The food menu has changed drastically since the last time I'd been to the one World Wrapps we'd had for forever in Santa Clara by the AMC Mercado theater. I'll start by saying the staff here are awesome, very friendly and helpful. The food has a really wide variety of different cuisines, but centers around large plates of healthy carbs and proteins. That said, I'm not sure they have AC, which I don't mind for environmental reasons, but they left the doors propped open during hot days and it can get concerning for food safety if your interior is also 90+ and you're handling raw fish and meats. Chimichurri Steak and Salmon Bowl 7/10: I'd rate this much lower if it weren't for the immense portion and healthy balance of ingredients, along with nice plating. Steak seemed to be a cut of shank/flank. Really tough and chewy, and far past well-done as it had been cut so thinly. Salmon was dry as well. I don't mind using cheaper cuts, but the execution felt really subpar. Way too much acidity and not a real "chimichurri" flavor "Sushirito" - Tuna 5/10: Just a lack of flavor and balance. I feel bad because the staff here clearly do try but the menu could go without this dish. Ube Horchata was nice 8/10 Overall, I want to give them another chance, some of the other dishes like the adobo burrito sounded really good. I will say you won't leave this shop hungry! read more

Ordering was straightforward, the young staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The restaurant atmosphere was simple and the place was very clean. My wife had one of the specialty bowls (Greek salad) that was well portioned, with fresh vegetables and well seasoned chicken. I had the steak fajitas. Both meals exceeded our expectations. Had it been a bit warmer out, the experience would have been more pleasant. I ordered the chicken Tikka Masal bowl. It had a really nice flavor and was served with rice and some greens. I really enjoyed it. I do think the all of the favor was in the sauce, and not much in the rest fo the dish, which I would have preferred. However, I think that is because they make many different items from the same base items. My husband loves Chicken Caesar salad, so he really enjoyed the Chicken Caesar wrap. One of the sauces (assuming the sesame-soy vinaigrette) was a little too watery though and soaked through the wrapping paper and also made the nori soaked. The freshly made beverages are by the register. There were dessert samples offered to me (ube rice krispy, brownie and chocolate chip cookie). There are two registers, no kiosks and they have a designed area for mobile orders on the other side of the register. The staff walked over to me to hand my order. By far the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. The wooden interior is a different aesthetic. The tables were clean, entire area was clean. I got the Thai chicken wrap and their fries. I got the garlic shake and garlic aioli. Both items came out to $20 and some cents. It's a hefty wrap. I just wish the wrapper was different, as some of the wrap got stuck to the wrapper. The crunchy vegetables, savory peanut butter sauce and well cooked rice, it's a delicious wrap. The fries were thick and there were more provided than their display photos. It had a crispy outside and fluffy interior. The garlic aioli had a strong garlic flavor. Out of the dessert samples, the chocolate chip was the best. Ube rice krispy needed more ube flavor and the brownie was too sweet and soft. It needed texture like chocolate chunks or nuts.
