I've been here twice and both times placed an online order and it wasn't ready until over 45 minutes past the quoted pickup time! Most recently i placed an order for a 12:00pm pick up and when i came at 12:05pm not only was it not ready but they never even started it! The employee said it will be a few minutes. Several other customers were waiting and no one was bringing out their orders as well. Food from the kitchen was only brought out to customers who were dinning in. I never received my order until 12:45pm. I would come here more often but due to the long waits I probably won't be coming back unless I choose to dine in and i'm not pressed for time. The food however is delicious with lots of gluten free options. You can choose from 3 sizes of bowls: Junior, regular, and large. The base can be white or brown rice and for an up-charge noodles or all veggies. Protein options are chicken, steak, salmon or tofu. The Spicy tofu which indeed was VERY spicy!! The tofu was perfected fried and coated with just the right amount of sauce. I loved how fluffy and sticky the rice was but i wish there were more veggies. I only received one slice of zucchini, no carrots...only broccoli and cabbage. Food gets 4,5 stars but service gets 2/2.5 because of the extremely long waits. New customers here, we were a bit slower figuring out our order. The young man behind the counter was patient and helpful, orders were correct. Food was delicious, fresh, and generously portioned. We ate inside and the young man even came by a couple of times to ask if everything was good, which it was, and we appreciated him asking. There are a couple of geese who have chosen the location in front of the door to lay their eggs. One sits on the eggs over in the grassy area and the other hangs by the door protecting mom and babies. There are double doors but, unfortunately, only one door is unlocked. Every time someone wants to open the unlocked door - which opens out - it requires the goose to back up out of the way. He seems to always want to stand in front of the one unlocked door so customers would try the other door and find it locked. I'm sure once the eggs hatch they'll be on their way somewhere else with their little family. I was happy to see customers and employees alike trying to not disturb the goose family, but having only one door available for use makes that impossible. Please unlock both doors to allow minimal disruption for them during the short time where there is nowhere else they can go. Anyhow, I definitely plan to come back here. The quality of food and timing is top notch at this location along with great customer service as usual except for a certain individual at carry out (shireen/shereen). I said hello I had a carry out for my name which was an online order and she was hesitant to grab my order then questioned if I was really the person picking up the order even after I told exactly what was ordered online . I then had to grab my phone from my running car to prove to her I am the person picking the order and after that she still made it difficult I held my phone up her to face as if it wasnt still or clear enough for her to read then she couldn't identify my name on the app I ordered from and just read exactly what I ordered to confirm like I said . I love their Teriyaki. It's almost as good as what you'd find at the little places dotted all around Seattle, but it's a chain. If they would make their sauces from scratch they'd be right on point. I like to order the chicken breast bowl 'yakisoba style' which is traditionally wok stir fried together. Depending on who's making it, sometimes it's prepared correctly and other times it's just assembled into the bowl like my picture. Cold blanched broccoli, over cold noodles. If they wok toss it together you have a better flavor, as the broccoli is seared and coated in the sauce with the noodles. I take my chances that sometimes it's absolutely delicious and other times not! That leads me to the other side. There's no way to order extra teriyaki sauce through delivery apps, only a hot sauce. If they could add that feature and wok toss as advertised, it would be perfection. Good quality ingredients for a chain and the delivery price is affordable. If you're craving Asian type cuisine but don't want the super oily sauce, this is a good option! I like the food here a lot! But recommend ordering carry out because dining in kind of sucks lol there are only a few tables available and the other half of the restaurant is blocked off. You cannot use the bathrooms, even if you are a paying customer and you cannot use the soda fountain either. The employee fills it for you. tonight here for dinner. i love this place however.... this is getting old. this place finally opened to dine in however still cant touch things. all their plastic ware and napkins come out of dispensers but (the workers arent contagious even with masks on or using properly) someone has to get it for you. how do i know they (workers) arent contagious? (i say this everywhere since people dont understand sanitary). plastic at the register that doesnt touch the ceiling so you are still breathing same air.... just dumb. no teriyaki on tables to add to your meal. if you want it, ask. bathrooms blocked off so if you have to go you are out of luck. might wait to come back after the ban is lifted we talked to the owner since we have talked to him plenty of times before pandemic. if you can handle all this great. we are going to wait until ban is over for normalcy. we like this place a lot but not with all restrictions. sorry my picture i forgot to take a pic of before eating it read more

