    "Grilled cheese "

WORST PB EVER !!!! save your money & time ! Go to the one in bay city. Or literally ANY OTHER ONE and you will be much more happy . I have been to this Panera a handful of times... it's close to our house so it was convenient ....they messed up our order EVERY TIME! So the manager always apologized and gave us a free you pick two for the next visit . This visit tonight was the topping on the cake and I declined the free meal ticket for next time and said I will just NEVERR be back to this store again. The staff . RUDE! The food comes out messy and cold . You would think working at Panera wouldn't be rocket science but the staff they have working this one down right can't even do the job. Here are some pictures of our food tonight . Grilled cheese - not grilled AT ALL Mac & cheese - no cheese . It was just noodles . I have been to MANY Panera's and never never had a issues . This one... has dropped off the cliff !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !

I got the Summer Corn Chowder. Disappointed it was all broth. Not Chowder like at all. Barely anything in it. Ugh!

My daughter and I had dinner inside. We were so excited to be able to finally eat out after the lock down. Kind of disappointed in the portion size of the chicken teriyaki bowl. Barely any chicken in it. Lots of broccoli though. For the price I expected my moneys worth. My daughter loved her go-to, mac and cheese though. Wish the price point wasn't so high

I'll admit - I'm a bit biased. Panera holds a warm place in my heart. It takes me back to my college days where my friends and I would meet up for a bread bowl or two. And seeing Saginaw progressing with the Panera's and the Chipotle's of the world is great to see (admittedly they are chains, but it's a start!). The cashiers are friendly and efficient. The bread is fresh, yeasty, and delicious. And that's the basis for most of their dishes. I had the chipotle chicken sandwich - great bread with moist chicken, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese. The GF had the bread bowl, which was crusty on the outside and perfectly chewy within - she chose broccoli cheddar soup - always a good bet. We couldn't help but get a large order of the mac n cheese - perfectly creamy, the pasta was nicely al dente, and you could get the nuttiness and saltiness of the cheese. For a chain - this mac n cheese rocks. It's Pepsi-town here (I'm an admitted Coke fan) - but that's fine. They've got several brewed teas including Acai and coffee ready as well!

First time here, so I didn't really care for the ordering procedure. The Asiago steak sandwich was pretty good. I did the pick 2 and grabbed the Mac and cheese dish to go with it. Yum. That was really good!

Worst service I've ever experienced. Manager is so rude and doesn't know how to handle a large group.

Tried lunch again. Turkey sandwich is overpriced and mostly spinach. Soup is good. I will eat elsewhere next time.

Food kind of bland. They were quick with my order though so that was cool.
