I don't know why I keep coming back. We placed an order for curb side pick up. After waiting 8 minutes we finally went in. We searched for our food and finally found it when someone said oh we will bring that out to you. Well that would have been nice. I purchased the green goddess salad. The radicchio lettuce was the core of the plant. The kale was over abundant, the chicken was the smallest portion I have ever seen and there was about a half cup of water in the bottom of the bowl. I love Panera but this location is either badly managed or this place is going down the drain. Every time we visit this location they list off everything they are out of and it's crazy they are still open. Since there are not many locations in the area we have just gone to other establishments. read more

Ordered a large hazelnut coffee black that's it waited 20 minutes with two cars in front of me to get to the window for them to hand me a green tea. I tell her that's not my order to which she says "what's your order" with confusion. I got a refund of 12 dollars that they charged me and a MEDUIM coffee. I couldn't have had a more simple order and I don't have 30 minutes to wait in a drive thru? Who does read more

By far the worst panera I've been to. It's too bad cause some of them are pretty good.

Me and my friend just went to Panera and all I got was a whole bowl of soup and a lemonade. I got my lemonade and they charged us for the soup but I never got it so they just left me without a whole meal. i'm pissed but it's whatever I guess. just maybe next time don't let it happen to someone else because i'm too nice to go back and say anything but not everybody is. read more

We frequently patronize this Panera location. The staff are always courteous and for the most part the food is good. Lately, the dining room is looking a little shabby. We paid and walked towards the drink station. There was litter all over the floor and spilling out of a full trash can. Our booth table was covered in crumbs and my husbands side had two dirty napkins shoved down in the seat. Basically, a hot mess. I didn't even sit down but went straight to the counter and was trying to get the managers attention but she walked away. ( She didn't see me) I mentioned the state of the dining room to the counter lady and she said "Oh yes, they were just going to send someone out". We were there another 30-40 mins and no one appeared. Why is this an issue? It was almost an empty restaurant and it should never look like that ever. We paid $25 for our meal and we sat amongst trash. Just lazy management. I will say the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich was very good. The pickle was a shriveled up stick, and the lettuce in my Cesar salad had seen better days. Get it together Panera. You charge way too much for your establishment to be in such a mess and for your food to look days old. read more

Recently Panera has really gone down hill. The service here was really rude, where the lady at the cash register went as far to put her finger in my face while she told me to wait, and continued to belittle the people who were making the food. The food is ok, but this place is filthy. This place needs a complete cleaning from top to bottom. This place hasn't been cleaned in days. I found a bowl of food abandon at the soda fountain. I brought it to the manager's attention and she didn't seem concerned. It was obvious that the neglected meal was there for quite some time. I started looking around and noticed the floors we're filthy from spills over the past few days. Crumbs and bits of food amassing in the corners from several days of neglect. The carpet has been neglected for so long it is now in need of a full replacement. If you can't stomach a dirty restaurant you will have to avoid this Panera all together. read more

Closest owners to my house and it's just a huge shame how shitty the service is. I go through the drive thru mostly due to my busy lifestyle I have gotten you pick twos that are just so low quality that I can't believe I wasted 15$ on them. They hand you salads that are more like quarters (maybe) than halfs. They hand you sandwiches the same way... I just can't believe hey think it's acceptable to send such low amount of food for such a high price. Not too mention I never sit in the driver thru for shorter than 10 minutes. Sometimes quite longer. The greeter at the speaker is never in the greatest of moods either. Just a shame. read more

I haven't had any bad experiences with Panera before I came here last week. I couldn't complain to the manager because the manager was part of the reason I was so upset. The girl taking my order was slow and talked under her breath and had no customer service skills at all. The tables were all dirty and they were out of everything and it was only 1pm. They tried charging me extra for something they messed up and they forgot to make our food. Our soup was cold when we got it and they were not that busy. read more

No matter if there are 20 people ahead of me in drive thru, no one in line, or 2 people in line ahead of me, I always have to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes to get my food at the drive-up. That's really not an appropriate amount of time. It would take less I order a small mac and cheese. It cannot, possibly, take 15 minutes to put that into a container. No matter what else is happening. Also, if I'm going to pay over $5.00 for a half order of mac and cheese, don't make the container half full. C'mon. read more

