Travis was a fantastic server even with all of the setbacks and issues thrown at him tonight - he immediately greeted us and promptly came back with drinks and chips and salsa, he took our orders quickly and was very attentive during the wait. Here's where it fell short (and not because of Travis) - the kids meals came out first, the kids burgers were cold, buns were very dry. Then we waited, and waited, and waited for our entree (which was just a triple dipper to share - 2 chicken crispers and mozzarella). Travis came back multiple times apologizing for the long wait, explaining there was a kitchen error, someone took the wrong food, he was flustered but stated he was doing his best to rush it along. After a very long wait, the kiddos had finished eating and we finally got to enjoy the meal. The chicken was deep fried too long, it was not juicy like normal, definitely ruined the one night we got to go out for chicken we were craving. The breaded edges were so hard I couldn't even bite through it.... In the end, Travis made sure to take care of he and comped the meals. Overall, he is the only reason we stayed to enjoy the meals because of his kindness and great level of hospitality. Kudos to him, he's an asset to your team. 2 stars overall / 5 stars for Travis!
