Republic tree service called me promptly the next morning, a gentleman by the name of Lewis was on the other line, he asked me if he could come by at 12:30pm may 2nd. I agreed, and took off lunch to meet him at my house. lewis never showed up at 12:30, he calls me at 12:38 to tell me he is running late, and would be by in 45. 1:40pm rolled around and lewis still wasn't at my house and hast contacted me. Ive already gone over my lunch by 40 mins waiting for him. I called Lewis, he answered, and as I'm explaining to him that I despise this level of unprofessionalism he hangs up on me. I call the main line, and Scott Madley the owner answered. Scott apologized on behalf of lewis and assured me this is not how he operates, that he needs the business, and would come by my house Tuesday morning personally. Scott didn't come, he sent Lewis. Lewis was great in person. Apologized and we moved on. I signed the quote that day, 5/3. today is 5/6, no one has called me to schedule the job. I called and Scott wasn't available to me.