There are two significant Panera Bread locations in my life. This is of course one of them. This is the Panera Bread I visit nearly every Sunday after grocery shopping with my 83 year old mother. Enjoying lunch and conversation is a big part of our day together. We usually get the soup - broccoli cheddar and tomato are our favorites. Both are thick and piping hot. The broccoli has many vegetable chucks and the tomato is tangy deliciousness. We also enjoy some of the seasonal changing salads like the Salmon. Good food, good bread, rewards with their card and a good place for conversation with your mother is why we keep coming back read more

This panera usually get's my order right unlike the other reviewers said, but maybe I just have good luck! One thing I do agree with is the wait time in the drive thru (it takes forever) no matter if there is one or four cars behind or ahead of you! I find myself waiting forever to get my food. I love the iced green tea and asiago bagels highly reccomend. read more

Ordered to go and the cashiers look like they're about to fall asleep. I never had slower service at any Panera location, usually they're on point and fast. The only great thing about this place is the kiosk fast order system on the side and the green tea machine is on the side near the pop machine so you can get it yourself. They even forgot my bakery :/ and I didn't want to excuse myself back in line for a cookie. It was just horrible, I'm hoping for better service next time. read more

The taste of the food is very rich. That's the only nice thing i have to say about this place. Last time i came my friend did not get chicken on his chicken Alfredo. Today, it was way worse. The pop machine is currently sitting on some sort of work bench as things get renovated. There was no ice in the machine or syrup for the fruit punch. I told the employee and checked the machine about 5 minutes later and it was still not rectified. The chicken on my frontega chicken sandwich was cold. I paid 5 dollars for about half a cup worth of soup. The cheese on top was not melted because the soup wasn't very hot. The cheese on my sandwich, also not melted. Very disappointed. However this location is notorious for being incredibly slow and even if we do the rapid pick up online where you indicate exactly what you want they still somehow manage to fulfill the order incorrectly. This place has really good broccoli and cheddar soup and bread. I'm not a fan of their salad that has their balsamic dressing, there's just something about it that doesn't taste right. It also gave me heartburn for the entire day afterwards. I also tried their steak sandwich with the red onions and I'm not sure if it had the same balsamic dressing on it but it also gave me heartburn for the rest of the day too. The steak was a little too tough and chewy to eat and the sauce that was on the sandwich was way too overpowering. I'm in love with her chocolate chip cookies though. And they have good drinks selections as well. So if you're a first time customer it's a little difficult to understand how it works in there. You go up to the register to order your food and they give you a pager in which you then have to turn into the carry out section, when it goes off. I feel like the servers could be a little bit more informative on how to do that instead of just making you guess. It's also hard to find seating in there because people usually sit in there for hours and hours just playing on their laptop like it's a coffee house. read more

Honestly, I've had multiple problems with this panera on the past 2 months, (i.e. forgotten food, making my drinks with regular milk when I specify I need almond milk, putting sandwiches on breads I didn't order, etc.) but whenever I get my panera breakfast delivered in the morning & it's delivered by Scott, it's always right & always the best food. He is the friendliest & nicest delivery driver I've ever met & actually, in todays world, he's probably the best one of the best people I e encountered in the food industry with his customer service skills. He's so sweet & goes out of his way to personally make sure my order is correct before he brings it (because I told him the first few times my delivery orders were wrong & the food preparers messed up) so now every time I order a delivery, he always checks it personally & I appreciate it so much. He goes out of his way to provide exceptional customer service & it makes me feel better as soon as I see on my app that he will be delivering my food because I know it will be right & fresh! I gave 4 stars pretty much all for Scott & obviously I didn't give the 5th star because of the multiple times my foods been messed up but none the less everyone's human & I understand we all make mistakes but I think the inside workers should be a bit more conscious on how orders are supposed to be prepared as they're ordered specially. All in all, great food (when prepared correctly), great delivery drivers, & customer with a full tummy! :) read more

This location is too busy and is awful!!! I placed an order on their app and picked it up. The order wasn't correct! I asked for extra pepperoncini and they gave me just ONE! While the food may be good, the customer service at this establishment is HORRID. If you order the rapid pick-up, chances are your order will not be ready when you arrive. If you have your food delivered, be prepared for it to arrive more then 30 minutes after it's supposed to. read more

Pretty decent food. But I think its over priced for the quality, and its time for some new and better food items. The bagels are on point as always. Tired the smokehouse turkey sandwich it was ok, but not great. Tried the chicken noodle soup and it could have used more flavor. Next time I will try the soup in the bread bowl.
