Use to have an amazing amount of sausage cooked just right smothered in red sauce, peppers and onions and covered in cheese. The last two sausage subs I bought were very disappointing, despite paying extra for sauce and cheese (there has always been a small extra charge for sauce and cheese but it was well worth it before) today it looked like they dabbed a tablespoon or two on the bread, looked like two red dots on each half and almost no peppers and onions. Some cheese but no where close to before. I'm just so disappointed in the change and sorry but that was my motivation to leave my first review of any kind. Since Marc's bought them they have gone down hill and are no longer special.