Update 3... Bernie, thank you for responding back... I posted photos yesterday, with the date of 6/20/22 in the tag... there's no sauce on the veggies, barely any on the chicken and I was still charged for a half full cup of sauce that I didn't ask for... So I have to bump these guys down a star this time...this place has serious issues about their sauce. I'm talking about the thin Teriyaki sauce, not the others because I haven't tried those yet. My chief complaint in my original review was that they want to charge 25¢ for a half full 1 oz cup. Half an ounce! At the time it had caught me off guard because the charge is not listed on the app or menu. I had paid through the app and it became a horribly embarrassing ordeal when I didn't have a quarter on me for the sauce... yet I couldn't pay for it in the app when after when confronted about it. So I posted my review on Yelp and Bernie did go out of his way to reach me. So after getting in touch with Bernie, he said in the future, just list in special instructions to put more sauce on the dish, a request they would do no problem. I had a free birthday bowl today so I got my regular order. I had to pay for the noodles, no problem! It's an upgrade to rice, charge away! I completely get that! I asked the woman who rang me up, I believe she may have been Bernie's wife when I first placed the order to plead add more sauce to it. Asked again kindly when she cashed me out.... Not only was there no extra sauce on it again, they charged me 25¢ for a half empty container... which the reason I was told it was half full the first time was that it may spill when opening if full... whatever. I'll take the chance. If I have to pay for it, I want it. The whole damn ounce. Use a 2oz cup and fill that half full if you're still afraid it's going to splash. I shouldn't have to ask Bernie himself if he's there to be the one to add more sauce. It's so frustrating because the noodles are really dry underneath without the sauce...Bernie explained the reason why back then they started charging (cause originally they didn't charge for extra sauce on the side) was because prices were going up. Cost prices I can imagine for him are probably triple in price to when we first spoke. It's not smart math to me at all to one more zigzag of sauce on the food as opposed to your business losing money on the sauce and the the plastic cup you use... that absolutely has to cost you more than 25¢ as opposed to a few Pennie's for just sauce...people are getting ripped off. Teriyaki sauce is pretty cheap to make, it's proteins, vegetables and all the carry out containers, especially that which is expensive... such a waste of plastic too! read more

Amazing! I was shocked at how clean this restaurant was kept since most are usually dingy but this one was very cared for. Went back today for a second visit and it was like night and day versus the 1st visit. The treuyaki chicken was cooked to perfection with teriyaki sauce on top and on the side was plentiful.. Very flavourful, the noodles are really good and the vegetables could be better but not bad and certainly goes with the whole meal. The owner gave me another sample of the spicy chicken and it was a lot better than the 1st time. The owner was very coo,l very friendly, and great speaking with him today. 2018-05-13. Teriyaki Madness is located in Hall-Tilch Crossing. A plaza wedged between Belle Tire and Discount tire with entrances off of Hall Road and Tilch. The plaza has ample free parking for the shops in it and Teriyaki Madness has a prime end unit that's visible from Hall Rd. Teriyaki Madness M.O. is a familiar one. It's semi fast food and self seating. You place your order, pay for it, retrieve it, find a place to sit, and consume it. Now I say semi fast food because, while we were there we saw both table service as well as fast food service. When it wasn't busy, the cashier brought the food out to the customers that sat down. When the counter was busy, they call out the order and the customers came and retrieved it. Inside the decor is clean and cool, hard surfaces everywhere from wooden tables to uncushioned booths. Large bay windows allow for plenty of natural light during the day and pot lights take over in the evenings. It was Mother's Day and we had a late lunch / Linner, but to ensure we gave Mom the entire day off, we picked up a couple of bowls to-go in case we needed a small snack to tie us over for the evening. They were having a special, $5 teriyaki bowls on Mother's Day and Father's Day, so if you were lucky enough to stop by, you're saving about $3/bowl (37.5%), bonus! We got one of each the chicken teriyaki and the spicy chicken teriyaki. Each bowl comes with choice of white or brown rice, veggies, and chicken. We were informed that the bowl would be a medium bowl with 6oz of chicken, 14oz of veggies, all on a bed of rice. I had a spoon of each dish, the veggies were identical in both, one had white rice, the other brown, one with spice, one without. The rice was ok, I've had much worse at other Chinese restaurants, 3 stars. The veggies were good too, not over cooked, 3,5 stars. The spicy chicken was over cooked, but not dried out because they had used dark meat, and it was sauced. There wasn't much heat to it. 2 stars. The other chicken was quite sweet, and the sauce was drizzled over the meat. The chicken here was still slightly over cooked, but not nearly as bad as the spicy chicken. 2,5 stars. Overall, the bowls were just OK. They have lunch specials which will give you better value for your buck. I can see me doing lunch here. 3 stars. I also love how they put their teriyaki sauce on the table, since I basically smother my meal with it. Also, if you download their app, you receive coupons. The only reason for the four stars is because I wish I could have the option of customizing the bowl more, like how chipotle does. I enjoyed all the vegetables, but would have liked more (with all the veggies, I only had three pieces of broccoli) and would have added fried rice to my noodles. Anyhow, after my last few bites of my meal, my chicken tasted soft and rubbery and I told my friend it seemed undercooked.
