The cost was only 16 dollars but they did a much better job than any machine would ever do, they really went above and beyond for their service! Not bad. Ok cheapest package is $20 , the line even on a Sunday morning is stupid long and their intake is slow. You need to get out of your vehicle and you will get processed faster if you speak Spanish but my Spanish isn't great so they had to call an English speaker. Then you pay inside this gas station slash restaurant where the ladies are a bit nicer. Overrall good job on the total cleaning. They even ask about the trunk which is what someone else mentioned on a review. People with luxury and non luxury cars and it seems like they have some automation but mostly finishing touches hand based. Fair price for this part of town, long lines , and you should wait for your vehicle on the side where they call your vendor vs ticket number. Only thing I should caution you about is that they're moving quickly as they can and don't take a lot of time to pre soak your car. IF you have construction clay and "sticky" dirt, their cleaning method may have paint chips over some areas you need to consider. So if your car ever had touch ups, you need to tell them to watch those areas and be gentle. My vehicle is older so eventually I would've had some marks. But it's particular a problem for Benz owners as our paints and stock rims scratch easily due to the OEM material and process. Don't come here if you're in a rush. read more

Panna does a quality job with a very good results. My car came out sparkling clean, the tires looked great and the interior was pristine and smelled fantastic. While one has to wait for quite a while, using the time to go into their restaurant to get some of the special treats and authentic coffee makes the time go by. read more

I can't believe this placed is always packed and people actually go here still. I have been coming here for years and on the surface, it comes out alright if you want a cheaply done quick car wash that will smell good for 10 minutes. When you actually look at the quality that is done, it absolutely terrible. My wife just got her car washed, it looks like it never was even touched other than the exterior that left streaks and water marks, but it got out the dirt! $37 dollars thrown away just for me to go and get another car washed somewhere else to fix their own mistakes. It's a big waste of money and have fun calling customer service, it's a joke. Just do yourself a favor and save your money from this place. read more

DO NOT COME HERE if you want to PAY these people to DAMAGE your car. I drive a 2022 Tesla Model 3LR that I keep in pristine literally new condition and decided for the second time to come here to refresh my car because life gets busy and had no time to wash my car like I generally do. Now my barely occupied car has an DENT all over the dashboard (which obviously they denied making) that was not there when I dropped it off, trash and stains in your seats. Will never come again. Totally could have been better! I go to the car wash because they are professionals. This place is a total HIT OR MISS!!! Last time, it was great and considered going back more regularly. This time NOT SO MUCH!!! Carpets were not cleaned. I had to point it out to the manager. There were three spots on the leather seats, I asked the guy to wipe it off. He took more time getting the brochure and trying to explain to me why he couldn't wipe the three spot. I asked him for a rag and wiped it off myself in one swipe. By that time, the manager came over and I showed him all the spots they missed just by rubbing it with my fingernails. He was full of excuses and blamed it all on THE OWNER! Hey Mr. Owner, your rating is 2.5 stars. Maybe rethink "customer service"??? Got the car home and had to go over the car with a damp rag. All stuff that would have come off with a damp rag. I should have just stayed home and washed my own car instead of paying $27 and listening to a bunch of excuses why their work was so poor! read more

Wow! This is what I'm looking for! They are fast! Yes, they might miss a spot on the interior wipe down, just ask them to get it and they will. I went on a Saturday at about 11:30 am...wow, this is a place you want to get to early! I still sat in line for about 20-30 min until I was able to drop off my keys and choose my plan. I recommend getting a membership because it pays for itself in a couple washes. I went inside the gas station to get some food. (Highly recommend that) and my car was finished and parked by the time I came out. This is my new spot! read more

I just had my car washed. Not only did the kid taking my service request had me wait while he was on the phone and sat in the car in front of me, but while still on the phone he charged me for a service that cost more. I decided to just pay for the wrong service and sat down to wait for my car. I was confused when it came out really quickly. When I got home and took a good look it was then I understood. You can tell that they vacuumed really quickly and they did a horrible job wiping down the inside. Definitely was not worth $25. read more

