Greatest Service Ever ! Came by today around 2-3pm to grab a bagel before heading to target to get some home supplies and groceries. Store was pretty empty, don't blame it though considering how the weather is very odd. The employee with the maroon top was the sweetest! She understood that I ordered from the wrong location and quickly gave me the bagel I purchased from the other location! She was very polite and sweet! While I was waiting, I grabbed another bagel.. - Cranberry Walnut Bagel : without the cream cheese was so sad.. But I really enjoyed the sweet and tangy flavors from the cranberry the sept through as I took a bite. - Asiago Bagel : was very pleasant! It was dried cheese on top. I'm new to the area so when I googled this Panera it was 20 minutes from my house. I drove all the way out to get some Panera because I was craving it. The customer service is so poor here. I entered the restaurant. Stood by the register and there was a cashier server whoever was there in front of me. From when I entered til I got to where you place the order the employee just stare. Panera is one of my favorite places to go when I want to grab a quick bite to eat. I wanted something small to munch on for breakfast so I stood in front of their bakery area, staring at the different baked goods they have on display behind the plexiglass. I couldn't decide between the apple crunch and the peach pecan crunch. I wanted to be "health conscious" and order the apple crunch since it has a lot less calories than the peach pecan. But I have an unhealthy obsession with peaches right now so I went with the peach. One bite and I loved it. The peach pecan crunch is basically what its name says. It's a peach muffin with swirls of cinnamon in the center. I really liked that there are big bits of peaches in the muffin. The peaches are a little tart which compliments the sweetness of the muffin and the juice of the peaches make the muffin extra moist. The top is a crunchy layer of glazed pecan and oats and cinnamon. There wasn't anything and on asking the gentleman at the register, he simply said "They are working on it now". 10 mins later I check again, and the lady making the food says someone else picked it up. I was right there the whole time! They said they'll make it again, and 20 mins later they hadn't started on it. 10 more mins and they are still "working on it". I understand that mistakes happen, and that there is a shortage of people working on the food services sector, but this goes beyond incompetence. There is nothing mind blowing about this place, they have a decent selection of bagels and baked goods, but it would always be best if you can make your way to a locally sourced baker for higher quality. This Panera Bread is located in the Target plaza, and it is at the corner of Monterey and Curtner. It is actually closer to the Applebee's in the plaza. There is also plenty of parking. I came here for dinner and it was not too busy. After looking at the menu, I decided to order a Turkey Artichoke Panini (smoked turkey, spinach artichoke spread, Asiago-Parmesan cheese, tomatoes & caramelized onions, grilled hot on our Focaccia), which cost only $6.99. The cashier asked if I wanted to buy a cookie for only 99 cents. I noticed the regular price for a cookie is $1.79, so I couldn't resist..lol. I decided to get a Chocolate Duet with walnut cookie. =) After paying for my meal, I got my cookie right away. I also recieved a pager to indicate when my meal is ready. I was surprised that 2 minutes later, my pager was buzzing! I noticed there were plenty of tables and booths to sit at. I decided to sit at a booth. My turkey arthichoke panini was pretty huge. I was only able to eat half my sandwich. I love how the sandwich was warm when I bit into it. The panini was definitely good, since everything tasted great together. The turkey slices were thick. The Chocolate Duet cookie was really good, too. There were a lot of chocolate chunks! Even though the cookie was a bit hard, it was still enjoyable. Cashiers are lovely, I come here every 2 times a week and am serviced by 2 different lovely cashiers. I tend to come in the afternoon on Mondays and Fridays and am served by the best cashiers . They take time to help me out and make sure my order is correct. I'm not sure of their names I think one is named Alana and the other one I'm unaware of. They are always super attentive and are ready to help. Aside from their service Alana always has a smile on her face and is always creating a friendly and welcoming environment. Same goes for the other cashier although I think she's new, you can truly tell she's making an effort. Props to management for choosing the best cashier to run their store. read more

I'm not a huge fan of sandwiches so I don't often go out to eat them, but Panera Bread wasn't disappointing. I got a Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread and it was pretty good. Panera Bread is a great, healthy option for food. The environment is nice and comfortably quiet. Customer service wise, I was not so impressed. My friend who did not get her change asked the cashier for it afterwards and we had to wait around almost 20 minutes so the cashier who took her order could come back from her break or something and finish the transaction for her. I think the employees should have been a little more considerate and went to get the cashier because it only took a minute to get my friend her change. I love the smell of fresh pastries when I walk in. There was a line but the two cashiers were quick to move people along. After ordering, our food came out within 5 minutes, so thumbs up for speedy service as well. I decided to get a half order of their Southwest Chile Lime Chicken Salad and a cup of their chicken and wild rice soup with a side of french baguette. The soup and bread were spot on, and paired perfectly well together. I wish I hadn't gotten the salad though, because it did not taste good. The chicken was kind of rubbery and overall the greens just did not taste fresh. It kinda of ruined the overall meal for me. Their sandwiches are also pretty basic - my friend ordered one and it was about half the size of a sandwich you would find at another bakery restaurant chain. Overall, I tend to like Panera! If you are smart about what you order, you can find some healthy options. I've gone to this Panera both for normal lunch's and for catering. I'm sad to say that most of their vegan options (at least what I've tried), are pretty flavorless, which is a shame. As for catering, they are pretty okay! They've forgotten items in my orders multiple times, but have been very apologetic and happy to give me a gift card as their way of apologizing. Overall, it would not be my first choice to cater from, but I have yet to find a better salad/sandwich option that is nearby if that is what we are going for! In my opinion, Panera Bread would usually be a safe choice if you want to get something to eat without thinking so much. I've been here a couple of times although my Yelp check-ins say otherwise. The eating area was clean from what I saw and there were a lot of people there. On my most recent visit, I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup ($5.99) and the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt ($9.09). It took a few minutes before my food was ready. I took my food home and ate. The chicken noodle soup was good and flavorful to me. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt was delicious and wouldn't mind ordering that next time; although, I would probably try something else on the menu to try a variety of things. I would not recommend this Panera location. I have given it several orders over the past year and they just are not worth it. Their salads which I order more often are made sloppily and the accompanying bread is just tossed in the bag uncovered. Ha, okay I lied about the latter, but no really...Panera Bread is quite the healthy alternative to hamburgers and beef extracted french fries. I can't really say that the sandwiches are made fresh because I've tried to customize the sandwiches before and they told me that their sandwiches come pre-made and that they could not make any changes. I order at the counter and then I'm given a little pager as I wait, no more than 10 minutes for my food. I don't know about other Panera Bread locations, but this one is pretty spacious.
