Cute spot in Bay village with plenty of parking in the lot. They have many pastries to choose from to satisfy many dietary restrictions. Their foccacia breakfast sandwich was super satisfying! I found the small space to be a bit overwhelming, it was overcrowded and loud. Great for popularity but not the cozy coffeehouse vibe I was looking for.. I opted for to-go rather than my original plans of dining in. I found my interaction with the counter person to be a bit cold and rude... Although, my real feedback is based upon the delivery of my drink. I ordered off their special sheet, a winter citrus latte. My order seemed to be taking awhile and when my name was called, the barista simply said "this is just orange. I couldn't work with the winter citrus so I need to disclose that to you. " What does that even mean, and why wouldn't I given the option to change my order if what I ordered was no longer available? This visit was just an uncomfortable experience all around. read more

The inside area gets very congested with people waiting for their orders. They have a counter type seating which maximizes the number of people they can accommodate. Mojos is also located in a strip mall and parking lot close can be tricky. It gets busy. The staff is friendly, helpful and seem genuinely happy to be working there. Mojo's is a neighborhood staple in Bay Village for a nice coffee. Today was my first time going, but it was more of a run in and out situation. It was super cute and nice inside (I love aesthetically pleasing spots) and it was busy which is always a good sign. I ordered the avocado toast with smoked salmon. It was alright. I wish I had ordered something else though because I wasn't that satisfied but it was alright. When I first got it, it looked huge because they put way too much lettuce on it. After taking a lot of the lettuce off, I started eating it and realized that they put way too much salt on it. I'm sure it was an accident but it was very very salty. The salmon was pretty good though. I will definitely go back and try something else to eat and an iced chai because a lot of people recommend Mojo's. read more

This place is my goto coffee shop in Bay. The staff are always very friendly. It can get a bit busy at times and hard to find seating, but it's a great hangout and a place I'll often bring my laptop to so I can get some work done. The wraps here are delicious. For it being so crowded though, I was still able to get my meal within 10 minutes. I ordered The Mediterranean veggie wrap which comes with chips and a pickle. It was fine, nothing spectacular though and I'd probably order something else in the future. I didn't order a coffee drink, but their seasonal menu looked amazing! After I posted my review, the owner reached out to me almost immediately. She was genuinely apologetic and acknowledged that the situation should never have escalated the way it did. She took full responsibility for what happened and made it clear that this wasn't reflective of the standards she expects from her staff. She asked what she could do to make it right, and I told her that all I really wanted was an apology from the two baristas involved. She agreed without hesitation and also issued me a full refund for my drink. This place is just the best, probably my favorite coffee place I've ever been. They have great drinks, great sandwiches and delicious baked goods. And obviously when it comes to a coffee place, the atmosphere is of utmost importance and Mojo's does not disappoint here. A well loved and popular meeting spot, coffee hangout and after school stop for this area. In the 2 weeks I've visited the area I've been to this particular shop 4x. I highly recommend the strawberry banana smoothie. I've also had the vanilla latte several times and a mint tea. Everything has been delicious. My only fault with the place is that it IS so popular! The staff do a great job of cycling people through the line but it's harder to keep tables bussed and areas clean simply because of how busy it seems. On a side note-an elderly gentleman using a walker came in while I was waiting for my smoothie. He seemed to be a regular and the barista personally carried his drink to his chair and called him by name. A small gesture, sure, but one that made me happy to spend money and time there. My sister and brother-in-law live in Westlake and are obsessed with this place. They may have talked it up too much though. They rave as if it's 5 stars hands down. I went with them to get a to-go drink before my sister's baby shower. Whenever I'm in a coffee shop, I always get a caramel iced coffee drink. I found theirs to be too much ice and not enough coffee. I honestly felt like I only got about 5 solid sips out of it. I also wanted a quick snack and the bananas (although ripe) were those bananas that are HUGE! And I just cannot stand those because I picture them loaded up GMOs. So all told, I'd go back to this place and I'm sure my sis will make me go back next time I'm in CLE. But if I were going on my own, this isn't probably a place I'd be striving to get back to. I'll give it another shot though. read more

Mojo's is the perfect place for grabbing a coffee on the go (or tea - great chocolate tea that I tried!) The food selection was also healthful and seemed good. Another plus, is that the parking is plentiful since Mojo's is in a plaza. What Mojo's could improve on, however, is the ability to keep people in the building. When I went here to get some work done on my computer, I was annoyed by how there were no outlets or extension cords at a long section of bar top seating. There were outlets in the area that was more suited for conversation but not any in the area that was more suited for getting serious work done. I would come here if I had fully charged devices/portable chargers and only needed to work for a very limited number of hours. Additionally, I found the staff to be pretty short. Not necessarily rude, but still pretty short. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Such a cute spot in Bay! Absolutely loved the menu. Between the breakfast Sandi's and the lunch menu, you can't go wrong. I went with a friend the day after Christmas and it was absolutely packed. I stood in line for about 20 minutes getting our food & lattes which was honestly pretty good considering how many people were in line. Really glad I found Mojo's on Yelp! We moved to the area a few months ago and I'm still exploring great spots to get quick, healthy lunches- and Mojo's hit the spot!