I just used this car wash overall it was OK but the worker are being worked under brutal conditions outside in 100+ degree weather. They were all sweating and had to wear the mask. I couldn't even stay outside myself. They have no fans for the workers or customers outside. I have never seen that in Florida this is not acceptable. This is not humane. And obviously if people are not happy with their job they're not gonna do a good job. Whoever owns this business should go work in their condition for an hour or two.. I chose a pricey package for complete detailing in and out.... my main concern was the washing of the canvas roof of my Jeep that had gone all muddy due to some off-roading. Before signing up i explicitly asked the person at the main desk that i needed this to be cleaned properly and only after he acknowledged that it will be cleaned, i paid for the service... When my car came out and was serviced they had done a good job of inside detailing and external body detailing, but to my surprise the roof was as if no one bothered to touch it... The car still looked dirty even though it was waxed and polished because of the dirty roof. Also at the a back a wide spot between the spare tire and the door was left all dirty and no one bothered to at least wipe it clean until i asked them to. Upon the completion i complained to the manager in charge, he was courteous enough to re-run the car by himself through the car wash once again but with almost not much difference it made to the roof. He said we cant put Manual labor into having it to wash off. So I just came back. It it needed was a bit of proper scrubbing with proper tools (which they had) and it would have come out nice. I've been to this car wash a couple of times, hoping each time it will be different. To start, it is ALWAYS packed, which might mislead you to think that it is a good car wash. Each time my car came back as I washed it myself. On one of the occasions, I paid $90 for the package I got, and thought that if I got an expensive price, I'd get and expensive result, but my seats were soaking wet when they gave it back. This last time I came was the drop they filled the cup. NONE of the trash in my car was thrown away! No napkins, empty water bottles, or old receipts. You might believe this is to avoid customer issues, but I stated when I gave my car keys, "please, everything that looks like trash, is trash," to which he responded, "no worries, we'll take care" of my car was cleaned around the trash. I got in the car, and it looked just like I had given it just with some stupid scent. The cup holders were dirty, the floor under the rugs, the doors had like "dripping" marks. NEVER AGAIN!! PS. You can clearly see how they treat you based on your car. Truly disrespectful and clasist. read more

It the last time I ever come to this place!!! I am not want to ever write a review or talk bad about anybody but I could not help myself on this one. This place has completely gone downhill and there is zero quality control. They used to have a guy that would check every car before it left and he was pretty good, the guy that they have now does not pay attention to crap. This is the third time I've came in the last 2 months and I figured I'd give them another chance even after the last 2 times I had to say something including before my truck was washed. Repeatedly they do an incredibly lousy job on the interior, only half the windshield is wiped clean, my wheels are constantly dirty and they never wipe them down. Today was the final straw on top of the normal not doing everything correctly the guy took the same rag that he wiped my runningboards down with and then used it to wipe the gloss trim on the side of the truck in between the doors and scratched the crap out of it. I told the guy that was there and he looked at me like I had three heads. On top of that when they opened my truck doors to get inside and clean, they hit them against the cement concrete poles chipping the edges. When I walked over and said something to the guy he told me that I couldn't be in that area, it took every thing I had not to twist his head off his neck. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Today was the last time I head to Smart Car Wash. I spilled a large cup of coffee in my car this morning. I went here, just as I've done many times, and ordered the priciest wash on the menu ($29.99). I also pointed out where the coffee spilled - leather seats, console, cup holder, splatter on doors, mats. After 45 minutes, my car was ready. I got in and immediately saw that nothing had been wiped down...literally nothing. The mats may have been wiped, but the seat was still covered in coffee, there were pools of coffee in the drink holder, console, all around my driver's seat. I was stunned. (The photos here were taken an hour after the "wash", but even though the coffee had dried a bit, you can see the mess.) HOW did they miss this? I asked an employee to come see my car and he said, "we're busy, you have to pull your car again to get washed". I work, I was late, I was furious, and I left. Later, I wiped everything down with a damp cloth and it looked better, but I'm so angry. Why waste $30 and 45 coming here? Do they care at all? Do they even bother to look inside the cars? There was nothing blocking the view of the coffee. Never again - get it together, guys. read more

Always loved bringing my car here to get washed because it would always come out so nice and I trusted them with it to give me back my car put together. This time around I decided to get my car detailed and spent quite a significant amount of money in order to do this and while they were detailing they broke off the dial for my air conditioner and thought they could just pop it back on without me noticing. Went to go get it fixed and was told that it's not that easy of a fix and I have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace the console completely. If you want to get your car detailed I do not recommend coming here since they are not careful and don't even tell you when they do something to your car that they probably shouldn't have. Will no longer be returning here. 0/10 read more
