    Tea Leaf Salad ($21.99)
    Elena N.

Date: Friday, March 20th, 2026 Meal: Dinner Delivery Time Ordered: around 6pm Arrived: about 40 mins later Ordered Thru: Uber Eats Uber One Neighborhood Delivered to: Evergreen *Tea Leaf Salad ($21.99) *Tax ($2.07) *Delivery Fee ($0.49) *Service Fee ($5.72) *Tip ($6.05) *Delivery Discount (-$0.49) *Membership Benefit (-$0.20) *Promotion (-$15) *Uber One Credits (-$1.75) I was craving a tea leaf salad. After looking around I found Burma Choice. Luckily I had some kind of promo thru UE, so getting the salad delivered costs less than the salad itself. Score for my lazy a$$! I love a good tea leaf salad, but I do not like peanuts. I wish this establishment let you make notes or had an option for no peanuts. I ended up having to pick them all out which wasn't a big deal. But it was slightly annoying. Otherwise I enjoyed the flavors of the fermented tea leaf. I want more jalapenos and lemon for contrast. Luckily I had those items at home to add. Good option for a tea leaf salad. Just wish they would let you get it without peanuts thru Uber Eats. REVIEW #4035

A fantastic Burmese spot in the South Bay! Lots of seating inside, some seating outside. Place is spotless inside very welcoming. The service is fast and helpful, if you have questions, dietary restrictions or whatever, just ask. The food here is exquisite, the tea leaf salad is the best in the bay!

The restaurant has plenty of parking as it's in a plaza. It was pretty empty except for a few patrons inside on a weekday afternoon. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was quick and friendly. The garlic pork was very flavorful and mild from the peppers. Enjoyed it with a side of jasmine rice which is not included with the entree. They accept Apple Pay and provide take out as the portion of the entree is good for two people.

We were looking to try something new. Somebody suggest Burmese food. When we arrived, it was not too busy and were quickly seated. Restaurant is nicely decorated with wood tables and paneling. We started with the palata which is like Roti with vegetable dip. We ordered the fiery chicken. It came with peppers and wasn't spicy. Lastly, we were craving for pineapple fried rice. All the dishes were decent but nothing jumps out. Very similar to Thai dishes except for the Tea Leaf salad that had a unique flavor. Staff was friendly and efficient. In this area, there are limited Asian cuisine. If I don't feel like driving, may visit it again.

Food tastes so good. Fave is crispy pork belly. Fast service and friendly staff. Place is clean and well kept. Will be back soon. Great flavors.

The service here was awesome!! The food here was good too. We ordered roti, samosa, pineapple fried rice, chicken curry, and string beans. The pineapple tasted off in the fried rice but we were hungry so we kept eating without the pineapples.

We've been coming here for several years now, but for some reason I haven't written a review. We came here for lunch today. They are so nice and welcoming here. We ordered the eggplant in garlic sauce with shrimp, Burmese chow mein with beef, the mango salad and samosas. The food here is so delicious. It's one of our favorite spots. It's nicely decorated inside with plenty of seating. It's always very clean and the customer service here is excellent. I highly recommend trying Burma choice out.

We ordered the samosa soup which was flavorful and interesting, but the garlic eggplant and pad thai just tasted bland and off, which was disappointing. How hard is it to mess that up? Logistics: - indoor seating for sure, not sure if they had outdoor seating - plenty of strip mall parking in front

Stopped by for lunch. Tried the tea leaf salad and the coconut soup with chicken. I've had tea leaf salad at other Burmese restaurants and this one was very similar but expensive. The soup is similar to the Thai version of this soup which I actually prefer over the Burmese version. I would still go back to try some other dishes.

This place is pretty good! Came a few times most dishes are delish. Favorites: Tea Leaf Salad, Pumpkin Stew, Nan Gyi Thoke The Crispy Spicy Chicken was a miss. Came out as literal balls, the chicken to batter ratio was :( Also didn't live up to its crispy name. Burma House Noodles was like if pad thai and sweet and sour sauce had a baby. Cute place and they have outdoor seating for the dogs!

This place is just okay. Lots of parking out front. Not too busy. Came with a group so was able to order a few different dishes to try and share. I would avoid the garlic chili pork and the jalapeno chicken. These were way too salty. Did not enjoy at all. The garlic noodles were a miss too. The noodles tasted bland and had a bit funky after taste. The tea leaf salad, house noodles and the crispy chicken are definitely the way to go. If you go, order these dishes. The coconut rice is good too.

We decided to try Burma Choice for a late night dinner. While it was decently crowded on a Friday night, there was no wait for a party of 2. The interior was a decorated to be a mix of both traditional southeast Asian culture and an elevated American restaurant, with lots of dark wood finishings. We ordered 2 entrees to split, the House Burma Noodles with tofu and the Chili Lamb. Both were quite good, though the onions in the Chili Lamb could have been cooked longer so that it would be less crunchy. The lamb itself was flavorful and had a lot of spice, but not too much heat. The noodles were evenly covered in sauce and had both savory and slightly sweet flavors. These 2 dishes were more than enough for 2 people, so we boxed the leftovers to bring them home. Overall, this was a substantial and satisfying meal and I would come back again.

You can order soup or dry style, then choose between 6 different types of noodles, then finally choose your broth. The possibilities are endless! We went with the classic which was dry, combination noodles (which includes egg noodle and rice noodle), and nam vang (shrimp and pork). This is their most popular order and you can't go wrong! If you order it dry, it comes with a side of soup. My issue with Hu Tieu Nam Vang at other restaurants is that sometimes it's too dry and there's not enough sauce. Not a problem at Leung Noodle! They have a perfect amount of sauce that coat all the noodles really well. Tons of meat too - I'm not even able to finish it! They have sides that you can use like pickled garlic and chili spice. Would recommend getting a side of Chinese donuts too. It pairs really well with the noodles!

We arrived around 12:30pm, and were seated immediately at the corner of the communal table. Service was bare minimal but efficient. We ordered via a QR code, and helped ourselves to the water already at the table. There's a self-serve sauce bar near the entrance as well. The restaurant wasn't too big inside and there was a short line outside while we're there. The line went away pretty quickly, though. Food came out within 10 minutes after placing our order. I had their Signature Free Range Chicken Big-bus Miishien Soup for the "crossing the bridge noodles" experience. The broth was piping hot and very flavorful. I put all the fixings and noodles into the broth except the cashew nuts and the chicken, which I put in right before I was about to eat them. The chicken was very lean and tender. I even ate the skin as there's no fat attached to it. I also loved the texture of the noodles. The mushroom was great, just too little of it. I wish they had used corn ribs or another vegetable as the corn kernels were very hard to fish from the broth. While it was a delicious and satisfying bowl of noodles, the "Big-bus" version was a bit overpriced. Our daughter liked her Small Pot Spicy Ground Pork Miishien Soup (Less Spicy), especially how the mini Chinese donuts soaked up the broth. I had a bit of her broth and ground pork, and it was yummy with just a bit of numbing spininess. We both liked their pickles from the sauce bar and at the table. My husband enjoyed his Small Pot Spicy Ground Pork Miishien Soup with free extra miishien as well. After selecting Checkout on Chowbus, payment was done via a staff who came by. I signed up for their rewards program when I ordered, and got 10% off. I would love to come back and try their spicy beef noodles. I noticed a promo sign outside the restaurant for some of their noodle dishes (@$12.99) from Monday to Thursday, during specific hours.
