal drinks. In the summer my go to was the blood orange drink. Now they have what they call Charged drinks that have caffeine. I got the Strawberry Lemon Mint with Guarana & Caffeine. It was quite tasty, refreshing with a great strawberry flavor and a hint of mint. Today's pick was the Passion Papaya Green Tea that is lightly sweetened. Another winner! As part of the Sip Club you can get a drink every 2 hours every day. I have free membership until January and I plan on making good use of it. Normally the membership is $11.99/month. Some exclusions apply such as the expressos and smoothies aren't included, but they still have plenty to choose from. This is a great deal if you are a drinker and love Panera. read more

Visited this location while in Maryland. I ordered 2 cups of tea from the kiosk as the line had a few folks on it and two cashiers. My pager (155) went off about three minutes after I finished check out. When I went to the pick up counter, the gentleman said oh, just get your cups and make the tea because the hot water is up front next to the coffee. I said yes but the container is empty so I was directed here by the cashier. The gentleman then said oh I will have the guy come do a refill on the hot water. We went back to the front and sat at a table. Two other patrons were near the coffee station waiting on hot water also. One lady turned and said hi are you waiting on the water too. I said yes the guy will come with a refill any minute. The gentleman came and got the container, he went to the back. He returned to the front and cleared dishes at the dish return countertop. The other patrons grew weary. There woman went to the counter and said excuse me please just put hot water in my cup. I can't wait any longer; it's been fifteen minutes. I waited patiently because I was enjoying the company of my family. The gentleman came out and literally threw the hot water container on the shelf and slammed the cover closed. It was so loud. His name was LaShawn. What he did was so rude. When he slammed the cover down, everyone sitting across from the tea station looked in silence. He literally shut us up. A woman sitting behind me said oh no. That is unacceptable behavior. He should be reported. That was very rude to do. He must be upset but that's not how you handle it. My cousin said there is no more honey and no lemons on this tea station. I said Girl, I'm scared to ask about it. I might get honey and lemons to the face next. We all laughed even though it wasn't really funny but we know he was mad at something, maybe not us or maybe he was. I mean they did keep bugging the cashiers about the wait time. I will not be going back to this location, I'll make a trip to another store. I used to order drinks here all the time for delivery while I'm at work. They always came perfectly. Not sure what happened, but in the last few months, every time I order from here (delivery or pick up) my drinks are 1/3 of the way filled. ***Complaint review**** My friend purchased an iced tea chai latte from the Security location and it was too sweet. So since I live in the Owings Mills area I thought I could exchange it at the Foundry Row location with no problem. The cashier stated she had to speak with her manager, Sam. Sam came to us and stated she can exchange it "this time" the next time you have to go back to the previous location. I was appalled by her response and I thought it was horrible customer service. Don't tell me you can do it this time, she was condescending and rude. Even if it's policy it was all in her delivery. Geesh, it's only an iced tea!! I will not return to this location ever. Today I walked into this really nice Panera bread. I ordered my usual green goddess salad. I was given a buzzer to go the window when my food was ready. The salad came up in no time. I warmed up my bread in the microwave. Yum! My salad was a completely different story. It was beautiful but absolutely tasteless. My salad was huge let me say. I have never gotten the whole because I usually get a soup with it. I noticed that there barely any dressing on it so I asked for more. I was prompted given more. That didn't change anything about the salad. It just had no flavor. It truly do t understand it. It wasn't missing anything ingredient wise; it just didn't taste good. I was really disappointed by my order. I ordered fontaga and the only on this thick bread is chicken and tomato. There is no sauce. Very thick bread and dry. This is not my first time eating fontaga.
