It needed more mayonnaise or a sprinkle of balsamic and olive oil for my tastes, but there was no denying it was a hearty hero. Not just an option of removing meat and cheese, but they make their own vegan deli meat and vegan cheese. I ordered a vegan sandwich on whole grain bread, and most all of the veggies he had in the case. Took about 4 minutes to assemble, toast, cut and wrap. 6 euros later, I was on my way. Inside is very small and 2 people were already occupying the only seats, so I ate on a bench just down the street. Wow, this sandwich was so good! The sauteed kale, marinated mushrooms, fresh greens, roasted red peppers and their mock meat came together fantastically. The bread was so soft and not at all chewy. Perfection. It kept me full for hours. I would 10/10 eat this again any day.
