Today was my second visit to this nail salon. The first time, amazing service super friendly and beautiful nails. Today, polar opposite. I had an appointment for noon they said no one wrote it down and come back at 2. I did as requested and wished I didn't. I asked for ombre nails and provided a picture f neutral ombre nails. I came in with almond shaped nails and left with pointy, uneven bumpy nails that look like Easter candy corn! This was also the most paibful service I have ever had. no cuticle treatment, just grinded them off and kniked my fingers everal times. Not only that, but the price the first time was $95.00 for a fill and pedicure, today, it was $141.00 with no discussion of price. Definietly will not be back. read more

Went in for a mani and pedi and this is how it ended up. I've been there a few times and every time I walked out feeling unsatisfied but this time I'm for sure not going back! The nail tech nicked me and it not only hurt really bad but would not stop bleeding and all she said was sorry and still charged me full price ! Definitely never going back after this one! read more

Nails turned out good and not too expensive but, so painful. I've been getting my nails done for 5 years and never have i ever had a more painful appointment. Left me bleeding, all my cuticles hurting and swollen. I take pain easy but this time it was just an immense amount of pain, and was not gentle at all. Customer service isn't great either. I went to this location first time a long while, there was no waiting and had no appointment. However I the worst experience ever in nail salon. The pedicurist during callous removal decided to scrape my Achilles with the grater she broke my skin and was bleeding. I never asked or have I ever had that part grated/scraped in all my pedicure experiences. There no reason to scrape my Achilles tendon there are no calluses there, it's smooth and my skin is sensitive there. She did apologize 2x however she didn't it with anesthethic or bandaged it, she just wiped it with water even though I was bleeding.and she offer any discounts for injuring my foot. read more

Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time or money. I will never go back and I will make sure to tell everyone not to support a business like this. You make an appt a week prior, the manicurst doesn't show up, doesn't have enough respect or professionalism to call you to reschedule. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's. I came here with my daughter in law. They did a really nice job with our pedicures (We had Jenny & Cindy). The massage chairs seemed new and were quite comfortable. A basic pedicure was $30 (&35 with tip) I thought it was well worth the price. I was sad to hear they may be shut down again on Tuesday because of rising Covid cases. The place was clean and Covid friendly (screens between you and worker, they asked us to sanitize our hands and took our temps) - nice high ceilings, good ventilation and chairs were nicely space apart. I used to come here specifically to see Kim for my acrylics and manicures. I loved her energy and her drive to do just what you want as far as length, style, design. I should have known to turn around when Kim wasn't there but I figured that i'd give these other nail techs a chance.. I mean, I was just looking to get a simple manicure with no color and a simple french tip pedi. neither of the women listened to me and it showed in their terrible work. After requesting that my nails not be cut at all they CUT MY NAILS TO THE NAIL BED on manicure. Whatever I guess, i'll grow them out. But that was just the beginning. The woman doing my pedi didn't listen to me when I told her no gel 4 times.. she did it anyways and made the french tips look like a child did them. when I asked her to please fix them she just put spray on them and sent me away to pay. This was literally the worst nail experience i've ever had. Due to my anxiety I quietly asked the lady at the front to please schedule me for next day to get them fixed.. she turned and told the ladies I was complaining. Well.... I've had a total of 2 bad experiences. The first one they wouldn't take off my gel polish without charging me. I then gave them like a year or two and I just went back recently. My pedicure went great with Diane. Then after my pedicure Diane went to start my manicure and told me my nails are to short for gel polish and they will just peel off. I stated okay just do the gel since I'm going on vacation I just want them to look nice for at least a week. She wouldn't do it and finally convinced me to try dip. I thought oh I've never tried it I'll give it a shot. She started doing the dip and after she did the dip she started buffing with the machine super hard where the dip came off. I told her it's coming off and she told me to be quiet and she knew what she was doing. Since it came off in multiple places from her buffing she then put regular gel polish on top !! After she told me multiple times she can't do gel. I was there for 3 hours, she made me cry, she bent my fingers ways they wouldn't go, she held my fingers so tight that it was impossible for me to relax and she argued with me. She acted like I was the one that was causing the problems. I was so upset I didn't even want to stay to have her take them off because I was tired of her hurting me and my nails were so sensitive that even 3 days later I still can't touch my thumb because it's sensitive and tender. My nails are thick and uneven. In the end I have decided I will not be going back My mom got a pedicure and they did something and her foot broke out in a rash. The guy who did her pedicure then dowsed her foot in alcohol and a hot towel. Her foot now is red , hives, swollen and almost like red blisters. read more

I came in Friday to get my pedicure and face wax and wanted to treat myself since I got paid, I don't mind them taking time with the waxing and being precise but the problem came to the pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure was taking a while and took 5 mins looking for white polish which is kind of weird and ridiculous. She did my nails but she shaped them horribly and too short and uneven. My pedicure took 2 hours. I got a gel pedicure and asked for a deluxe pedi and got charged for the more expensive one. There was gel polish left all around my toes when I left. The shape of my toe nails are completely uneven and I was not asked how I wanted them. They switched technicians just so the other one can sit down and watch tv. I read a lot of reviews and so we went here but I regret it greatly. Awful service! When I was asked if I wanted a luxury pedicure and I said no I'll have the regular the lady laughed at me. She changed my sparkle as well. The gentleman cut my daughters toe nail too short and made her bleed. Then the lady filed off my gel nail that I had one and didn't even file the ends though to even them out at all. She also got nail polish all over my hand! I asked for an eyebrow waxing as well and she messed my eyebrows up so badly and didn't even get all the hair off to shape them what so ever! Then when she charged me $95 for our mani/pedis she forgot to add in my waxing so made me add it to the total then when I put a small tip for the horrible service we got she got very upset and was like what about our tip!? My nail girl is Kim and she does a super job! However, Amber did my daughters nails and did what she wanted, even though I had told her my daughter wanted "dip" nails. She just shaved her old powder down and painted them with gel polish and charged me $50. I told the owner, Linda, that I didn't ask for that and I wanted "dip powder" so my daughter's nails were proteced, but instead of trying to make it right for a guest, she just said, "It looks good " and walked away. Two days later, my daughter's old powder on her thumb fell off. If you want your nails done right, go to Kim. I have to say, I'm so disappointed. Sam did my toes - my toes are good. I'd go back for him to do my toes. That's why there are two starts, for Sam. Cindy did my nails. They are so sloppy looking. You can see the nail polish in patches and there is polish on my skin. She was really rough too and my nail beds are sore. Here's the bigger issue. I was charged 5.00 to remove my gel nail polish. This would have been helpful information, had I know, I would have just removed it myself at home. Cindy also waxed my eyebrows and lip. While doing my nails she said "you need to be waxed" and then when I was done took me into the waxing room and started. She also said, your lip too and then just started. My eyebrows look nice but my lip, I have no idea what she even did because the same hair is still there! It was just awful. Do not let granny touch you. She did nothing right. Before she put the top coat on I told her I can see through the polish. Did she listen "No." after putting the top coat on she decide to ask me how it look, I said " I can see through the polish" and tried pointing. She grab my hand as I started to point. She proceeded to put more color on each nail until I said it was fine. Guess what, my big toe got smudge after getting up to get my nails done. The big toe got done. I love my nails the feet "No." An hr later after leaving my other big toe got smudge. Lol it should have dried by now right. Every toe has a smudge accept the one that got redone. Lol! Never again. If I ever come back I will only come back for the lady who did my nails, and I believe her name was Kim. I can't really say anything about the other workers, but granny will mess up your nails.
