Went for eyebrow threading. I only go to get eyebrows down on occasion due to not wanting my eyebrows to get too thin and they don't grow out too much. So I went in saying clean up which was respected. It wasn't busy at the time I went- Tuesday around 530 pm. It was quick. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the price. All my life I paid $5 for eyebrows. I know this was in the past and not in CA. But still, paying over $10 dollars is pretty crazy. I understand inflation and I'm sure they need to increase prices. Wish it wasn't the case. Regardless I will come back due to the service. read more

Found a good spot- what what! Made an appt and was in about a half hour later. Minimal pain and she was quick but got my eyebrows cleans up and shaped and I was a new woman! I am kind of ashamed that it has taken me this long to write a review for my eyebrow go to (for the past 4+ years). Panna has been a professional, warm and friendly person since the first day I stepped foot into her business. She is a true artist and I have not let anyone else touch my eyebrows since I found her. Panna is AMAZING and a SWEETHEART I really appreciate it! I started threading my eyebrows in 2013 with a girl in the layla location in camarillo who was great. Unfortunately I couldn't find her starting 2015 which led to being in the chair of people who threaded my eyebrows really thin and or in the wrong shape sometimes. Thus I have been growing out my eyebrows and not threading much as I was scared of what my eyebrows would come out to be...before Panna the last time I threaded my eyebrows was 2017 June as I was a bridesmaid for a wedding and I wanted to look good! I went to the Layla location in Oxnard on Channel Islands thinking I'll give it a shot. Worst threading ever! I told her I don't like thin eyebrows and thats exactly what she did to me plus one eyebrow was thinner then the other. At the wedding the make up artist even asked me quietly do you want me to even out your eyebrows? You got less on one side. I SAID YES PLEASE and from then I didn't try any threading place until Panna!. I was actually here the first few days of August and totally petrified but I needed something! I needed to be back to the look I wanted especially being a financial advisor my face is what clients see and focus on besides the paperwork. I told Panna my fears and she was so polite in listening. I've always had trouble explaining myself in these areas and I showed her a picture and she said I got you! AND SHE DID I WAS SOOO HAPPY SUPER HAPPY especially because I was headed to a convention where I really had to meet and greet people and my appearance is the first thing they take away. I love Panna and I'm writing this as I'm headed over there probably today Love her and definitely the only place I'll ever go! I always have an amazing experience here. I don't have to make an appointment, and rarely do I have to wait. If i do, it's only a few minutes because she works so quickly. Quality is never comprised. She knows exactly what I want, she remembers me and my stories, and is just all around sweet. The shop is clean and parking is always easy. This is THE only place you'll want to go to for eyebrow threading in town. I'm super picky when it comes to my brows and trust me I've been to every spot in town and no one is good or as sweet as Panna! Seriously this place can't be beat. Panna takes the time to talk to you and gets to know you which makes every visit feel personal. She takes her time, is gentle and really you can't beat the price! Decided to give this place a try because of a coworker's recommendation. She absolutely swears by Panna and said she's converted all her family & friends to her! I now completely understand why! I wanted to reshape my brows so I grew them out. Panna was able to give me exactly what I wanted! I did not give her any particular direction on how I wanted them to look but she was able to achieve what I was going for: thick and not too much of a high arch. I couldn't be more pleased. I brought my sister along to get her eyebrows done as well and she was very happy with the result! I've tried several threading places and they either hack off too much hair, leaving my brows too thin or they're not consistent. Panna is very sweet and friendly! She does an excellent job. I'm happy to find my go-to place for brows. Add my name to my coworker's list of people who have been convinced. read more

I came in with horrendous brows and a beard. Panna saved my life with a sweet smile on her face....and in a flash. She is swift and precise. I came back and asked to get my whole face done and wow. I have been coming to get my eyebrows done here for about three years now and this review is long over due. Panna is really good at what she does. She is quick and efficient and never leaves me unhappy with her work. I'm truly glad to have found her because she is a gem. She gives people cards and I believe it's one free threading after 9 visits. I always lose my card and she just gives me a new one and when I find all of them and add them together she still takes it. Sweet girl and def worth stopping in. The only downfall is that she doesn't do men's eyebrows as well. read more

Penna Threading is amazing. Been going since they opened. She always does a great job in keeping shape and arch to my brows. Thank you so much. In response to a shockingly negative comment about gender bias, she has the right to provide, or refuse service to anyone. Whatever the reason, culturally, comfort level as a woman. She has elected to provide services to women only. I haven't went back here from a long time from Layla threading I came by here to get my brows done.. Panna did an horrible job. She made deep cuts and still left some hairs on my eyebrows. Now even an uneven shapes. The next things I asked was if my men can get his eyebrows done.. she said no I don't do boys.." I don't know how" or even "it's against her religion" umm there are no board or posters that say only women that she does.. overall a bad service and bad attitude.. Everyone should head to Layla Threading by Camarillo post office. They do men and women and very satisfied service. Plus next to wild cherry so why not. read more

I went with the Korean V-Line facial and added the intensive Korean neck treatment. When I had first walked in to Face To Face Esthetics, I was warmly greeted by Teri. Before my facial, I filled out some information so that she may get to know me and my skin better for the best care. Teri was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The facial itself was very relaxing. I caught myself almost dozing off 4 times lol. After the facial, I felt soo rejuvenated and relaxed. My daughter recently visited this henna shop and had such a great experience. The owner, Panna, was super sweet, welcoming, and patient throughout the whole process and made her feel comfortable the entire time. The henna design came out beautiful with very fine detail and smooth application. It dried perfectly. My daughter absolutely loved the final result and was so excited to show it off. Pricing was fair for the quality and care that went into the work. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Panna for anyone looking for beautiful henna and a kind, professional experience. read more

I'm always a bit iffy about trying new eyebrow threading places, however, after reading numerous positive yelp reviews, I decided to try Panna's Eyebrow Threading and Henna Studio. I walked in about 10 minutes after confirming availability and she took me right away. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and she cleaned them up and left them thick, just as i had requested. I am not from the area, but I will be recommending Panna to all of my girl friends and aunts that live in Oxnard! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I've always had a tough time keeping up with the shape of my eyebrows to have a defining arch. I had never gotten my eyebrows threaded until I came here. Panna is very down to earth, professional, and gentle. Not only did she help me with the arches and clean up my eyebrows but she explained how I can maintain the look that she gave me at a reasonable price. I will never wax again! Threading does not require that you forgo glycolic acid creams nor does it tear the delicate skin off your eyebrows. Panna does a beautiful job on my eyebrows. She is a lovely person and her services are affordable too. read more
