I'm in the Sip Club so I stop here a few times a week. I chose this one because the iced coffee has always been good. The food tends to be the same at each location ,and this one is no different. First problem--parking is so confusing--You cannot find the entrance door!! When you find a spot-It is across a roadway to get to the door. Second problem- The cashier/order taker was unkempt---ring through her lip and cheek--tatoos everywhere. Bored attitude--could not hear her words--when asked to repeat she yelled! I went thru the drive thru. This location is close to my work so I'm there often. I don't receive the best service when I go in, so I tried the drive-through. I find that I can't get a good egg bagel sandwich It always comes on a ciabatta or some thing else. If I ask for a bagel, they charge me a dollar for the substitution doesn't make sense for the bagel store. This one was the chicken chipotle, egg, breakfast sandwich. It was OK, flavor came from little spice from the peppers but it didn't wow me. The drive-through was empty but I did have to wait a few minutes to receive my sandwich. Drive thru order Half strawberry poppyseed salad and half bacon avo melt' The salad had two SLICES of strawberry that didn't equal even 1/4 of a whole strawberry, 3 small pecan pieces and 3 SLIVERS of pineapple. a few madarin orange pieces, and some blueberries. Mostly iceberg lettuce. The bacon AVo melt did not even half the equivalent of 1 half slice of bacon, literally 3 small not even bite size pieces of bacon. Could not order I love Panera food but their service has really gone down hill. From online and the app I tried to order a family deal. Since they were out of baguettes they said you could replace with another option. However, when you get to that customization section there was no other option. It would not allow me to submit the order at all. I tried calling the location to see if they could help. The associate said he could not but would ask his manager. Came in with my friend. I ordered a whole grilled cheese and my friend simply wanted a whole grilled cheese with tomato soup (said very clearly even got asked if she wanted chips or a baguette on the side of the tomato soup). Never get my order right ! I always go in through drive though since I have little ones, and twice now I get home snd my order was all wrong ! First my salad came with out dressing for the second time . They gave me Mac and cheese instead of broccoli soup. Honestly just make it at your house. Don't waste your money. I have strep and just wanted some soup and a grilled cheese. And what I got was a soup, and flat smushed bread with a piece of cheese in the center and the corners of the bread was hard. It wasn't even grilled. I am very upset with this. This place has AWFUL service. I was in a time crunch so we went through the drive through and spent 20 min waiting just to find out my child's Grilled cheese and it was on whole grain wheat bread when we specifically asked for mishe bread. When we asked them about it they said they didn't have any mishe bread. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO 20 MIN PRIOR. I wanted a refund because I am not spending $5 for nothing. This Panera is new and very updated compared to other stores. We stopped in for bagels one morning for breakfast while running errands. They didn't seem too busy for a Friday morning. I have never had a worse drive-through experience as I had at the Strongsville Panera on route 82. I literally sat in line for 20 minutes behind only two cars and when I did get to the window nobody came to take my money or give me the two teas that I ordered. after a ridiculously long wait someone came to the window took my $20 and then never came back. the girls were standing right inside the window and refused to acknowledge that I was there. when I finally resorted to my horn someone came to the window and asked me what I had ordered. and I told them that I had been sitting for 30 minutes, did not get my change and all I wanted was my stinking tea. so finally someone gave me my change and my tea. the guy behind me was honking as well. the fact that they never even bothered to open the window to tell me that there was a problem or a delay or to apologize for the horrible service was ridiculous. I stopped in a few weeks ago when I was in town to meet a friend for lunch. This is like any typical Panera Bread. My order was taken quickly and efficiently, the food was good and hot. It was crowded because it was lunch time on a weekend around a mall, that's a given like always. The two things I didn't really like at this specific Panera was the sitting arrangements and the parking lot. The seating was crazy spread out from everything and a real pain to drag a high chair around in. The park was just in the back, which was confusing for a first time visitor because I didn't know if there was a door in the back or if I had to walk toward the front. I ended up parking next door and walking over. Once inside I found out that there is in fact a door toward the back parking lot. I would just highly suggest a redesign in terms of layout. read more

One of the worst meals ever. I should have asked for my money back. My salad was inedible. The lettuce was entirely brown, to the point that it was slimy. Just about what you'd expect from a Panera. It's always totally packed because it's right across from a busy mall, but they always seem to have enough seating when I go there. The staff always seems slightly overwhelmed, though, and could probably use some help. I wasn't even there at a peak meal time and the lines were long!
