I told the service guy & manager about it & they said run flat damages the tire making repairs impossible. They refused to even remove the tire & inspect it. They didn't even have the off-road tires to try & upsell me, but just said it was unfixable. The service manager told me he is a "tire guy" & this was an impossible repair. Also, the prepaid service, this time, didn't include an oil change. So I paid extra for the oil change so I wouldn't go 10k miles between services. GM wasn't there, but the useless sales manager was no help, so I took it to Arevalo's Tires who easily fixed it. NGA Toyota has a slew of employees wandering around the showroom doing nothing for the 2 1/2 hours I was waiting around. Looked more like a welfare office than a viable business. I won't be returning. You should avoid it as well.

I'm now in another Camaro and a satisfied customer. I want to also say, Easy Auto does NOT set you up to fail, and to add to that, they even give a 3 year, 36,000 mile Engine and Transmission warranty which is very comprehensive. They're not giving a basic drivetrain warranty either, all components are covered including, and all the way to, drive shafts and rear differentials, which basic drive train warranty's only cover moving parts.

I had my credit union look at the deal and Easy Auto sold me a car that was worth $8,000 for the price of $14,600. After taxes and fees and trade in and everything, they wound up financing $16,800 for a $8,000 car. Even worse than that, they paired me with a lender who is going to make me end up paying over $25,000 over the life of the loan for a car that is not even worth a third of that amount. It gets even worse. I have had nothing but issues with the car since my wife and I bought it. And Easy Auto isn't there for us to do repairs on the vehicle or help with any of it. 3 months and 1 week since our purchase (a week after the 3 month warranty expired) the engine has completely failed and needs to be replaced in entirety. And all we were offered is another loan on top of the existing. Since we're a one-car family with two full-time jobs between us, this has made our lives impossible. If it wasn't for help from family and friends, this lemon we were sold would be the end of our livelihoods. The old saying is, "don't let them see you coming." Well, they saw us coming. And they bent us over a table. And this was when we were in a moment of need because after 5 years with the first car they sold us, we started having issues. Do yourselves a favor and get far away from this place. If they treat a return customer like this, I wouldn't expect much different to happen to you.
