I went to Paniagua to purchase a 2016 jeep compass for my daughter. When i saw the car the vehicle had a number of items wrong with it. A/C wasn't working , No radio, Missing door knobs etc . I bought a Ford Escape for my daughter who needed a replacement from an accident. I explained it was for her to drive her daughter around and as long as it was safe, that's all that mattered. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional, a quick and easy sale. Two days later, we realize she needed a battery; shouldn't have been a thing but, ok. It sounded a little rough when we bought it, assumed maybe just a tune up. A week later, the coolant light came on so I dropped it off for that and they said it needed a head gasket! I called and spoke with Julia who was extremely apologetic, said to bring it in and they would take care of it and they did! While that shouldn't have happened, they made it right and in the end, that's all that matters. read more

My buddy bought a Silverado 4.3L and the engine is knocking and transmission is slipping. It overheats to 260 degrees. This so called dealership is a waste of time and money. Don't ever buy anything from them. They said we don't have any mechanics on site but they have a garage of them working on cars. Stay away from Paniaqua, Auto Mall, they will sell you a car and after market warranty, but if anything goes wrong with your car for a covered component, they will leave you hanging and would not help you at all. I bought a 2012 BMW 528I with warranty from these guys, fast forward about 41.000 miles later, car needed an engine. I contacted the warranty company, and they denied my claim even though the engine is covered according to my service contract. I Contacted Paniaqua auto mall, spoke to the owner , Francisco Paniagua , to see if they will step in and contact the warranty company on my behalf, because that's is the right thing to do, since they the one that sold me the warranty. The owner Fransisco, refused to contact the warranty company . Complete awful place to get a car. The staff was rude, lies and deceit are the code of conduct here it seems. Wouldn't even provide a printed itemized quote, just wrote stuff down on a sticky note and informed me the car was actually priced wrong but they'd bring it down a little. The screen inside car had an electrical/software issue, was informed they'd replace it but gave no time frame, immediately asked for a hefty sum down without even discussing my other financing options I am entitled to through my credit union, do not go here if you want an actual good deal. Why would you pay close to 20 grand for a used car with issues when next door is an actual dealership where you can get a brand new car for similar if not less. read more

We bought a car from Paniagua Auto Mall, LLC on September 1st, 2023. After about a month I called because they had not yet sent the title to the state so that we could register the car. Since that time I have called them at least 3 times a week to see if they had gotten the title, it is now December 21st and still no title, so my son drove the car back to Georgia from Chicago Illinois. The general manager said he would do a swap but every time we found a car that was a little more than the car, we bought he wanted us to pay the difference. Paniagua Auto Mall, LLC had no regard for the time, effort, and money we had spent trying to make something work, they were all about the money. We have now found out they have several other complaints from customers who also had to finally return their car because Paniagua Auto Mall, LLC was never able to get a title for the car. This place is the most unprofessional dealership you could ever buy a used car phone the first car they sold us was a 2016 Kia Sorrento before a test drove the vehicle. The salesman turned it on and immediately I saw thick white smoke coming from the exhaust. I pop the hood there's no coolant in the coolant reservoir they fill the coolant reservoir. The next day I come pick the car up in the morning I'll drive it around for like three hours after driving off the lot and I get back home and the car was running hot. I pop the hood and the coolant was completely empty. The heater core is messed up on it as well. I have the dealership come pick up the car on a flatbed supposed to be ready yesterday afternoon I come in to the dealership today Car's not ready. Turns out had a blown head gasket they have us test drive a couple more cars to try and replace the car. They originally sold us and all the sudden we didn't qualify for the cars so I asked for my money back because all that place sells is lemons so don't be like me and screw yourself at a $2500, go somewhere else it's worth it do not give these people any more business they need to be closed down for what they're doing. I've bought quite a few cars. New, certified preowned, and used. Paniagua was probably the best, most efficient and easiest car buying experience I've had to date. Very nice and laid back staff. I knew what I wanted and took the drive up there (1.5 hours) to test drive first. Got it separately inspected at 2 places. Other than some cosmetic issues on the outside (expected) on the inside the headliner needed fixed and the plastic cover on the driver seat. I requested that, it got done, and got a great deal. VERY VERY PLEASED. Shout out to Salud, Ivan and Natalie. Really made the experience easy and efficient as really it should be. I didn't have to finance but I'm sure if I did, might have taken longer but still easy. I would've liked the car cleaned but it's fine, I can do that whenever, the interior fixes were more important and got done. Definitely 5 stars and 5 ! When the time comes to get the next one I've got in mind, I'll check with Paniagua first! read more
