In this trying time so nice to have this great curb-side rapid pickup. They are SO fast. You enter your order into the app and in 10-15 min you hit 'I'm here' and they bring your order to your car. The staff are lovely. The menu has some very nice choices from flatbreads to soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries, bagels and breads. One of my favorite go tos. read more

I walked in with two toddlers here and Sandra was really helpful in getting us settled. She saw that I was struggling with the two kids and she offered to get me a high chair, bring us our meals and our drink. She even gave my girls cookies of their own as we were leaving. I have frequented the Panera since it's opening. We really never had an issue. Not yesterday on my visit there. First, my wife's sandwich was not as expected. Aside from the dressing being apparently changed, the sandwiches filled with lettuce that was brown all over. I spoke to the manager Anton(?) who apologized and said he would speak to the preparer. He also offered to give me a free sandwich the next time. I asked how would he know it was me, he said he would remember me. I think that is highly unlikely. Secondly, within the hour of eating my tuna sandwich, I was throwing up and having severe stomach cramping and diarrhea. Please note that I hadn't anything to eat prior and certainly not after. Amazing restaurant! Always ordering from here; my favorite which is the pick two mac and cheese and the mediterranean sandwich with a side of chips. Very friendly staff and food comes in a reasonable time. Also having a My Panera Card helps with some exclusive member offers such as a free daily bagel in January. Definitely recommend! read more

I was thrilled to find out they finally opened. My food was great and so was the service. As I ordered (I was sleep deprived) and making a decision the friendly girl at the front assisted me. Long story short I left my wallet went home enjoyed the rest of my day. 5 hours later the manager calls to say they have my wallet. I was shocked I thought well the money I had is gone pretty much with everything else. And I went back got my wallet thanked him (but sad thinking it was all gone) and guess what? There are still decent people in this world everything was exactly how I left it. UNTOUCHED! I knew I would be going back due to the food and the service however I'm definitely a forever customer. Food is great as usual, and employees friendly, but curbside has slowed down. They advertise 5-10 minutes and it takes about 20-30. Maybe support the workers by giving them a cart to carry out more than one order at a time? Or hire more workers to meet the demand at busy times? Or the manager expedites? I love Panera Bread but this has to be addressed. I went in today after work to grab dinner at 6pm and I was told by the cashier that they had "a bread shortage ". They only had white and wheat bread available so I walked out. WTF?!? How do you have a bread shortage when bread is in your damn name?!? Never heard of Starbucks having a coffee shortage.... I order to go with rapid pick up very often. Salads are great, but make sure you check your order before you leave. Supposedly they have someone doing quality checks, but I've had annoying experiences at least once a month. One time they forgot my salad dressing. Another time, I ordered the strawberry salad with extra fruit in it (for which I paid extra), and they forgot to include the chicken which is part of the salad. Another time they forgot my bottled water. Last week, I don't think they put extra fruit in the salad even though they charged me for it. Two weeks ago, the app indicated that my order was ready. I went to pick it up, and they hadn't even made it - they lost the order. read more

Something has changed in the restaurant, maybe the management?! I barely write reviews but I had two separate situations out of many visits where the issue was resolved just immediately without asking too many questions! One was my own fault and the other was just weather related. Anyhow, I have to say that customer service is just great, staff is helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this store and the food. Food is Good Enough. 2 stars because at the entrance there are 2 touch screen computer stations to place orders. No COVID compliance. No hand sanitizer in sight, and no indication that they sanitize the screens. Luckily, we brought our own sanitizer. In general, appears to be the least conscience restaurant we have been to in this respect. I'm quite surprised. However, didn't have to wait that long for the food. read more

This location will let you enter to order and eat but if you do a take out order you can enter the location but then you must go to your vehicle to wait for the food. With zero vehicle information so the server approaches every car in line until they find the correct one. This means multiple people have touch or breathed on your food before it reaches your vehicle. Terrible terrible service and thought process. Food dropped into garbage after I watch 6 people breath on my food. Gross and highly unsanitary. Especially during these time. read more

I just stopped in here for lunch excited that I didn't have to travel to white plains to enjoy panera. It was hands down the worst experience I've had at a Cafe. First the manager Alban rang us up for a sandwich, the Cuban, when they did not have the ingredients to make it. They informed us they were out of Ham and asked if it was okay to replace it with turkey. Okay, fine. Then the wrong drink was brought to me after a 10 minute wait time, I had ordered a Chai latte with an espresso shot and when I corrected them it was a totally unsatisfying, tasted like steamed milk. I asked if there was espresso in it and was told yes by an employee, who offered me an extra shot. I felt bad for him, and just let it go. He was sweet and apologetic. Then my order indicator went off, I approached the counter and was told to sit back down and that it would be served to me as I had ordered to stay. After 7 minutes of not receiving my food I approached the manager inquiring as to why my food had not arrived while watching numerous orders be served that had come in after us. I also mentioned that we had ordered a specific sandwich and that we were told the ingredients were not available. He told me it was his fault, but didn't receive an apology. Alban proceeded to try to find our food and came back with a to go order that had been sitting off to the side for ten minutes. He stumbled over his words as he pulled my now soggy and cold sandwich out of the bag then said he would be right back. He disappeared into the back hiding with no apologies, no offers to rectify our terrible $30 meal. We sat and ate, awaiting the manager to come back and finally gave up and left. If this had been an employee without authority I wouldn't be so perturbed, but to have a manager behave this way was unacceptable. read more

one of the better panera from a customer service point of view. this particular pan in white plains on tarrytown rd is customer friendly and this location has plenty of seating compared to my usual manhattan spot which is always filled with tourist and nearby office workers. i love the soup bread bowls and the chicken tuscany sandwich which is what i order 90 percent of time and the other 10 percent is whatever looks good. after placing my order and waiting for my name to move quickly on the menu board i got a phone call so its grab and go which happy for me was less then 5 minutes .its not only lunch menu items thats tasty as the breakfast list of bagels , pastries , egg broiche sandwiches , etc is just as good. a little advice when ordering a sandwich is to get it on the baguette bread which is excellent especially when the bread is still warm. overall i give 4 stars on my yelp meter and always check your bag before leaving cause sometimes they screw up and if that happens see the manager to fix it and get a free cookie(m&m cookie ). read more
