Used to go to this place on the road years ago and it was amazing. Now, they're trying to be a jack of all trades and have gone down tremendously. Broth Bowls? Pasta? Flatbreads? Give it up and just make the good sandwiches you used to be known for! I used to work in a place like this, adding a million items to the menu usually doesn't end well. If i could give it a zero i would. My broccoli cheddar soup was like water and disgusting. I got a turkey, bacon, avocado BLT and when i got it, it was missing TURKEY BACON AND AVOCADO. when i went and asked them to fix it, she looked at me and said "I knew it was missing something" why would you give a customer a sandwich if you know it's not right? Came here for lunch and was so disappointed! The food took forever....was sub par....expensive....and EVERY table had food all over it!

This location overall does not prepare my order correctly and is quite skimpy on the ingredients. I should not be paying $8 for a sandwich and still be hungry afterwards. Today I had enough and tried calling 3x's to speak with a manager with no luck. I'm done with Panera Bread!!!! read more

They have the best soup in saginaw and their service is amazing.They always get my order right and they get me my food really fast too.

I am not usually one to write a review, but I've just had enough!!! Every time fellow employees and myself order from this Panera, the order is ALWAYS messed up. We have ordered many times over the last month, any where from lunch for 1 to lunch for 20. Every time, the order has been a disaster. Sandwiches missing, toppings missing, or very skimpy with the sandwich/salad contents. I went again today for myself, giving the benefit of the doubt, and yet again- for a single to go order I waited over 30 min. and then was treated very rudely when they handed me my bag. Another time, when sandwiches were missing, they actually accused us of lying, and actually dug through the trash!!!! No offense, but no one here is that hard up for Panera, or free food, that we would have to lie about it. VERY disgusted with this establishment. If I was the owner, I would be VERY embarrassed. read more

Pretty good. The staff is nice but the espresso I ordered tasted bitter. I know not to base the whole decision on this, however, I have ordered the same caramel espresso with an extra shot twice and they both tasted bitter. I generally like Panera's so that is the reason for my 3 star rating. read more

Food kind of bland. They were quick with my order though so that was cool.

The online menu is cumbersome to use for a group to decide what each wants and the printed menu is 14 pages long if you decide to print it to hand around. Online ordering itself wasn't too bad once you know what you want to order. Had to stand in line with people ordering to pick the order up, even though it should have been in the rapid order pick-up location. Food was incorrect for 25% (2 of 8) orders...of course you don't know that until you're gone, and hand it out. Ordered online so I'm certain it was ordered correctly since they follow up with an email of what you ordered. Food was mediocre. read more

I ordered soup and a half sandwich, and the soup was the only decent part of the meal. The sandwich had barely any meat on it and had a cold spot in the middle. It was mostly bread and arugula. As a side I asked for an apple and was given the worst apple I have ever seen. It looked as though it had been microwaved and dropped several times. If I am paying over $12 for half a sandwich, soup, an apple, and a drink. I expect it to be a lot better quality food. read more

Tried them for the first time just now. The cashier and manager were nice. That's all I can say for good things about Panera. I don't like their ordering and pickup setup but that isn't important. I put in a take out order and I get a pager for some reason. Do orders take so long this is needed? I sit for a while and they start yelling my name. I walk up and they're out of one of the items in my pick 2 order. I go back up to the register and look at the menu. After finding something else I tell the cashier but she wasn't sure what to do. Another person came out (manager I assume) and she also struggled with it. Finally she just refunded 2/3 of my bill and sends the cashier to get my order right away. So far it's ok, they made a mistake but I get a discount. The cashier walks back over with my new order but it's set to eat in. I remind her it was to go. She apologizes and goes away again. She comes back with a take out bag, apologized some more, and I was on my way. As I'm driving home I take a look in the bag and see only half of my order is there. Had to turn around and head back. At the register I tell the cashier half of my order is missing. She runs off again to find the manager. When the manager gets up front again she asks what soup I had ordered but I just give her my bag and tell her to refund the rest of my order. After all the messing around I have no food and no intention of ever going back. read more

Terrible experience. My food was tasteless and my husband's dish was overcooked pasta, full of grease. The portions were meager and overpriced. My husband ordered pesto pasta. He was shown 2 size bowls, one small and one large. He ordered the large. The amount of pasta in his large bowl would have easily fit the small one with room left over. My Mediterranean flatbread sandwich tasted like cardboard. There were 2 very tiny, thin slices of chicken. It came with a little piece of whole wheat bread on the side which was totally stale. The small bowl of the vegetarian soup I had was the only edible item. Due to the small portions received, the lack of taste and flavor, and not getting what you pay for, I would NOT recommend this place! We used to go to a Panera in another state where we lived before. They always had trays of fresh breads to try while you waited in line and tasty food. This Panera is not the Panera we knew. read more
