We were speaking to some fellow travelers at breakfast and they shared the name of this new Roman food experience. We saw the pictures and immediately made a reservation for lunch. The menu is very diverse and creative. The open kitchen provides a dinner and show experience. Each dish was beautifully composed however a few areas need improvement. Our pastas courses looked beautiful yet the salt level was extreme which made it not enjoyable. The Mediterranean Sushi dish was very good however the rice was lacking the perfection one would expect. Veal Fillet was perfect !! The focaccia with Burrata and Anchovies was amazing !! Overall this was a great meal !! We will defintely return !!

This place is so cute and we're so glad we went! We were going to get seated where all the tables were, but we opted to sit at the counter. We're so happy we did because it was so fun watching the chefs cook! It was also nice because we got to see all the excitement in the kitchen. They all work so well together and it's amazing the details that go into plating each dish - makes me want to be a chef! Since the mister and I don't have big tummies to eat as much as we want, we didn't get to try too much, but all the things we picked were delish! We started with a simple mixed green salad with pink lady apples, honey and pistachios - so refreshing and lovely. Obviously we had to get pasta, so we got the smoked spaghetti and have never tasted anything like it, and loved it! I was a bit apprehensive when it came to ordering the veal and tuna, but I'm so glad we did because that was my favorite! To end on a beautiful note, we had the best tiramisu! From the food to the decor, we loved everything!

This is the me of the best meals I have ever eaten. The food is immaculate, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere gorgeous. It was the only place I went two twice on my 5 day trip to Rome. The tiramisu is a must get (best I've ever had) and you have to have the zibibo dessert wine with it (or anything the sommelier recommends - he's awesome!) Best of all, if you stick to cheeped items you can easily eat for €50 per person, including a glass or two of wine each, which is a steal for this experience!

I've died and gone to heaven! We shared both the meat and cheese platters, which was honestly kind of a lot- probably should have just stuck to one, but they were AMAZING! The pasta was absolutely phenomenal, so packed with flavor! I ordered the spaghettini, which was definitely a great option. Highly recommend- this is the mind blowing pasta I wanted from my visit to Italy!!

Absolutely amazing dinner our first night in Rome! Food and service were an absolute delight!

Top quality ingredients for a mix of revisited traditional dishes and new treats. Great drinks. Lovely atmosphere. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. It was my second visit and it won't be the last.

I had read about this place on yelp, but they have since moved from Trastevere to over the bridge where now it's a sit-down restaurant with service. We liked this place so much when we visited for lunch that we decided to have dinner here on our last night in Rome. The place is great they have a set menu which includes delicious focaccia- highly recommend (and all of their bread is homemade), and a street food section with paninis. Then they have a main dish menu which tends to change every few days. We ordered the focaccia with prosciutto and fig compote - incredible! And as a main dish I had the spaghetti vongole - also really great. We sat outside in the garden which was nice and romantic. They also have an area inside where you can sit at the bar and see them prepping food which looked really fun. The atmosphere and food in this place is just fantastic recommend to anyone who wants a local sense of Rome! Also try their cocktails and beers really great!

LOVED the food and just one thing; it's definitely more expensive than almost all other places in this area. That been said, would I recommend this? YASSSS! This is perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch, as it's a tiny tiny bar and seating is limited. You can drop yourself at the bar, probably squeezing in between two others, but no worries - it's designed that way. Therefore, great place to go to by yourself. They have a few high tables and seating for 2- / 4-people, but prepare yourself to eat elbow-to-elbow. Food is fan-tas-tic. They have SUCH an extensive menu! And it doesn't matter what you get; all focacce is amazing (they make it themselves), pasta is great, for dessert: go for the panna cotta. Yes, it's definitely not cheap, but it's absolutely NOT unreasonable. Food. Is. Homemade. And. Awesome.

Wow, so happy to discover this fun wine bar. We are staying in the Pantheon neighborhood and have had bad luck with food. The Trastevere area is so fun and the restaurants are better. We had two focaccia treats last night, the prosciutto and fig was my favorite. The nice ladies working there recommended the good wines we had. Really nice spot, hopefully will get back there this week.

The best place to eat in Trastevere hands down. This small and packed panini shop is the freshest, most delicious food around. Not to mention run by some of the toughest girls in the business. The small shop is decked out in feminist quotes and the women behind the counter demand your respect. You must try their focaccia on top of getting a panini. After trying many of the panini, the pane mare is my favorite by far. The fish is perfectly light, and the bread is the most amazing consistency. A must!

Looking for something different? If you can get in then give this a try. Food is fresh and in unusual combinations. Not the most comfortable place but really worth it. No reservations and tiny so expect to wait.

Possibly the best food I've ever eaten! We stopped here on an amazing trip, and it was just spectacular. Very good allergen friendly- several gluten free options available. The pistachio ice cream was amazing.

Therefore, we ordered one of everything Hey, why not? Right?! It was definitely fresh pasta because you see them making the pasta from flour to all the different types of pasta shapes. And fresh pasta tends to stick together when cooled down. Here is the ranking of how I liked their pastas. They were all good but this is based on my flavor preference and how good everything was after bringing it back to the Airbnb. 6. Strozzapreti al pesto 5. Spaghetti Cacio e pepe 4. Fusilli al pomodoro 3. Strozzapreti al tartufo 2. Pappardelle al Ragu 1. Spaghetti alla Carbonara I think my ranking might have changed drastically if I ate everything on the spot. As you can tell by now, my recommendation is to eat it there as soon as you get your order. ¨ It was really good for being "take-out" style. Def worth stopping by for guaranteed yummy fresh pasta. So, if you have stomach space and are contemplating, yes, go! Worth the virality and hype. But I wouldn't suggest eating here every day. You're in Rome, explore! Try to find another yummy spot! ¨ Things to know: -Like most of Rome, they accept cards. -When you order, if are you getting it go, let them know so that they can pack it for you. -After you order, they give you a pager so you know when your order is ready. -If you order to go (I would suggest not if you can eat it there fresh) and if you have a bit of a walk, I would not suggest holding the bag by the handle cuz the steam of the food made our bags rip slowly. I'm glad we realized this because we would've been sad if all our pasta landed on the floor. And the covers do get warped by the steam, so everything shifts around. So, don't be like me - swinging the bag happily. Be more mindful. -Wait time can vary. Mine wasn't too bad cuz there weren't a lot of people. -The only problem with eating there is that there is no seating. So, I wouldn't have been able to get every single pasta dish to try. Pros and cons of eating it fresh and hot vs eating comfortably in AC.

This time we nearly had it every day, and for 8€ a bowl you can't blame me. Must try is the pappardelle ragu, portions are enough to share for two.
